Life explained by scientific graphs

Papa B shared these informative charts with us.

Stop the Occupation

A recurring theme over the last decade has been Muslim-on-Muslim violence.

• The International Criminal Court (ICC) in the Hague charged the President of Sudan with genocide, citing 300,000 killed in Muslim-on-Muslim violence that has left 2.5 million in barbaric refugee camps.

• In Uganda Sunday, 75 people -- mostly Muslims watching the World Cup -- were killed by al-Shabab Islamists linked to al-Qaida. The barbarians believe that watching television is against Islamic religious law and that any Muslims who violate their dictate should be killed.

I blame Bush.

• In this country, a mosque was set afire just last week. True to form, the apologists who were named as co-conspirators in terror-funding trials -- also known as CAIR -- were quick to leap to conclusions, stating "given the recent wave of incidents targeting American mosques, a possible bias motive for this apparent arson attack must be considered... Unfortunately, there is a vocal minority in our society promoting anti-Muslim bigotry..."

Turns out a Muslim named Tamsir Lucien Mendy was charged with the crime.

* * * * * * * * *

Maybe if these other Muslims would just stop their illegal occupation of Palesti... Oh. Never mind.

I'm officially calling for a regressive income tax

If we can't do a flat tax or a Fair Tax, I hereby demand a regressive income tax.

The richer you are, the less your tax rates.

Consider: this will motivate people to get wealthier, which will allow them to pay less in taxes and keep more of their money. As they get wealthier, they'll invest more, hire more and spur the economy.

This also ensures everyone has skin in the game.

I'm not joking. I demand a regressive income tax. It couldn't possibly be worse than the insane Democrat policies that the President's own deficit commission has called a "cancer" that will "destroy our country from within."

Hmmm, Must Be His First, Last and Middle Name

Dan from New York:

During an interview last week with Israeli media, Obama was asked why he thought he was so unpopular in Israel, and he replied it must be his middle name.

I wonder what he thinks accounts for this: Majority of Americans lack faith in Obama: poll.

Let me guess. Must be racis...oh, never mind.

An Illustrated, Multiple Choice Test for Eric Holder

Question: which group is legally permitted to threaten and intimidate voters at the polls (pick only one)?

A. Ku Klux Klan ("Only whites can vote!")

B. Nazis ("No Catholics, Jews, Gypsies or Gays!")

C. Islamic Religious Police ("No women, no infidels can vote!")

D. New Black Panthers ("Blacks only!")

Answer: If you're Eric Holder, it would appear the correct answer is D.

"Welcome to Akron" Signs Mysteriously Altered by Town Elders

Hat tip: Amalaur.

NAACP to vote Tuesday on resolution decrying racism of Tea Party; also vows to emulate Tea Party to achieve success

Or, as Jim Hoft puts it: "NAACP: We Need to Be More Like Those Racist Tea Partiers."

The once great organization -- the NAACP -- has fallen on hard times. Having aligned itself with the Democrat Party over the last several decades, it has turned into a parody of a civil rights organization:

It labels black conservatives "Uncle Toms";

It mocked Kenneth Gladney, the black victim of Democrat violence;

• It forced greeting card maker Hallmark to pull 'racist' graduation cards that referred to "black holes" in space;

• Last month it pulled the race card on Arkansas Democrat Robbie Wills, accusing him of racism, for calling his black primary opponent "unelectable";

Considering this litany of embarrassments, it's little wonder that the NAACP is prepared to label elements of the Tea Party as "racists".

The [NAACP] will propose a resolution this week condemning racism within the tea party movement... [it] calls upon “all people of good will to repudiate the racism of the Tea Parties, and to stand in opposition to its drive to push our country back to the pre-civil rights era.”

NAACP leaders said the resolution was necessary to make people aware of what they believe is a racist element within the tea party movement.

"I think a lot of people are not taking the tea party movement seriously, and we need to take it seriously,” said Anita Russell, head of the Kansas City chapter of the NAACP. “We need to realize it’s really not about limited government."

