Understanding Obama [Richardson]

By H.L. "Bill" Richardson

To understand what Obama is doing on the gun issue and other programs the administration is advocating, one must understand the Hegelian dialectic, the principle of "advancing to goals through retreat."

It works as follows: Demand everything, push ahead and persist! Then when the opposition becomes formidable, continue to advance until it becomes obvious that the entire goal is in jeopardy, then suddenly back away, giving the appearance of being reasonable and open to "compromise." Then, continue to be tough while "compromising," until you get as much as you can.

Obama's opposition, the moderate Republicans, hate being controversial, and the weakest members of the opposition are the first willing to cave in -- and usually do. Lenin described this technique as driving a nail with a hammer, the backward stroke away from the nail is as important as the downward stroke in achieving the goal.

The second technique is to say anything or use anyone to achieve your goal. Truth to a socialist atheist is say or do whatever's necessary to accomplish their goal. There is no such thing as God, or right or wrong. To an atheist, we're nothing more than graduate animals, mere accidents of nature. Truth is a relative term. "Truth" then, is working for total governmental control, and it's obvious to the Left that the "end justifies the means."

One can climb the highest mountain if you take two steps up and one step back. Look how far the Left has climbed using Marxian techniques.

The way one fights the Obama's in the world is to, politely, stay in their face, not giving an inch while organizing the public into joining the fight. Then we work to inform people of the techniques the Left is using and expose the moral bankruptcy of their beliefs. We're in the fight of our life for the future of America. Remember Winston Churchill's famous comment. Never, never give in!

H.L. "Bill" Richardson founded the Second Amendment defense organization Gun Owners of America in 1975.

What can and must be done about the media

An important post at Ace of Spades deserves our focused attention. Its title -- "We Must Do Something About The Media" -- hints at some trademark snark, but its theme is deadly serious.

I've mentioned this before, but I'm truly alarmed about it: What we are witnessing is the full and seamless fusion of media power with government power.

...The media no longer hides it in their actions. They are fully fused with the Obama Administration and DNC. The only way in which they do hide it is by simply lying when confronted about it: They'll issue a snide denial, then go about doing precisely what it is they were accused of doing.

...it is dangerous and ultimately fatal for democracy for media power to fuse with government power, that the adversarial press is vital.

...The media considers its adversarial function to consist of serving as adversaries to critics of Obama and the Democrats; thus Terry Moran shaming himself by rushing out to ask what right a Senator has to question the Secretary of State on matters of foreign policy.

...This is dark, and dangerous, and will lead to horrors. It always has [led] to horrors before.

...Consider: The government locked up a filmmaker because the filmmaker expressed his free speech rights in a way the president found politically problematic. Not only has the press shown no fears about this, they've actively campaigned for the man's jailing.

That's frightening. Even if you come down on the side that the guy did what he's accused of and all that... to have absolutely no trepidation about the government jailing people primarily for their Speech Crimes? That's something.

...I don't think I'm being alarmist. At every point in history when media power has fused with government power -- whether involuntarily or, for one of the first times in history, now voluntarily -- it has resulted in disaster and misery.

So do we just sit there and take it? I'm no genius, but here are a few ideas for actions that each of us can take:

• If you have a subscription to any newspaper that advances the Statist agenda -- The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Boston Globe foremost among them -- cancel that subscription. Enthusiastically encourage subscribers you know to cancel as well, even if they have no particular ideological bent. Tell them they can save money by reading the news on their iPad.

• For television, ignore all news programs save those on the Fox News Channel. Your cable box is likely sending your viewing information back to corporate headquarters. So don't give any ratings whatsoever to any of the alphabet channels' news program, or their insipid Sunday Talk Shows, or any of their propaganda efforts. Don't watch any of the Statist media's news shows. Ratings matter -- and each one of us can make a difference.

• Subscribe to Investors Business Daily, American Spectator, and other conservative outlets.

• Support new media outlets like PJTV by signing up or offering financial assistance.

• Don't take your favorite blogs and news sites for granted: many sites offer a voluntary "subscription" donation via PayPal. Even very small donations can help (and, no, that's not a personal bleg).

If you agree, tell your family members, friends and like-minded colleagues about the plan. It's time to stick it to the government's media complex. Each of us can make a difference.

OH, HOW THEY DESPISE THE CONSTITUTION: And they're not even trying to hide it any more

A brilliantly titled op-ed at The Wall Street Journal ("We the Government") lays bare the lie that the modern Democrat Party remains moored to America's values, traditions and laws.

