IN HIS OWN WORDS: 20 Quotes by Barack Obama on Islam
It's worth highlighting the hypocrisy of the media. After all, it was Hillary Clinton -- during the 2008 Democrat primary campaign -- who first raised suspicions that Obama was likely a crypto-Muslim.
Oh, and it wasn't Donald Trump who uttered the following public statements regarding Islam. It was Barack Obama:
1 “The future must not belong to those who slander the Prophet of Islam”
2 “The sweetest sound I know is the Muslim call to prayer”
3 “We will convey our deep appreciation for the Islamic faith, which has done so much over the centuries to shape the world — including in my own country.”
4 “As a student of history, I also know civilization’s debt to Islam.”
5 “Islam has a proud tradition of tolerance.”

SMASHING THE GOP ESTABLISHMENT: Trump, Bush, Cruz and Me
The GOP establishment (which the Refuge dubs "GOPe") devised a wide-ranging set of tactics to achieve that goal:
- Hidden within the massive CRomnibus bill to fund the government were obscure federal election law changes that allowed unlimited SuperPAC (large political action committees unaffiliated with specific candidates) contributions.
- They funded SuperPACs in order to incentivize the desired candidate behavior
- They changed the nomination rules of the 2016 primary (e.g., "winner take all delegates") to allow an unpopular candidate like Jeb to secure the nomination with only 20% (one-fifth!) of the delegates
- They altered the calendar dates of primaries to advantage a weak, establishment candidate (Bush) that had little, if any, grassroots support
For instance, Cruz vs. Bush was projected to be an utter rout in Florida, with internal polling showing that Cruz would crush Bush. But what would happen if the GOPe added Carly Fiorina, John Kasich, Chris Christie, Rand Paul, Scott Walker, and Marco Rubio to the mix?

Trump Hammers Bush, Rubio, Kasich, and GOP Establishment Plan to Import Thousands of ISIS Terrorists
Donald Trump is facing down the establishment pressure that has already prompted Jeb Bush and Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) to announce they would provide residency to some of Muslim refugees or economic migrants now fleeing Islamic wars in the Middle East.
“Look, from a humanitarian standpoint, I’d love to help. But we have our own problems. We have so many problems that we have to solve,” Trump declared on Wednesday night’s broadcast of Hannity.“We are the only country in the world whose immigration system puts the needs of other nations ahead of our own. That must change,” Trump wrote in his August migration policy paper that has supercharged his 2016 campaign.
On Sept. 10, a White House spokesman said President Barack Obama would grant residence to 10,000 additional Syrians in 2016, along with the routine inflow of 70,000 refugees and 1 million new immigrants.
Bush says the United States should accept more Middle East refugees: “We should accept — we’re a country that has a noble tradition of accepting refugees. We need to make sure that they’re not part of ISIS or something like that,” Bush told Fox and Friends.
Marco Rubio echoed Bush.
Progressive Rapper Azealia Banks Likes Trump's Plan: Blacks Disproportionately Hurt by Illegal Immigration
As polls show Donald Trump performing better than ever with black voters, progressive rapper Azealia Banks is expressing support for Trump’s popular immigration policy because of the positive impact it could have on black Americans.
“Do you think it’s bad that I sort of agree with [Trump’s] stance on immigration?” the rapper wrote on her Instagram account on September 7th.Banks, a black rapper from Harlem, made headlines in March of this year by declaring her hatred for “this country” and “white Americans.”
Banks explained that her support for Trump’s immigration plan is based on the detrimental impact mass immigration has had on the black community. “Black Americans still have not been paid reparations for slavery,” she wrote. “It’s selfish, but America has been really good at convincing me that everyone else’s problems are more important than my own.”
Following an immediate onslaught of progressive backlash, Banks tried to vaguely signal to progressives that her pro-America immigration statement was just a “social experiment.” However, all of her social media posts thereafter demonstrate a strong support for the ideas underpinning Trump’s rise.
“If the United States of America is an aircraft on its way down, (which it seems to be) I must put my own air mask on before I assist others,” Banks later wrote.

