OK, I understand now!
After hearing Senator Obama's explanation I think it is perfectly clear what happened. I am glad the truth is finally coming out.
We take you to Barack Obama's church. A service is in progress.
Rev. Wright: "`And the lion shall lay down with the lamb' And all God's children will live together in peace and harmony."
Barack Obama stands up in his pew and makes his way toward the back, toward the bathrooms.
Rev Wright: "We stand for peace and harmony, for strong families and loving our neighbor..."
Barack goes out the door and it closes behind.
Rev. Wright: "Is he gone?"
Man in back row by doors: "Yes, Reverend!"
Rev. Wright: "Okay, and the white man runs this country and continues to suppress us! And Israel is evil! But Hamas is good! And don't you know that the CIA was behind September 11? We can never expect fair treatment in this land of oppression! We shouldn't sing `God Bless America` but G*d d**n America!"
The congregation cheers.
Man in back row by doors: "He's coming back! He's coming back!"
Rev. Wright clears his throat. The door opens and Obama comes back in.
Rev. Wright: "Änd as I was saying, we must heal this racial divide and all get along with one another in peace and fairness...."
In July of 2007 -- during the height of the Obama's presidential positioning -- his beloved church published a "Hamas manifesto" in its newsletter.
Marzook refers to Hamas' charter as a "revolutionary document," comparing it to the Declaration of Independence. In reality, the charter calls for genocide by eradicating Jews worldwide. Marzook also claims Hamas targets only Israel, but Hamas has routinely threatened America and other "infidels" around the world; Hamas' charter states that Muslims must "pursue the cause of the [Hamas] Movement, all over the globe."
As a reminder, Hamas' attacks on civilians have killed scores of Israelis and Americans. In a spate of civilian mass-murder over a year's period of time, Hamas was responsible for a series of bloody suicide bombings.June 1, 2001: At a seaside disco in Tel Aviv, 21 killed.
Aug. 9, 2001: At the Sbarro pizzeria in Jerusalem, 15 killed.
Dec. 1, 2001: In a pedestrian mall in Jerusalem, 11 killed.
Dec. 2, 2001: On a bus in the coastal city of Haifa, 15 killed.
March 9, 2002: At the Moment cafe in Jerusalem, 11 killed.
March 27, 2002: At the Park Hotel in Netanya, 29 killed.
March 31, 2002: At a restaurant in Haifa, 15 killed.
May 7, 2002: At a pool hall in Rishon Letzion, south of Tel Aviv, 15 killed.
June 18, 2002: On a bus in Jerusalem, 19 killed.
Disturbing as Wright's pro-Hamas and anti-Israel propaganda may be, it appears to be entirely typical for the hateful, racist ex-leader of Obama's church.I am sending this email about my dear friends Stacey & Mike Gruber and their 3 1/2 year old son, Joey. For more on his story you can go to http://www.joeygruber.org. Today, Joey began experiencing dizziness and loss of balance and was admitted to Children's Cincinnati. They decided to do a CT scan to see if there had been progression of his tumors. 4 weeks ago he had his first MRI following 2 rounds of chemo and 30 treatments of radiation. At that time they discovered his tumors had not been effected by the treatment and found one more, totaling 4, 3 in his spinal fluid and 1 by his cerebellum. They were scheduled to have the second MRI on March 26th. Unfortunately he was found to have at least 6 more in his brain today and many of those were clustered. Tomorrow they will do a MRI to get more definitive answers. Please pray for Joey, Stacey and Mike whether you know him or not. He is a precious little boy and needs every prayer you can give. Please share this message with anyone who believes in the power of prayer.

We don't have slave-masters, we got mayors, but they['re] still the same white people! ......we got some elected officials who are house n*****s... they gonna fight you to protect that white man!
Rev. James Meeks is a close friend and spiritual consultant to Sen. Obama. Rev. Meeks appeared in TV ads for Obama’s US Senate campaign; Obama campaigned at his church; and went there for prayer the night he won that primary. Meeks was on his exploratory committee for the Presidency, and his church choir performed at a rally for Obama the night he announced...Rev. Meeks is also an Illinois state senator who has aggressively campaigned against gay rights and complained about “Hollywood Jews for bringing us ‘Brokeback Mountain’.” He ran for governor on an antigay platform. He calls being gay an “evil sickness,” and his gigantic church is one of those which sponsors a Halloween fright night in which, according to the “Chicago Sun Times,” among those “consigned to the flames of hell” were “two mincing young men wearing body glitter who were supposed to be homosexuals..."