White House communications director Dan Pfeiffer expressed the current mood in the West Wing this way to the Washington Post on Inauguration Day: "There's a moment of opportunity now that's important. . . . What's frustrating is that we don't have a political system or an opposition party worthy of the opportunity."

So neither the checks and balances of U.S. democracy nor the Republican Party that controls one branch of Congress is worthy of President Obama's grand aspirations. Presumably they must bow to his superior moral purposes. It's important to appreciate how much such contemptuous talk deviates from normal public White House respect for the men and women a President must do political business with.

Democrats and the media -- but I repeat myself -- continually decry the "polarization" of today's government. But the reason for that dichotomy lies with the radical sixties retreads who have overwhelmed the Democrat Party, laying waste to the once-dominant JFK/Scoop Jackson wing.

As historian Trevor Loudon and many others have proven with overwhelming evidentiary documentation, the modern progressive epoch is is an offshoot of the Cold War and Soviet-era Communism.

America's new divisions are so obvious, and the Democrat leadership so radical, that local law enforcement officials from around the country have told the President and the Justice Department that any attempt to revoke the Constitution's Second Amendment will be immediately repudiated.

Some officials have gone so far as to "pledge their lives" to resist the administration's lawless proposals. One such group is the Utah Sheriff’s Association, which wrote the administration the proverbial strongly worded memo [PDF]:

We respect the Office of the President of the United States of America. But, make no mistake, as the duly-elected sheriffs of our respective counties, we will enforce the rights guaranteed to our citizens by the Constitution. No federal official will be permitted to descend upon our constituents and take from them what the Bill of Rights — in particular Amendment II — has given them. We, like you, swore a solemn oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, and we are prepared to trade our lives for the preservation of its traditional interpretation.

Here's an entertaining thought experiment: when was the last time in American history that large groups of state and local officials promised retaliatory violence against a tyrannical, authoritarian government operating outside the law?

Oh and hey, remember when then-candidate Barack Obama said, "There's not a blue America or a Red America, there is the United States of America"?

Yeah, that was funny.

President Obama to again skip American Legion's Medal of Honor Inaugural Ball, remains only commander-in-chief to do so

Four years ago, Barack Obama became the first president in history to skip the American Legion's Salute to Heroes ball. And this time around, he plans on missing the event again.

For the second time President Barack Obama will not attend an Inaugural event ball held to recognize Medal of Honor recipients.

...Obama was criticized by some four years ago when he became the first President to skip the American Legion’s Salute to Heroes ball since it was first held in 1953.

Also noticeably absent from the planned list of attendees for the Jan. 21 event is former Marine Cpl. Dakota Meyer, one of only three living MoH recipients from the Afghanistan and Iraq wars and the only one who will not be present.

“As I understand it, invitations were sent to all living MOH recipients. 25 of them decided to attend our banquet,” Legion spokesman Marty Callaghan said in an email Friday. Meyer, who received the nation’s highest award for valor for going to the rescue of U.S. and Afghan troops caught in an ambush in 2009, could not be reached for comment.

Those scheduled to attend include Salvatore Giunta and Leroy Petry, former Army staff sergeants who, like Meyer, received the Medal for actions in Afghanistan. The Medal of Honor has been awarded seven other times since 2001 – three for actions in Afghanistan and four in Iraq. In all those cases the award was presented posthumously.

Also scheduled to attend the Salute to Heroes ball are World War II veterans Walter Ehlers and Hershel Williams; Korean War vets Thomas Hudner and Ronald Rosser; and 19 Medal of Honor recipients from the Vietnam War: John Baca, Donald Ballard, Gary Beikirch, Patrick Brady, Sammy Davis, Roger Donlon, Harold Fritz, Joe Jackson, Jack Jacobs, Walter Marm, Jr.; Thomas Norris, Robert O’Malley, Robert Patterson, Alfred Rascon, Ronald Ray, Gordon Roberts, James Sprayberry, Kenneth Stumpf and Brian Thacker.

In all, the 25 veterans slated to attend the ball represent about a third of the living Medal of Honor recipients, according to the Legion... The Legion began holding the Salute to Heroes Ball in 1953 as part of the Inauguration Day events surrounding the swearing in of Dwight Eisenhower as the 34th President of the United States.

Every president since then made an appearance at the ball until Obama four years ago.

This president doesn't much care for the American military, as evidenced by his efforts to dismantle it and instead redirect those monies to making the welfare state even more pervasive.