Of course, on the other hand, the NAACP wants to be more like the Tea Party.

The head of the NAACP paused, started, then paused again when trying to explain what the message of his keynote address would be when he steps to the podium tonight at the civil rights organization’s national convention.

“The core message will be that we’ve got to pull this nation back together and put this country back to work,” said Benjamin Jealous, president and CEO of the NAACP, in an interview.

Jealous’ strategy for pulling the country back together might at first blush surprise those at the convention. His idea: Follow the lead of the Tea Party movement, which emerged in full force after the election of President Barack Obama with rallies, town hall meetings and a “take back the country” mantra.

Writing at Political Integrity Now, Ron Miller puts it bluntly.

"It’s time for someone to tell the NAACP to lay down their sword and shield before they further humiliate themselves and the people they claim to represent."

@DrewWalker7 just tweeted, "As a black person I am officially renaming the NAACP to the NAADP, Natnl Assoc for the Advcmnt of the Democratic Party."

Study Confirms: Felons, Illegal Aliens (aka Undocumented Democrats) and Zombies elected Al Franken to U.S. Senate

The predictions of antiquity's soothsayers have frequently turned out to be eerily accurate. Among their forecasts, the ancients predicted that on one cold and rainy day, the dead would walk the Earth.

Turns out they did -- and voted Democrat. In fact, it seems to happen once a year. In November. Especially wherever there are "get out the vote" efforts by ACORN and other "non-profit" criminal Democrat front groups. So reports Fox News in an article entitled "Felons Voting Illegally May Have Put Franken Over the Top in Minnesota, Study Finds".

The six-month election recount that turned former "Saturday Night Live" comedian Al Franken into a U.S. senator may have been decided by convicted felons who voted illegally in Minnesota's Twin Cities...

[The study] found that at least 341 convicted felons in largely Democratic Minneapolis-St. Paul voted illegally in the 2008 Senate race between Franken, a Democrat, and his Republican opponent, then-incumbent Sen. Norm Coleman.

The final recount vote in the race, determined six months after Election Day, showed Franken beat Coleman by 312 votes -- fewer votes than the number of felons whose illegal ballots were counted... furthermore, the report charges that efforts to get state and federal authorities to act on its findings have been "stonewalled."

Stonewalling? By our beloved Attorney General Eric Holder and his U.S. Department of Social Justice?

I find that difficult to believe.

Related: "[In the recounts,] virtually all of Franken’s new votes came from just three out of 4130 precincts, and almost half the gain (246 votes) occurred in one precinct ."

District reports that millions in insurance bills went unpaid for its disabled employees; but don't worry, government always runs things superbly

If you've had concerns about the Democrats' takeover of the healthcare system, this story should set your mind at ease. Turns out the District of Columbia forgot to pay -- and misplaced -- millions of dollars in insurance premiums for its most at-risk employees. And, gee, no one seems to know what happened to the money.

It's not exactly the kind of thing that engenders faith in government—or risk management.

The District of Columbia recently said its office of risk management had failed to transfer to life insurance companies as much as $6 million deducted from disabled employees' paychecks...

...failure to pay the premiums collected may stretch back seven years.

In a news conference last month, district Attorney General Peter Nickles said he didn't know where the funds had gone, and that the district's inspector general would investigate. But Mr. Nickles added that “I have no information that the money was used for untoward purposes.”

...The district said no claims had been denied, and the only personnel action taken so far was to place Kelly Valentine, director of the district's risk management agency, on administrative leave in early July...

Meanwhile, the case of the misplaced premiums remains unsolved.

But don't worry, folks. I'm sure the administration will place someone proven and trustworthy in charge of preventing fraud in ObamaCare. Joe Biden, for instance.

QOTD: "And remember, America, what a guy named Thomas Paine once said, "These are the times that try men's souls; the summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of his country; but he that stands it now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph."

