WHAT THEY’RE HIDING FROM YOU: Trump 'Silent Protester' Is a Supporter Of Islamic Terrorism

By Mac Slavo

There have been widespread calls for Presidential front runner Donald Trump to issue an apology to Rose Hamid. You’ll recall that Hamid was the woman who silently protested a Trump campaign stop before being ejected from the event by security.

But as has often been the case with political plants at Republican events, the public was only given part of the story.

Vote for the Candidate Both Sides Fear

By Brent Smith

Yes, Cruz is the real deal. No need to take my word for it. Just look and listen. It’s as Limbaugh says: the left and the establishment right will always tell you who they fear the most.

Sure, they hate both Trump and Cruz. The hatred for Trump is understandable, from their standpoint. He makes Republicans look bad. He’s intolerant and generally causes them embarrassment.

But the antipathy for Cruz is born of fear. They fear the end of the government gravy train if he gets elected. They fear that with Cruz at the helm, Americans may just discover they don’t actually need Washington involved in every facet of their lives. They fear an uncompromising constitutional standard bearer as head of the party.

PRIMAL SCREAM: Obama to Import Millions More Aliens to Replace U.S. White Collar Workers, Also Stop Deportations

And the GOPe Beltway insiders wonder why Americans are so pissed?

...Barack Obama is preparing a colossal new executive action that could print-up work permits for a huge number of foreign white-collar graduates every year, above and beyond the levels set by Congress.

This executive action, which directly bypasses Congressional lawmakers, is likely to reverberate across the presidential race, as GOP voters look to choose a nominee they believe will most effectively roll back the President’s still-expanding agenda. And it will certainly raise new security concerns as it covers categories of immigration utilized by migrants from the Middle East and nearby regions.

CHART: State of the Road to the Nomination; Observations and Expectations; "Unleash the Dogs of War"

The accompanying chart depicts Real Clear Politics' rolling national polling averages for the GOP presidential nomination.

I've annotated a couple of key dates, December 29th (the most recent data) and October 29th, so we can see the current state of play and compare it with how the race looked two months ago.

There are some very interesting observations we can make and several expectations we might have based upon these numbers and trends:

LATEST KEY STATE POLLS: Trump and Cruz Surge, Rubio Falters; Paradox for the GOPe

Writing at a Politico microsite called Capital New York, Marc Caputo offers the highlights of key state polls that depict a GOP presidential race increasingly down to two outsider candidates: Donald Trump and Ted Cruz.

Some of the key takeaways from polling in the critical states of New Hampshire, South Carolina and Florida:

In South Carolina:

• "Cruz and Trump are tied at 27 percent. Rubio and Ben Carson roughly tied at 12 percent and 11 percent each, respectively. Bush had 7 percent support; 5 percent backed other candidates and 11 percent were undecided."

SPLITTERS HARDEST HIT: Rubio, Bush, and Christie Vie to be the Pro-Amnesty GOPe Candidate

According to Politico, Marco Rubio has a "Chris Christie Problem."

Jeb Bush, sadly, also has a "Chris Christie Problem."

Oh. One other thing. Mr. Rubio -- the youngest and most attractive of the open borders, Chamber of Commerce, GOP establishment posse -- has been forced to reassure his donors that his flagging campaign is still on track.

Here's a helpful hint: it's not.

WON’T YOU PLEASE HELP? I'm a single tweet away from 700 retweets on my latest Granny Catlady meme

Brother, can you spare a tweet*?

Interesting side-note: it appears that Her Royal Catlady once supported racially profiling Muslims and even restricting immigration. To be fair, though, she thought this particular video had only been stored on her email server.

* Special thanks to Hollywood legends Adam Baldwin and James Woods.

GOP NOMINATION TRACKING CHART: And Some Thoughts About the Current State of the Race

The accompanying chart represents the current trending chart for the Real Clear Politics average.

• I’d be interested in knowing exactly how many tens of millions of dollars the donor class has blown on Yeb Bush. Even more interesting would be to know how pissed off they are at the RNC and its bevy of Roveian scam artists "consultants" who promised yet another winner and instead delivered a turd.

• Ben Carson's star had begun to fade even prior to the Paris terror attacks, but the former neurosurgeon went into freefall as national security took a prominent place on the debate stage.

Are the GOP Elites Starting to Get the Picture Now?

By Sara Noble

Ted Cruz just soared in the latest national poll to a statistical tie with Donald Trump according to a new Quinnipiac national poll. Many are starting to see Cruz as the moderate version of Donald Trump, but also as someone who can radically reverse the damage from seven years of Obama and years of GOP apathy and elitism.

It’s interesting that this poll followed the cromnibus vote. Cruz came out quickly and strongly against it.

Mark Levin Unloads on @BritHume and Charles @Krauthammer as @FoxNews @SpecialReport Continues to Lurch Left

As expected given the stellar debate performances of Ted Cruz and Donald Trump, the panicked "analysts" at the Fox News channel locked arms with the Chamber of Commerce tonight to air an infomercial for Marco Rubio.

The Special Report panel this evening featured a trio of open-borders, pro-Amnesty establishment apologists who appeared to have donned matching "Vote for Marco" T-shirts (their "Vote for ¡Jeb!" tees having quietly been donated to Goodwill).

Perhaps these rocket scientists might consider why the Fox Business Channel is now the fastest growing cable channel in the U.S. (hint: Lou Dobbs is a rock-ribbed conservative, for starters).

The invaluable Mark Levin let FNC have it tonight and Breitbart's Jeff Poor was on the case:

GOOD NEWS: Jeb Bush Is Thinking of Sabotaging the GOP

By Sara Noble

Ironically, Jeb Bush might be the one to blow up the Republican party. It’s been on life support under Barack Obama anyway, why not commit suicide?