Counsel for the Surrender Monkeys in the GOP

As Erick Erickson wrote earlier today, the feckless RINO leadership appears prepared to throw in the towel before the debt ceiling fight has even begun.

...I can only assume that because House Republican leaders and those close to them have been whispering about [wanting] to move on.

They want the next fight. So desperate are they to move on, in January of 2013, House Republicans want their base to know they think they’ll lose the House in November of 2014 unless they cave now so please let them cave.

Idiocy. Sheer, unvarnished idiocy. Speaker Boehner and Skippy Cantor, here are the facts:

a) You'll get blamed by the media no matter what

b) Your last series of surrenders, in the kindest words possible, eh... failed to inspire the electorate

c) The country faces an existential finacial crisis

d) There are great ideas for dealing with Obama (see below)

e) So how about doing what's right, for a change?

Stanford's Keith Hennessey offers the weak-willed RINO leadership a simple strategy for dealing with Barack Obama on the debt ceiling. President Subprime McDowngrade wants a five-year increase on the debt ceiling or, by my calculations, enough to get us to a Grecian-style financial implosion.

To neatly handle the problem, offer the Foodstamp President two choices:

Choice 1: A long-term debt-limit increase along with significant present and future spending cuts

Choice 2: A short-term debt-limit increase if he refuses to cut spending, continued ad infinitum to highlight his fiscal irresponsibility

In other words, act as a responsible creditor. Act in the country's best interest, for a change.

Or should I send this via fax to John Boehner's favorite lobbyist, so I can be sure he gets the message?

CHEESY: Why is THE BLAZE hotlinking images from ZERO HEDGE?

I just happened upon a very neat infographic at The Blaze (via BadBlue) that depicts the amount of gold that exists in the world.

I wanted to grab a copy of the image for myself and just happened to look at the source of The Blaze image to see where they were hosting it. I was shocked to find that a monstrous, well-funded news site like The Blaze was hotlinking the image from Zero Hedge!

In this case, "Hotlinking" basically means that The Blaze is using the bandwidth, storage and servers of Zero Hedge to host its content. This practice could be excused if, for instance, it was simply a n00b blogger who didn't know what the heck he was doing.

In the case of The Blaze, however, it seems to be just another in a series of somewhat cheesy practices.

I've heard from fellow bloggers -- big bloggers, in fact -- that their content has been, uhm, appropriated by The Blaze without attribution on several occasions.

In fact, I've seen a bit of this kind of behavior myself, where an entire post was copied with as minor an attribution as can be imagined.

Look, I like and frequently link to The Blaze.

But I suspect Mr. Beck has enough extra pocket change to avoid hotlinking images and otherwise engaging in practices that are considered, at best, poor form. Here's a plea to the folks at The Blaze for more responsible attribution and hosting practices.

THE SECOND AMENDMENT: What can you do? This.

Easy steps to protect your Second Amendment rights:

1. Join the National Rifle Assocation - by no means perfect, the NRA is the most influential gun rights group in the world. The easiest step to help fund basic protections for the Second Amendment is to join the NRA.

2. Gun Owners of America - a no-nonsense gun rights organization with a strong lobbying presence in Washington.

3. Jews for the Preservation of Firearm Ownership - welcomes all law-abiding citizens and offers some of the best educational material about the Constitution and the Second Amendment you'll find anywhere.

4. The Second Amendment Foundation - provides legal action, education, and an attorney referral service for law-abiding gun owners.

No organization is perfect and each group has its strengths and weaknesses. If you can afford to, join all of them. Each one of us, working with these groups, can make a difference.

REPORT: Tomorrow, John Boehner will either resign or be fired

Ron Meyer of CNS News has the latest dirt in the Boehner soap opera:

I have confirmed with a group of Congressmen that House Speaker John Boehner will not be reelected Speaker tomorrow.

He will either resign or be forced out tomorrow.

Only 17 members are needed to block Speaker Boehner's election tomorrow. A Speaker needs an absolute majority of all votes cast for a specific person.

If no one has a majority, the House is speakerless. I've confirmed these rules with the House Parliamentarian.

Boehner may be a competent ladder-climber but he is a horrible Speaker, especially in times as dangerous as these.

• Instead of forming alliances with the Constitutional and Tea Party conservatives who brought him to power, he instead waged war against them.

• Instead of taking advantage of the GOP's historic, sweeping victories in 2010, he bypassed the new Congress and cut a secret deal with Democrats that led to yesterday's "Fiscal Cliff" debacle.