Trump and Cruz are Precisely What the Putrescent GOP Leaders Deserve
Over one hundred years ago, Ambrose Bierce, a 19th century political satirist, deploring the political corruption and lack of representative government, described Washington D.C. as a:
"Strife of interests masquerading as a contest of principles and the conduct of public affairs for private advantage."
How little things have changed.
Yet, seemingly oblivious to this persistent, fundamental problem in our political-media culture, Democrat and Republican Presidential candidates and political pundits of all stripes, arrogantly dismiss voter sentiment and choose to remain focused solely on their posturing for each election cycle driven by petty policy squabbles as to whether 2 + 2 = 3 or 2 + 2 = 5.

Stop Iran Rally! D.C., 9/9, 1PM
This may be our best and last opportunity to turn opposition to Obama’s disastrous Iran agreement into a mass movement - which in turn is the one chance we have to crush the deal now that Congress has ignored the will of the people. Obama’s folly is fatally flawed and we and our children are going to be the fatalities unless we put a stop to it ASAP! For the sake of our future, please be there if you can.
Marching from 9:00am-7:00pm, Rally begins at 1:00pm

Donald Trump’s Shot Heard ‘Round the World
If Donald Trump did not exist, he would have to be invented.
Illegal immigration, China, the economy, radical Islam? Yes, they are all important issues, as are others, but they are mere talking points compared to what frightens the establishment the most; voter sentiments of which our "esteemed" politicians and journalists may not even be aware.Trump has tapped into, but, as yet, not fully exploited the two most critical issues, not just of the 2016 election, but the ones that will determine whether or not the United States will survive as a republic.
They are also the two issues that, if not addressed, will make it impossible to solve any of the other problems the country faces.
The political-media establishment is hopelessly corrupt and, although we have elections, we no longer have representative government.
And the American people are fed up.

Mark Levin Obliterates the Legitimacy of "Anchor Children"
SEAN HANNITY: You mentioned on your radio program yesterday -- and I think this is important. I think it's worth putting up. Republican senator Jacob Howard of Michigan, while they were debating the 14th Amendment -- he's the author of the clause -- every person born within the limits of the United States and subject to their jurisdiction is by virtue of natural law and national law a citizen of the U.S. This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons.
You know, and as you pointed out, it settles the great question of citizenship and removes all doubt as to what this clause meant. Why are so many people getting this wrong?
MARK LEVIN: Because they're result-oriented, because they want to insist the Constitution says what it doesn't say. Moreover, the Supreme Court has never ruled that the children of illegal aliens are American citizens. So the Supreme Court has never ruled, and even if they did, it would be wrong.

GEORGE WILL EXPOSED AS A COMPLETE HACK: Repeatedly Rips Donald Trump While His Wife Works for Scott Walker
• Will calls Trump a "One-Man Todd Akin"
• Will demands the GOP purge Trump and his Trumpite supporters
• Will asks: "Do we really want to give nuclear weapons to Donald Trump?
• Will: If Trump were a Democrat mole, "how would his behavior be different?"
Well, it's fine to have an opinion, but shouldn't Will's bizarre comments be accompanied by a full disclosure?
Shouldn’t George Will have to give a disclaimer every time he is on Fox that his wife works for Scott Walker?

REPRESENTATIVE GOVERNMENT LOST: Huge Majorities of Voters Want an End to Sanctuary Cities, Aggressive Deportations
What, exactly, do voters want the government to do with illegal alien criminals?
President Obama's plan to exempt up to five million illegal immigrants from deportation remains tied up in court, but most voters still don’t think the United States is aggressive enough in deporting those who are here illegally. As for sanctuary cities:
A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 60% of Likely U.S. Voters think the U.S. government is not aggressive enough in deporting those who are in this country illegally...
Following the murder of a young woman in San Francisco by an illegal immigrant from Mexico, voters want to get tough on so-called “sanctuary cities” that refuse to enforce immigration laws.Which could be why Donald Trump's immigration rants have struck such a chord. And why pro-illegal immigration candidates like Jeb Bush and John Kasich are dead candidates walking.
Sixty-two percent (62%) of Likely U.S. Voters think the U.S. Justice Department should take legal action against cities that provide sanctuary for illegal immigrants. The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just 26% oppose Justice Department action against sanctuary cities.