...I asked former Edwards/now Obama supporter Eric Stern at Bilerico.com why Obama, unlike Edwards in his own multipage manifesto, as it were, left us out—why in the 64-page “Blueprint for Change—Barack Obama’s Plan for America” you cannot find one sentence, one word, one syllable relating to LGBT issues. Nothing about DOMA, DADT, civil unions, gay adoption, ENDA, hate crimes, immigration, even AIDS.
I got no answer
The only recognizably Christian position Obama takes is his opposition to same-sex marriage, due to the “religious connotations” of marriage... However, I would expect his position on same-sex marriage to begin “evolving” around, say, … November 3. Once Obama is safely ensconced in the U.S. Senate, he knows that his black base will stick by him, for richer or for poorer, for better or for worse. Then he will doubtless begin the sort of “education” of the Christian black electorate in matters of same-sex marriage, which black leaders earlier conducted in the matter of abortion....Obama’s closest religious advisers -- Fr. Pfleger, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright of Chicago's Trinity United Church of Christ, and Illinois State Sen. James Meeks, who moonlights as the pastor of Chicago's Salem Baptist Church – may have quotes from Scripture always handy, but are theologically closer to Karl Marx and black nationalism, than to Christianity... The transcendent-non-transcendent motto the Rev. Wright has given Trinity is, “Unashamedly Black and Unapologetically Christian.”
According to State Sen./Rev. James Meeks’ humble, personal church Web page, “Meeks’ practical and charismatic style of instruction motivates the hearer to take action and has resulted in accomplishments of miraculous proportions.” When the good Senator/Reverend is not accomplishing miracles and other feats “never before documented in history,” he serves as the executive vice president of Jesse Jackson Sr.’s National Rainbow-Push Coalition. Why a man of God would want to be identified with Jackson’s personal den of iniquity is a question only the Rev. Meeks can answer.
Keep in mind the parallels between Obama, his black constituency, and the Democrat party. As black Chicagoans have suffered less and less under racism, they have become increasingly racist. Conversely, once the Democrat party gave up its role as a pillar of Jim Crow, it increasingly has come to trade in race hoaxes. And as leading black preacher-politicians (witness Jesse Jackson Sr.’s former opposition to abortion) and white Democrat pols alike have made “Christianity” indistinguishable from the program of the left wing of the Democrat party, so too have millions of black Christians “revised” their Bibles. And so, just as “rights” have become merely a euphemism for whatever black, “progressive,” or homosexual Democrats desire, so too has Christianity.
Apparently, the only thing that the “Christianity” of Barack Obama, Fr. Pfleger, the Rev. Wright and the Rev. Meeks forbids, is voting Republican...

Buried in his eloquent, highly praised speech on America's racial divide, Sen. Barack Obama contradicted more than a year of denials and spin from him and his staff about his knowledge of Rev. Jeremiah Wright's controversial sermons.Similarly, Obama also has only recently given a much fuller accounting of his relationship with indicted political fixer Antoin "Tony" Rezko, a longtime friend, who his campaign once described as just one of "thousands of donors..."
How funny is that? While trying to present himself as a "uniter" and kind of but not really to distance himself from some of viciously racist and anti-American remarks of his pastor and mentor (but not the pastor and mentor himself)... Obama picks up one racist endorsement after another. Before
In the latest endorsement, Malik Zulu Shabazz, New Black Panther Party's national chairman, who last year was barred from entering Canada for his racism and anti-Semitism, refers to the "uniter" Obama as a man with a "Muslim background, a man of color."Just as Sen. Barack Obama sought to distance himself from controversial racial remarks made by his pastor, an anti-American government, anti-white and virulently anti-Semitic black supremacist party has endorsed the presidential candidate on Obama's own website.