• Instead of standing on first principles, he became the leader of the "Democrat Lite" movement, which can no longer be substantially differentiated from the Marxists running the Democrat Party.

• Instead of eloquently explaining to the American people the fiscal abyss we are facing and the certain impact of "financial repression", Boehner instead bumbled through a series of public appearances where he seemed to be negotiating with himself.

• And rather than operating as a strategist, a leader, and a statesman, Boehner allowed himself to be bullied by antique media and the Democrats (but I repeat myself).

We need a fighter as Speaker. I nominate Allen West, Paul Ryan, Sarah Palin or Jim Jordan.

Update: Close your eyes and imagine having a Speaker who can articulate his principles like this.

FINALLY: House GOP Circulates a Plan to Oust Boehner

Matthew Boyle, writing at Breitbart, offers the best description I've ever seen on the inner workings of the House.

A coup appears to be in the works after John Boehner's two-year track record of failed leadership: repudiating the conservative base that brought him the Speakership; punishing Tea Party Republicans; abandoning first principles; and failing to address America's catastrophic spending problem.

[House s]taffers have compiled a detailed action plan that, if executed, could make this a reality.

The Republicans, both conservatives and more establishment members alike, are emboldened after the failure of Boehner’s fiscal cliff “Plan B” on Thursday evening. Dissatisfaction with Boehner is growing in the House Republican conference, but until now there hasn’t been a clear path forward...

...[T]he first step is to re-establish the election of the Speaker of the House by secret ballot, rather than by a public roll call vote. That’s because the members who would oppose Boehner, if there ended up not being enough votes to achieve their desired result or if Boehner scared via threat or coaxed via prize some of the opposition into voting for him, would be sitting ducks for retaliation in the near future.

...To establish a secret ballot election for Speaker of the House, one Republican member will need to step forward and introduce a resolution on the House floor on the morning of January 3, 2013, before any other business takes place. Those close to this plan are convinced that a member will step forward and introduce this resolution... the first order of business is for the House to elect a Speaker...

...[I]f a member introduces that resolution for a secret ballot, the whole House will vote on that first. That vote will need to have a public roll call, meaning the American people, the press, and Boehner will know who voted which way. Even so, those who are considering this path forward to unseat Boehner know that Boehner and other establishment Republicans can’t legitimately oppose the concept of a secret ballot election for a leader of a political body [because of widespread GOP opposition to union "card check" tactics].

...If a secret ballot election for House Speaker is established, step one of this plan against Boehner is complete.

...The second step of the circulated plan would require enough GOP members to band together and vote for somebody other than Boehner as Speaker... [for] someone to win the Speaker election, they’d need to secure 217 votes – or a majority of everyone voting... The House would continue having multiple elections throughout the day on January 3 until it agreed upon a new Speaker.

Republicans need not worry about handing the Speakership over to Nancy Pelosi or some other Democrat in this process, either. “Don’t worry about Speaker Boehner losing GOP votes in a secret ballot..."

It is still not possible for Pelosi to become Speaker even with 100 % of Democrats united behind her and a split GOP vote. The reason is to become Speaker it is not enough to win a plurality. One must win an absolute majority of all votes cast for an individual.

...even if all 201 Democrats vote Pelosi, Boehner gets 1 vote, and the remaining 233 Republicans each vote for a different individual, Pelosi does not win. Pelosi would need 218 to reach a majority of the 435 votes cast for an individual. Since Republicans have a 33 vote advantage in the House, the only way Pelosi wins is if 17 Boehner opponents affirmatively vote Pelosi or abstain rather than simply vote for an alternative candidate. Both these scenarios are easily avoided...

Rumor has it that Paul Ryan's name is being circulated. I believe he is one man who gets it; and who could unite the conservative base as well as the establishment.

A HORRIFYING PREVIEW OF OBAMACARE: 6 in 10 Veterans Administration claim denials are in error

So reports Army Times in a sobering report on the state of a typical, government-run health care system:

A new report on an old problem contains some sad statistics about veterans’ benefits claims:

• Thirty-one percent of claims filed with the Veterans Affairs Department are likely to be denied — and 60 percent of those denials will be erroneous.

• Sixty percent of claims will take longer than 125 days to be processed, more than 7 percent of claims will be misplaced, and 4 percent will be completely lost.

• A veteran calling VA’s benefits hotline has just a 49 percent chance of being connected to someone and receiving a correct answer.