Don't tell me that you're down or drepressed. Don't tell me that that it will be hard to unseat this socialist from Chicago. Don't tell me that it doesn't matter who's in office. Don't tell me that it can't be done. This country was built by people who were repeatedly told that, "It can't be done." We need to stay organized, vote, and we have to convince as many people as possible to see America the way we see it, as a place where freedom is defended and where tyranny is denounced. 'Hell is on the way'

That's a sentence from a business owner in Florida, who emailed Mike "Mish" Shedlock of Global Economic Analysis:

"That's all folks" is correct and right on the money.

I have a vending business here in Florida. I service manufacturing and many general businesses. All are laying off workers. I have machines that were taking in 100.00 plus dollars a week that are now doing only 5.00 per week.

This drop off is now much worse than in autumn of 2008.

Mish, please tell people to save their money because hell is on the way.

Sure, you could write this off as just another anecdote -- which it is -- but the simple fact remains: many states are running on fiscal fumes and immense layoffs are imminent as a result. While public sector unions are still in denial -- even claiming raises as their due in many states -- suppliers and other business partners are S.O.L. Ever heard of "Chapter 66"?

A number of U.S. states are facing bankruptcy - in fact if not in name - with Illinois and California leading the way.

When an individual goes bankrupt in the United States, it’s usually a Chapter 7. When a business goes under, it’s Chapter 11. Farmers have a Chapter 12, and there is a more complex individual option known as Chapter 13.

But what do you call it when a U.S. state goes under? There’s no official “chapter” for that. But it’s looking more and more like there should be. Your humble editor proposes “Chapter 66,” in honor of a famed stretch of interstate.

U.S. Route 66, also known as “Will Rogers Highway,” “Main Street of America” and “the Mother Road,” was one of the original routes in the U.S. highway system. Opened up to cars in the year 1926, it originally ran 2,448 miles, from Chicago, Ill., to Los Angeles, Calif.

Route 66 was also a major path for westbound migrants, seeking relief from the “dust bowl” conditions of the 1930s.

It’s fitting that Illinois and California were the termination points of that iconic road, because “Chapter 66″ is a dark and looming reality for those two states now - with a number of others on the same path. As America endures a sort of new financial dustbowl, the “state of the states” looks grim.

Illinois is something of an idiot poster child for how bad things have gotten… and how tough the fix will be... “It is getting worse every single day,” the Illinois state comptroller laments. “We are not paying bills for absolutely essential services. That is obscene.”

Illinois is facing a $12 billion deficit and a $5 billion budget shortfall. To add insult to injury, the state’s pension system is 50% underfunded by conservative estimates.

It has reached the point where the state has, quite literally, stopped paying bills. This means that jobs are getting cut, paychecks are getting delayed, and businesses are being shut down. There is simply - and again, quite literally - no more money...

California is another poster child for impossible foolishness.

“People think we’re becoming a third world country,” says Arnella Sims, a Los Angeles County court reporter. “We are on the verge of system failure,” warns the executive director of the California Budget Project.

“California’s fiscal hole is now so large,” The Globe and Mail further adds, “that the state would have to liberate 168,000 prison inmates and permanently shutter 240 university and community college campuses to balance its budget in the fiscal year that begins July 1… Mass layoffs, slashed health and welfare services, closed parks, crumbling superhighways and ever-larger public school class sizes are all part of the new normal.”

...As Hunter Thompson once said: “The Edge… there is no honest way to explain it because the only people who really know where it is are the ones who have gone over.”

We were bound and determined to find the edge. And now we are in the process of going over. Be prepared.

While legacy media continues to hype a "recovery" -- touting, for instance, improved state tax collection year-over-year -- the reality is quite different.

[Income tax hikes,] Same-store-sales, tax hikes, user fee hikes, special taxes, etc., all combine to paint a misleading picture of what is really happening with retail sales. Because of those tax hikes, state tax collection comparisons can be as misleading as same-store-sales unless you are very careful to factor in what is really happening.

