Mike Castle is a staunch supporter of 'the right to choose'; should help him cope with having his political career aborted by Christine O'Donnell

Mike Castle vs. Christine O'Donnell: Who Gets the Coveted 'Doug McLovin Ross Endorsement'?

I really don't give a crap what the beltway insiders and the faux conservatives think. I'll use a simple analogy.

Imagine you're putting together a football team. You've got an experienced, veteran receiver who, no matter what you do, runs the wrong pattern 50% of the time. It's hard to have a cohesive team with that kind of person playing a key role.

Mike Castle is just that sort of rogue player. He's wearing the wrong uniform. If he wants to help out the other team, he should put on the other jersey. And the Senate is too small a group, each member is too important, to gave a seat to another unprincipled, lifetime political hack.

Castle voted for Cap-and-Trade, the Orwellian DISCLOSE Act, he won't promise to repeal or de-fund ObamaCare, he voted against the CLEAR Act to end the Obama offshore drilling ban, against the Bush Surge strategy, voted for the ludicrous SCHIP bill, and for TARP.

Castle obviously doesn't believe in the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, the Tenth Amendment and likely a whole swath of other conservative principles.

O'Donnell is a normal American. So she had some financial problems. That puts her in the same boat as most folks. Castle has served in Congress been on the public dole since nine-teen-freaking-sixty-six. In the process, somehow, he's amassed great wealth -- and no one's asking how he earned that money.

Regular readers know I've been trying to raise money for Ms. O'Donnell for weeks. Join Sarah Palin and other principled conservatives: click here to send her a couple of bucks.

O'Donnell and Palin BOTH are principled conservatives. You, Khan, are an ignorant fool, likely unprincipled and liberal. Sit down and shut up.

Mr. ROSS is outstanding – Delaware is not so important to myself. I do want associates to have their favorites succeed. But I do object to the ugly expression, which is far from Conservative, or the Fashion - which is lacking objectivity, honesty, reason.

For example, Mr. GALT, Mrs. Palin is indeed a player, a fine American on the right side, but a player never the less - just like all Politicians. Her early political career was simply a MAVERICK MODERATE Reformer, who stuck it to the Republicans for a lot of Democratic Partisan support. WE all know, Sarah Palin raised taxation on Oil Companies in the most populist manner (which increased the cost of living for all Americans), grew the bureaucracy in Alaska with "Climate Panel" building, even her commentary on how to handle the latest BIG GULF SPILL sounded exactly like Obama - as she only called for 'holding companies accountable'.

Mrs. Palin's rush to grab a fictional Reagan Conservative Image is understandable. The problem is substance, just as we see with O'Donnell. In the Record, in Interviews, we see a vacancy. Mrs. Palin could not answer a simple question about the Bush Tax Cuts recently. O'Donnell has the same problem, as she’s been caught not being honest, especially regarding her performance vs. Biden. She is a weak offering, similar to Paul, Angle, etc. (Even Miller looked unstable pushing paranoid conspiracy garbage, after the vote in Alaska). Mrs. Palin is a SYMBOL for embracing fashion. She rushed to adopt the fine Image of the TEA PARTY, after abandoning her Alaskan responsibility & peddling her Celebrity. Yet, the Maverick Ticket was THE Establishment RINO offering. If Sarah were SO PRINCIPLED, why embrace the Maverick Platform, which pushed CAP & TRADE?

We are still paying for the McCain-Palin failure – especially to aggressively defend the best efforts of Republicans and the Bush Administration in the GWOT after 9-11. The Mavericks didn’t even try to defend the liberation of the oppressed in the World, as Obama-Democrats were peddling horrid ANTI-US garbage. Mrs. Palin had every opportunity to go ROGUE, and only offered utter confusion, especially w/ Couric – and a weak "all Administrations make mistakes" in a regretful Debate. It is amazing to consider, an unknown Plumber named JOE, was the best advocate for Free Markets in that Campaign. We have watched so many overtly inflate the "Celebrity", pushing IDENTITY, based on the failed FRED HEAD Imagery - a quaint accent, acceptable geographical locality, approved Religious Identity, etc. It is utterly opposed to sound Conservatism, which empowered powerful movements led by Ronald Reagan and WFB.

There will always be CASTLES. The KEY is to get large Majority, to move the concepts of Conventional Wisdom back to sound Conservative policies, so the 'wind blowers' - follow the right path. You will never have perfection. But another Purist Revival, which demeans-distorts, making monsters out of all, is pure insanity.

Conservatives used to know better - never burn down the farm to give the opportunity for the ONE Chicken to lay another EGG. Grow a mighty FARM everyone wants. IF you BUILD it, they will come. The treatment of Murkowski, by the TEA Party Express, Palin Family, even Mr. Miller, was truly embarrassing. The ends never justify the means. Mr. Mirengoff and I do not always agree, but he grows with credibility:

"As for the claim that Murkowski is a "Republican in name only," this is baseless. Murkowski (whose lifetime ACU record is around 70 percent) voted with the Republicans on the big issues in this Congress, including the stimulus, Obamacare, and financial reform. Moreover, Sarah Palin initially contributed money to Murkowski's re-election campaign."