...Based on a review of the 870,000 benefits claims pending before VA in 2011 — a number that has climbed to about 900,000 pending claims today... Even faster claims processing might be possible by contracting out administrative services or transferring claims processing from the federal government to states, the report says. It recommends expanded pilot programs to test those ideas.

The nonpartisan National Center for Policy Analysis, which specializes in retirement and health care programs, is skeptical about VA’s stated goal of eliminating the claims backlog by the end of 2015.

VA “is barely able to process current claims,” the report says, “and has exhibited little to no progress toward their stated goal of 125 days and 98 percent accuracy for processed claims by 2015.”

The federal government, in general, does a poor job of administering disability benefits and services, the report says, “as evidenced by the state of Social Security Disability.”

“But the Veterans Benefits Administration appears to be far worse.”

When Nancy Pelosi famously opined -- vis a vis Obamacare -- that we had to pass it to find out what's in it, she was wrong.

We know what's in government-run health care: a nice, juicy crap sandwich for everyone involved.

Picture our entire medical system administered by the BMV, the Post Office and the SEIU, combined.

President Obama Commemorates Pearl Harbor Anniversary With Poignant, Haunting Photograph of... Himself

Well, this is certainly out of character.

On the 71st anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor, President Obama commemorated the somber occasion by honoring … President Obama. The White House Twitter account sent out this photo today (taken in 2011):

It’s as if he is physically and mentally incapable of paying tribute to anyone other than himself...

Barack Obama: A president whose narcissism will live in infamy...

Heaven forbid that the president remember Pearl Harbor with a photograph like this:

Or this:

JAN 2013: The Statement the Next Speaker of the House Must Give

As Ned Ryun suggests, with some luck January may bring a new Speaker of the House. A conservative Speaker. And this is the kind of plain talk -- the truth --- that the American people need to hear.

We're not going to raise the debt ceiling without spending cuts that address the so-called "Stimulus" package, which was sold as a one-time, emergency measure. We're not going to raise the debt ceiling without these necessary cuts, because our entire system faces a fiscal disaster without them.

By the way, we don't live in a dictatorship. We live in a Republic with checks and balances.

If the President attempts to illegally raise the debt ceiling without Congress and thereby violates the Constitution, there are remedies and we will hold him accountable.

Furthermore, we are not going to raise the debt ceiling without three questions being answered by Senator Harry Reid and the President:

1. At what point will Democrats have borrowed enough from America's young people and from future generations? Is there a dollar limit or a percentage of GDP they can point to and say, "That's it! That's the limit!"?

2. At what point will Democrats have spent enough? Is there a dollar limit or a threshold of GDP that, once surpassed, they admit their central planning in the housing, health care, retirement, banking and other markets have failed?

3. How much longer will Democrats operate the country without a budget? For the first time in modern American history, Democrats have refused to pass a budget for three years in a row, an act which no country, no state, no city, and certainly no family would ever tolerate.

Because if they can't identify any limits on their spending -- if they recognize no constraints to their policies nor learn from the past -- then they are tacitly admitting that they intend to poison, through bankruptcy and fiscal chaos, the American system of government.

None of America's young people should tolerate this fiscal destruction and I pledge that this Congress will stand up for America's youth. We will not tolerate Democrats poisoning the wellspring of freedom any longer.

FLUSH HIM: We Only Need 16 Votes to Depose Boehner

Great idea from Ned Ryun:

While the caucus has already voted in support of John Boehner as speaker of the 113th Congress, the final floor vote doesn’t happen until early January.

Everyone thinks it’s a fairytale, but the Conservative Movement is capable of firing Boehner with just 16 votes.

The House rules demand that a Speaker receive a majority—218 votes—to be elected speaker. If no nominee for speaker receives 218, the House remains speakerless—as it did during parts of the Civil War.

If 16 House Republicans were to abstain from voting for Speaker, Boehner would only receive 217 votes.

Once we depose Boehner and cause a firestorm, the Republican caucus will get the memo: Pick someone else! These 16 Republicans only need to hold out until the caucus chooses a new leader.

For Speaker, I suggest members who are anti-establishment, but still have broad support. Congressmen Jim Jordan of Ohio would be my pick. He just finished leading the Republican Study Committee and proposed the best budget we’ve seen come out of Congress.

Republicans and conservatives deserve a more articulate, more conservative leader. In fact, we need one if we want to keep the House majority and take the Senate. Boehner has been Obama’s punching bag and has lost every public battle with the President. Now, he’s waging an internal war on conservatives.

