New York Democrat Rep. Max Rose displayed his Constitutional illiteracy by suggesting: “The president says he is innocent, so all we are saying is ‘prove it.’”

Rose’s reasoning for this impeachment push is an appalling affront to the rule of law and the presumption of innocence. It is an absolute disgrace that a sitting member of Congress would display such wanton disregard for the founding principles of America’s justice system.

But Rose is not alone. Adam Schiff is continuing the witch hunt behind closed doors violating President Trump’s right to due process that all Americans are entitled to. He also had a career State Department official testify today without the proper legal counsel.

And if the Democrats’ partisan fingerprints that are all over the so-called “whistleblower” couldn’t get
worse,  it was just reported that  two of Schiff’s staffers worked with the so-called “whistleblower” at the White House.

Stop the madness. As Kimberly Strassel pointed out, “There’s no substance behind the accusation Democrats claim is impeachable.” She goes on to note, “the central players in this episode, and the written record, have already refuted the [whistleblower’s] complaint.”

8 Things I Learned From Mark Levin This Week

The radio show of bestselling author Mark Levin -- available on terrestrial, satellite, Internet, and every other platform imaginable -- is must-listen material in our current political environment.

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-San Francisco) won’t hold a vote of the House on impeachment -- which happens to be the only way an impeachment process has ever begun -- because she knows she’s transforming impeachment into a political act, not a constitutional or legal one. She knows Democrats in swing districts will get destroyed at the ballot box in 2020 if they’re on record as voting for impeachment.

The San Francisco Board of Education recently voted to paint over, and thus destroy, a 1,600-square-foot mural of George Washington’s life in San Francisco’s George Washington High School.

Victor Arnautoff, a communist Russian-American artist and Stanford University art professor, had painted “Life of Washington” in 1936, commissioned by the New Deal’s Works Progress Administration. A community task force appointed by the school district had recommended that the board address student and parent objections to the 83-year-old mural, which some viewed as racist for its depiction of black slaves and Native Americans.