"Obama will stir the 'Melting Pot' into a better 'Molten America,'" states an endorsement from the New Black Panther Party, or NBPP, which is a registered team member and blogger on Obama's "MyObama" campaign website. [Ed: Not any longer]
The NBPP is a controversial black extremist party whose leaders are notorious for their racist statements and for leading anti-white activism... Malik Zulu Shabazz, NBPP national chairman, who has given scores of speeches condemning "white men" and Jews, confirmed his organization's endorsement of Obama in an interview with WND today.
...Speaking to WND, Shabazz referred to Obama as a man with a "Muslim background, a man of color."After
Shabazz's NBPP's official platform states "white man has kept us deaf, dumb and blind," refers to the "white racist government of America," demands black people be exempt from military service and uses the word "Jew" repeatedly in quotation marks...
Tony Novelly, chief executive and majority owner of Apex Oil Co. in Clayton, is placing increasingly larger bets -- $7.42 million last week alone -- on the stock of Bear Stearns, where he is a director... Novelly bought 50,000 shares of the Wall Street investment banking firm over three days last week: 35,000 shares March 20 at $147.49 a share, 10,000 shares March 21 at $150.29 a share and 5,000 shares March 22 at $150.18 a share. After those purchases, Novelly, 63, owns 177,905 Bear Stearns shares worth more than $26 million at current trading levels...
"Insider buying is always a positive for a company, because an insider doesn't have to buy," said Ken Crawford, a portfolio manager who follows Bear Stearns at Argent Capital Management in Clayton. "The insider seems to think things are going well or the shares are underpriced."
My parents came from a diverse background, he a Muslim who ended up in Kenya; she a professional synchronized swimmer with a penchant for erotic macrame. Their stories haven't made me the most conventional candidate, other than the typical shady land deals you'd expect of any Democrat.
So to say that race hasn't played a part in my campaign would be inaccurate, though it didn't turn divisive until Bubba Clinton got involved. But the real polarization hit the fan with a splat this past week. On the one hand, there are the wide-eyed liberals who view my candidacy as a racial comeuppance for the country -- a political Mandingo, if you will.

My other grandmother, a Kenyan who still lives in Africa, also loves me. When I visited her home a couple of years ago, she made me drink something that tasted like goat piss, only tangier. My cousins told me that she thinks I'm a Muslim apostate who should be stoned to death, but that's a sign of love and concern, not hate.
Recently, Chris Matthews said something that sent a thrill going up my leg. No, "it" didn't move. He said my speech today was worthy of Abraham Lincoln. Lincoln was not only a great orator, he was a man I truly admire. My spiritual mentor believes Lincoln was a misbegotten cracker, but he never said so within earshot of me.
In an interview with ABC News Wednesday afternoon, Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., called for the firing of talk radio host Don Imus. Obama said he would never again appear on Imus' show, which is broadcast on CBS Radio and MSNBC television."I understand MSNBC has suspended Mr. Imus," Obama told ABC News, "but I would also say that there's nobody on my staff who would still be working for me if they made a comment like that about anybody of any ethnic group. And I would hope that NBC ends up having that same attitude."
While Barack Obama has responded to an admitted “firestorm” over his pastor’s racist and anti-American statements by cla[i]ming he didn’t hear them in person, Rev. Jeremiah Wright has defended himself in the past by referring to his foundational philosophy, the “black liberation theology” of scholars such as James Cone, who regard Jesus Christ as a “black messiah” and blacks as “the chosen people” who will only accept a God who assists their aim of destroying the “white enemy.”
“If God is not for us and against white people,” writes Cone, “then he is a murderer, and we had better kill him. The task of black theology is to kill gods who do not belong to the black community.”
...Will you explain [these values] to America?
Back in September we wrote about the hazards of wearing the popular "Croc" clogs on escalators, a combination that may have produced more than a few injuries all around the world. We heard about at least one case where the child's toes were ripped off when the shoe was sucked down into the escalator.
Now a family from Westchester has filed a lawsuit that claims that their child was "severely and permanently" injured in November 2007, when her Croc got caught in a escalator at JFK airport...
The Daily News asked the CPSC how many of Croc-related foot manglings they were aware of, but that agency "could not immediately say" how many reports it had.

Hey, Barack — it’s either one or the other: either you were lying when you talked about your deep, soul-changing involvement in Trinity United Church of Christ, or else you’re lying when you say you never had any idea (until last week) about the crazy and offensive and sickening contents of the pastor’s diatribes from the pulpit.