Remember, we lost seats in the House under his leadership. He has failed as spokesman for the movement. Boehner has been in Congress for 22 years, and he looks like and embodies the typical DC politician. Can’t we find someone fresher to lead the party forward?

I'll say this about Jim Jordan: he ain't gonna be anyone's punching bag.

My only fear about this idea is that House Democrats will join with the RINO establishment to keep the Weeper Speaker in power.

QOTD: Sarah Palin Shreds John Boehner and the Miserable Failures in the Establishment GOP

Now this is what I call speaking truth to power:

Please read and pass along this article.

We send good conservatives to D.C. to fulfill the promises they made to the electorate, and yet when they stay true to their word the permanent political class in their own party punishes them.

This won't be forgotten come 2014.

Right now the GOP establishment is more concerned about the opinion of the media and the Georgetown cocktail circuit than they are “we the people” who hired them. For all this new talk of how the GOP needs a “populist movement,” it would do them good to remember they already have one; it’s called the Tea Party movement, and it won for them the majority they now enjoy in the House.

John Boehner needs a primary challenger in Ohio. The qualifications are simple: he or she must be able to fog a mirror.

INTERESTING: "The Main Problem With Republicans"

Dark Water Retreat:

The main problem with the Republicans is that they are perpetually uncool. Although some take comfort in the glow of self-righteousness and condemnation of those who are not worthy, the Republican Party has little to offer the citizens of the United States. Even the once strong point of having solid economic principles they purportedly endorse, this idea seems to be no-more as evidenced by the economic liberal choices of president they continue to select. I mean, really? McCain and Romney were planning to get the country back on sound economic ground? Instead of being economic stalwarts of fiscal responsibility, they seem to be socialist lite… That is, ”only half the socialist calories of the other brand!”

What they are doing is doubling down on is the social issues that piss people off. Republicans are on the wrong side of these issues and they represent a black eye that history will not remember fondly. Most voters don’t understand fiscal and economic policy. They just don’t. What they do understand is that they have a relative or friend that is gay. They do understand that they have a relative or friend that smokes an occasional joint. They do understand that they have a relative or friend that is an immigrant. They do not like watching family friendly entertainment all the time. People are turned off by the self-righteous holier-than-thou attitude that Republicans continue to put forth. While not considering the many fine people they are disenfranchising, the Republicans seem to be more than willing to water down sound financial principles of which everyone would benefit. We only have one shot in this world and if we are going to be labeled as ”sinners” we might as well (as said by Billy Joel): “we would rather laugh with the sinners than cry with the saints because the sinners are much more fun.”

We have our work cut out for us. As Trevor Loudon reminds us, the next four years are going to be disastrous unless Republicans stand for something basic, primitive and real: America.

• Diverting money from the military to social spending will be a huge part of the agenda. After all, a strong US military is the major block to world revolution.

• The push will be towards universal socialist healthcare and an economy wrecking Financial Transactions Tax.

• Ending poverty through massive re-distribution will be a big focus… capitalizing on the 50th anniversary of DSA founder Michael Harrington‘s famous book “The Other America,” which helped to launch Lyndon Johnson’s catastrophic and completely counter productive “War on Poverty” in the mid-1960s.

• Students will be manipulated with promises of loan forgiveness. There will be a huge push for immigration reform. DSA leader Eliseo Medina, a leader of the movement, has openly boasted that this will mean eight million more Democrat Party votes.

Until conservatives and Republicans realize that they are opposing a Marxist dominated party, they are destined to a series of defeats on the way to political oblivion... [Democrats are no longer] the party of Truman or Kennedy, but the party of Marx, Lenin, Alinsky and Gramsci.

...Republicans are no longer fighting old line Democrats. They are effectively battling D.S.A, the Communist Party and the labor unions. The Democrats are simply a front for the Marxists.

These people play dirty, and they play for keeps.

We're Americans. We don't give up. We don't give in to thugs. And we need leaders who won't give in either. Who will stand tall in the face of existential threats to this country.

We need Republicans who can speak eloquently about what the future holds under the collectivists in the Democrat Party, about the failures of big government, and about liberty. Liberty is cool. Liberty is inclusive. Liberty appeals to all ages, races, religions, colors and backgrounds.

We need Republicans who can give voice to liberty and who will politically offer no quarter to the progressives who seek to destroy this great land. That will appeal to the old and the young, the rich and the poor, women and men, and anyone else who dreams of a better future for themselves and subsequent generations.