Still think retail sales are up? If they are, it's not by much and it's only in comparison to amazingly weak numbers from a year ago.

The icing on the cake: Coto has published its list of the 50 most underreported (and ugliest) facts about the U.S. economy. Here's my selection of the most important issues:

#50) In 2010 the U.S. government is projected to issue almost as much new debt as the rest of the governments of the world combined.

#49) It is being projected that the U.S. government will have a budget deficit of approximately 1.6 trillion dollars in 2010.

#44) U.S. corporate income tax receipts were down 55% (to $138 billion) for the year ending September 30th, 2009.

#43) There are now 8 counties in the state of California that have unemployment rates of over 20 percent.

#42) In the area around Sacramento, California there is one closed business for every six that are still open.

#41) In February, there were 5.5 unemployed Americans for every job opening.

#40) According to a Pew Research Center study, approximately 37% of all Americans between the ages of 18 and 29 have either been unemployed or underemployed at some point during the recession.

#39) More than 40% of those employed in the United States are now working in low-wage service jobs.

#37) Over 1.4 million Americans filed for personal bankruptcy in 2009, which represented a 32 percent increase over 2008.  Not only that, more Americans filed for bankruptcy in March 2010 than during any month since U.S. bankruptcy law was tightened in October 2005.

#36) Mortgage purchase applications in the United States are down nearly 40 percent from a month ago to their lowest level since April of 1997.

#35) RealtyTrac has announced that foreclosure filings in the U.S. established an all time record for the second consecutive year in 2009.

#34) According to RealtyTrac, foreclosure filings were reported on 367,056 properties in March 2010, an increase of nearly 19 percent from February, an increase of nearly 8 percent from March 2009 and the highest monthly total since RealtyTrac began issuing its report in January 2005.

#33) In Pinellas and Pasco counties, which include St. Petersburg, Florida and the suburbs to the north, there are 34,000 open foreclosure cases.  Ten years ago, there were only about 4,000.

#32) In California’s Central Valley, 1 out of every 16 homes is in some phase of foreclosure.

#31) The Mortgage Bankers Association recently announced that more than 10 percent of all U.S. homeowners with a mortgage had missed at least one payment during the January to March time period.  That was a record high and up from 9.1 percent a year ago.

#30) U.S. banks repossessed nearly 258,000 homes nationwide in the first quarter of 2010, a 35 percent jump from the first quarter of 2009.

#29) For the first time in U.S. history, banks own a greater share of residential housing net worth in the United States than all individual Americans put together.

#28) More than 24% of all homes with mortgages in the United States were underwater as of the end of 2009.

#27) U.S. commercial property values are down approximately 40 percent since 2007 and currently 18 percent of all office space in the United States is sitting vacant.

#26) Defaults on apartment building mortgages held by U.S. banks climbed to a record 4.6 percent in the first quarter of 2010.  That was almost twice the level of a year earlier.

#25) In 2009, U.S. banks posted their sharpest decline in private lending since 1942.

#24) New York state has delayed paying bills totalling $2.5 billion as a short-term way of staying solvent but officials are warning that its cash crunch could soon get even worse.

#23) To make up for a projected 2010 budget shortfall of $280 million, Detroit issued $250 million of 20-year municipal notes in March. The bond issuance followed on the heels of a warning from Detroit officials that if its financial state didn’t improve, it could be forced to declare bankruptcy.

#20) Two university professors recently calculated that the combined unfunded pension liability for all 50 U.S. states is 3.2 trillion dollars

#19) According to EconomicPolicyJournal.com, 32 U.S. states have already run out of funds to make unemployment benefit payments and so the federal government has been supplying these states with funds so that they can make their  payments to the unemployed.

#18) This ...recession has erased 8 million private sector jobs in the United States.

#17) Paychecks from private business shrank to their smallest share of personal income in U.S. history during the first quarter of 2010.

#16) U.S. government-provided benefits (including Social Security, unemployment insurance, food stamps and other programs) rose to a record high during the first three months of 2010.