A Politico article on Wednesday has the Establishment cheer-to-the-throne Jeb Bush considering blowing up the Republican party and doing what they’ve been accusing Donald Trump of planning. If Trump is the candidate, Bush might not support him.

He’s going to break his pledge. If he does that publicly, it’s a character flaw.

MARK LEVIN: "Trump Really Screwed Up This Weekend"

By CR Wire

On Monday night’s radio program, Conservative Review Editor-in-Chief Mark Levin called out Donald Trump for mimicking the statists and the Republican establishment by attacking rival Ted Cruz and Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia over the weekend.

Levin cited three “reckless comments” made by Donald Trump.

First, Mr. Trump joined in with a leftist on CNN to dump on Justice Scalia, who’s comments during oral argument have been unfairly accused of being racist. Conservatives know better.

TRUMP: The Ugly Truths the Democrat and Republican Establishment Seek to Conceal From Us

By Karl Denninger

The fear in both the GOP and Democratic party is visible at the surface when it comes to Trump, and it's not that he's any of what they've accused him of.  No, it's really much simpler than that, and both Republican and Democrat parties, along with the mainstream media, are utterly terrified that you, the average American, is going to figure out what underlies all of these institutions in America.

No, it's not that they're evil.

It's worse, for evil frequently is recognized and fought back yet for decades America has not awakened to what has been going on in the political and media establishment.  It was evident during the Vietnam war and has only gotten worse since.

NEW WSJ/NBC POLL: Trump and Cruz Running Away From the Field

Writing at The Wall Street Chamber of Commerce Journal, a glum Janet Hook reports that Donald Trump and Ted Cruz are now dominating the national GOP field as Ben Carson's support has dropped precipitously.

Donald Trump has risen to a new high and Ben Carson’s support has plummeted among Republican primary voters after a tumultuous month of international and domestic terrorism, a new Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll finds...

...Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas has vaulted into second place, amid signs that he has picked up former Carson supporters. Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida placed third in the survey, but the poll also carried evidence that he stands to benefit most when the big field of GOP candidates is winnowed.

BREAKING: WSJ and The New York Times Merge!

By Dan Friedman

Trump Derangement Syndrome.

Here’s a meeting of the minds for you. There is no daylight whatsoever between the Wall Street Journal and The New York Times when it comes to Donald Trump.

Both become apoplectic when they hear his name.

And neither has any problem taking a dive into the sewer when the occasion calls for it. You could call this cheap mudslinging, but it only has the consistency of mud and smells much worse.

TRUMP IS RIGHT: No More Soft Targets

By Karl Denninger

Trump did what Trump always does when he gets the mic -- he said what he thinks.

The Donald called for an immediate halt to all Muslims coming to America -- as tourists, as refugees, as immigrants.

Not permanently, but for now, until we figure out exactly what we did wrong, how we can fix, and we fix it.

“Until we are able to determine and understand this problem and the dangerous threat it poses, our country cannot be the victims of horrendous attacks by people that believe only in Jihad, and have no sense of reason or respect for human life,” Trump said in a statement.

The reaction from the others in the race -- and Muslims -- was immediate and loud.  He was called racist, unhinged, divisive, dangerous, a demagogue and more.

LA TIMES: Say, Trump Could Be Right

By David Mills

They didn’t come right out and say it, but they certainly implied it (emphases mine).

FBI Director James Comey said Wednesday that Syed Rizwan Farook and his wife, Tashfeen Malik, began scheming to carry out a terror attack long before they were engaged and before she moved to the United States on a fiancee visa last year…

OPEN BORDERS IDIOCY: Rubio, Ryan and Graham Coordinate Attack on Trump over Islamic Immigration

By Julia Hahn

The Speaker of the House and two presidential candidates—all of whom have supported amnesty and immigration expansions—are coming after GOP frontrunner Donald Trump following his declaration that the U.S. should pause Muslim migration into the United States.

According to the Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. has issued green cards— i.e. permanent resettlement documents— to 1.5 million migrants from Muslim countries since 9/11.

Giving Thanks for the Republican Establishment

Today I give thanks for my family, my friends, my colleagues and our great country, especially those who serve in our military, intelligence, law enforcement and first responder communities to protect us. I give thanks that I was fortunate enough to be born in this wonderful nation, the most magnificent society on the face of the Earth.

Today I also give thanks to the Republican Party, its leaders, and its media. I give thanks to the party's agenda -- in the wake of the Mississippi Senate primary and numerous derogatory remarks -- as it made clear it sought to wage war against us. It is a fact that the Republican establishment seeks to expel conservatives from the party.

Did you drop your Republican registration to express your disgust? Awesome -- you did exactly what the establishment wanted, so you couldn't vote for an insurgent candidate like Donald Trump in your state primary.

DOCUMENT LEAK: Virginia GOP Establishment’s "Loyalty Oath" Scheme to Suppress Insurgents Trump and Cruz

The Last Refuge blog (also known as The Conservative Treehouse) has done yeoman's work exposing the GOP establishment's plot to jam Jeb Bush down the collective throats of the electorate.

Despite Bush's single-digit poll numbers, the GOPe remains fixated on a Bush candidacy (and, by extension, a Hillary presidency, since Bush has zero chance of winning a general election).

Most recently, Virginia's old guard has proffered a laughably obvious ploy to deter independent, Tea Party, Reagan Democrat, and Constitutional Conservatives who have abandoned the Republican establishment from voting in the GOP primary.
