The rate of refusal of visas is a bad joke. Mexico City has a far lower refusal rate than London. <br /><br />Worse State rewards those officers who are authors of especially bad treaties and agreements. Remember the Panama Cannal treaty? The Paris Peace accords? How about the North Korean nuclear agreements? What do you suppose happended to the State officers involved in those?<br /><br /><br />State promotes the ineffective, the incompetent, and the corrupt. It has too. Washington needs an agency where it can send its drooling relatives that they are too embarassed to be seen with publically. So they ship them overseas.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