#15) 39.68 million Americans are now on food stamps, which represents a new all-time record.  But things look like they are going to get even worse.  The U.S. Department of Agriculture is forecasting that enrollment in the food stamp program will exceed 43 million Americans in 2011.

#14) Phoenix, Arizona features an astounding annual car theft rate of 57,000 vehicles and has become the new “Car Theft Capital of the World”.

#13) U.S. law enforcement authorities claim that there are now over 1 million members of criminal gangs inside the country. These 1 million gang members are responsible for up to 80% of the crimes committed in the United States each year.

#12) The U.S. health care system was already facing a shortage of approximately 150,000 doctors in the next decade or so, but thanks to the health care “reform” bill passed by Congress, that number could swell by several hundred thousand more.

#11) According to an analysis by the Congressional Joint Committee on Taxation the health care “reform” bill will generate $409.2 billion in additional taxes on the American people by 2019.

#4) According to a new report based on U.S. Census Bureau data, only 26 percent of American teens between the ages of 16 and 19 had jobs in late 2009 which represents a record low since statistics began to be kept back in 1948.

#3) According to a National Foundation for Credit Counseling survey, only 58% of those in “Generation Y” pay their monthly bills on time.

#2) During the first quarter of 2010, the total number of loans that are at least three months past due in the United States increased for the 16th consecutive quarter.

#1) According to the Tax Foundation’s Microsimulation Model, to erase the 2010 U.S. budget deficit, the U.S. Congress would have to multiply each tax rate by 2.4.  Thus, the 10 percent rate would be 24 percent, the 15 percent rate would be 36 percent, and the 35 percent rate would have to be 85 percent.

Batten down the hatches, folks.

The real impact of letting hard left Democrats -- Obama, Pelosi and Reid -- control the levers of power are about to be felt by all of us. And it's gonna get ugly -- fast.

'We Will Not Be Silenced': Democrats Produce Documentary Alleging Rampant Vote Fraud by Obama Campaign vs. Hillary in 2008 Primaries

Referring to the controversial 2008 Democrat presidential primary, Carolyn Tackett asks, "Was Barack Obama selected rather than elected?."

Fox & Friends had an explosive interview with Gigi Gaston, a writer/director who has made a documentary outlining the rampant voter fraud perpetrated by the Obama campaign during the 2008 primaries against Hillary Clinton.  Gaston is a lifelong Democrat whose grandfather was a Democratic governor of Massachusetts...

Gaston is not some partisan hack but someone who cares deeply about the election process and democracy.  Gaston presents compelling evidence in We Will Not Be Silenced that Barack Obama was selected by the DNC, not elected by the people.

Gaston's website explains that she began investigating to debunk the claims of vote fraud:

As Americans, we expect certain liberties and rights that were granted us by our forefathers, who wrote documents like the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence. "We the people" expect that these fundamental rights will always be protected. However, in the current Democratic Presidential Primary, this has not been the case. We believe The Democratic National Committee (DNC) made a grave error by depriving American voters of their choice of Hillary Clinton as Democratic nominee. Senator Clinton, by all accounts, except caucuses, won the Primary Election and, therefore, should be the 2008 Democratic Nominee. That didn't happen, due largely to illegitimate and illegal acts. We have interviews of many accounts from caucus states recounting threats, intimidation, lies, stolen documents, falsified documents, busing in voters in exchange for paying for "dinners," etc. There are at least 2000 complaints, in Texas alone, of irregularities directed towards the Obama Campaign, that have lead to a very fractured and broken Democratic Party.

This documentary is about the disenfranchising of American citizens by the Democratic Party and the Obama Campaign. We the People have made this film. Democrats have sent in their stories from all parts of America. We want to be heard and let the country know how our party has sanctioned the actions of what we feel are Obama Campaign "Chicago Machine" dirty politics. We believe this infamous campaign of "change" from Chicago encouraged and created an army to steal caucus packets, falsify documents, change results, allow unregistered people to vote, scare and intimidate Hillary supporters, stalk them, threaten them, lock them out of their polling places, silence their voices and stop their right to vote, which is, of course, all documented in "We Will Not Be Silenced."