GOP ESTABLISHMENT HARDEST HIT: NBC Confirms Ted Cruz was the Real Winner of the First GOP Debate
Even though Donald Trump claimed victory after the first GOP debate based on internet polls, many experts said to wait until more scientific polling numbers were released to make a definitive judgment. And now we know why. An NBC poll was released and it paints a completely different picture.
In terms of which candidates helped themselves the most, the winners were Ted Cruz and Carly Fiorina. Cruz rose from 6% to 13%, while Fiorina climbed from 2% to 8%... Those surveyed pointed to three candidates doing the best work during the debates: Fiorina (20% net score), Marco Rubio (12%) and Cruz (11%).

I DON’T TRUST TRUMP: The Donald Secretly Conspired with Bill Clinton Prior to Announcing Candidacy
Then there are more recent and troubling disclosures. Exhibit A: "Donald Trump talked politics with Bill Clinton weeks before launching 2016 bid."
Former president Bill Clinton had a private telephone conversation in late spring with Donald Trump at the same time that the billionaire investor and reality-television star was nearing a decision to run for the White House, according to associates of both men.False flag, anyone?
Four Trump allies and one Clinton associate familiar with the exchange said that Clinton encouraged Trump’s efforts to play a larger role in the Republican Party and offered his own views of the political landscape.
...The talk with Clinton — the spouse of the Democratic presidential front-runner and one of his party’s preeminent political strategists — came just weeks before Trump jumped into the GOP race and surged to the front of the crowded Republican field.
The revelation of the call comes as many Republicans have begun criticizing Trump for his ties to Democrats, including past financial donations to the Clintons and their charitable foundation.
Writing at The Federalist, Mollie Hemingway added some valuable data from the debate as context:
DOUG’S REPORT CARD: The First 2016 GOP Presidential Debate
Jeb Bush: D
In what was a surprisingly awful performance, Jeb looked like a deer in the headlights on multiple occasions. In person, Jeb's tall and imposing; but on the debate stage he looked small and weak. His attempt to bolster his prior, bizarre comments on illegal immigration, especially in the wake of Kate Steinle's murder, was a rambling, hot mess.
Ben Carson: B-
Carson is an appealing candidate who appeared overwhelmed at the beginning of the debate and then seemed to find his footing as the night wore on. His likable personality is both tempered and bolstered by the fact that he's not a professional politician.

THE TROUBLE WITH TRUMP: 12 Years of Presidential Narcissists?
After seven years of a narcissistic president, the last thing the nation needs is another four. Donald Trump has all the same outward egocentric manifestations to which we’ve become accustomed. The problem with politicians imbued with such characteristics, is that everything they do is all about them, not those whom they are elected to serve, or the Constitution to which they take an oath of fealty.
Dr. Charles Krauthammer, a psychologist by profession, has said it’s clear that the current inhabitant of 1600 Pennsylvania Av. is a narcissist. “This is a guy, you look at every one of his speeches, even the way he introduces high officials — I’d like to introduce my secretary of state. He refers to ‘my intelligence community.’ And in one speech, I no longer remember it, ‘my military.’ For God’s sake, he talks like the emperor, Napoleon. He does have this sense of this all being a drama about him, and everybody else is just sort of part of the stage.”
Dr. Sam Vaknin, the author of the “Malignant Self Love,” and an expert on narcissism, concurs. Vaknin says, “Obama’s language, posture and demeanor, and the testimonies of his closest, dearest and nearest suggest that the president is either a narcissist or he may have narcissistic personality disorder (NPD). Narcissists project a grandiose but false image of themselves. After listing several 20th century examples, he explains how they all “created a personality cult around themselves and with their blazing speeches elevated their admirers.”

Every 12 Days Someone is Murdered by an Illegal Alien Criminal Obama Released From Custody
It got little notice, but on May 28, Sarah Saldana, director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, admitted in a letter to Sens. Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.) and Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) that between fiscal years 2010 and 2014, the Obama administration had released “121 unique criminal aliens who had an active [deportation] case at the time of release and were subsequently charged with homicide-related offenses.”It gets worse.
Think about that: 121 times over the past four years, the administration has released an illegal immigrant with prior criminal convictions who went on to be charged with murder. That is one every 12 days.