"We Will Not Be Silenced" is about the people who fight back by simply telling their stories: Teachers, professors, civil rights activists, lawyers, janitors, physicists, ophthalmologists, accountants, mathematicians, retirees - all bound together by their love of America and Democracy. They will tell us their experiences and how they feel betrayed by their own party. They will discuss how their party has disenfranchised them and how, when they saw and reported multiple instances of fraud, everyone turned a blind eye. Rather than support and protect the voices and votes of its loyal members, the DNC chose to sweep this under the rug by looking the other way, or using ceremony and quasi-investigations to assuage angry voters. It is our opinion there never before has been such a "dirty" campaign; the campaign that has broken the hearts and spirits of American voters, who once believed in the Democractic voting system.

We are not angry liberals; we are disappointed Democrats, who love our country and feel the DNC needs to stand for truth, care about its voter base and stop committing actions worse than what we only thought possible of the worst Republicans. The DNC and the Obama Campaign need to be held accountable for the catastrophe of the 2008 Democratic Primary. We must right their wrongs...after all, this is America, the Land of the Free, where every American has the right to a fair, honest voting process, and to have his or her vote counted...

We Will Not Be Silenced

On March 4, 2008, the Clinton campaign began sounding the vote fraud alarm, writing in part:

The campaign legal hotline has been flooded with calls containing specific accusations of irregularities and voter intimidation against the Obama campaign. This activity is undemocratic, probably illegal, and reflects a wanton disregard for the caucus process.

The three most egregious categories are:

1) Irregularities: Prematurely Taking Precinct Convention Packets by Obama Campaign

Numerous calls have shown that Obama supporters prematurely removed convention packets from polling places. Packets may not legally given out until 7:15 PM or when the last voter has cast a ballot in the primary. The Texas State Party warned the Obama campaign in writing that they may not take these packets early or remove them from the polling locations. The Party directed that these irregularities be reported to law enforcement “since they amount to criminal violations.” The Party stated “removing convention packets . . . will not be tolerated...

2) Voter Intimidation: Lock-out of Clinton caucus goers by Obama Campaign

Numerous calls have been received that the Obama campaign has taken over caucus sites and locked the doors, excluding Clinton campaign supporters from participating in the caucus. The Clinton supporters have been unable to enter the premises to caucus. In at least one instance, law enforcement was called and forcibly opened the caucus site.

3. There are numerous instances of Obama supporters filing out precinct convention sign-in sheets during the day and submitting them as completed vote totals at caucus. This is expressly against the rules. The sign-in sheets were copied by the Obama campaign from the Texas Democratic Party website and taken by supporters to various polling places to sign-up caucus goers prior to the start of the caucuses

A 2008 post on MyDD describes what one caucus official saw:

I was a volunteer field organizer in El Paso, Texas and investigated irregularities for three weeks after the election.

As a Democratic Coordinated Campaign Regional Director in 1996 and as a volunteer on campaigns in the 1990s, I have the ethical obligation to report what I saw in Texas.

When California 22nd CD Republican candidate Tom Bordonaro famously tried to suppress the vote by phone banking under a false name, many of us in the Capps campaign immediately said that we would walk away from a campaign if our side were similarly unethical. That moment kept replaying through my head election night in El Paso. Simply put, the Obama campaign made Tom Bordonaro look ethical.

Lois Capps is correct when she wrote that Sen. Obama is inspiring. However, many of the actions of his campaign that I witnessed and investigated are criminal.

I know this information is jarring, and puts DNC delegates in an uncomfortable situation, but if the time comes for delegates to endorse or get behind a consensus candidate, this information should be available. As I wrote to Rep. Capps, I apologize for not illuminating this earlier.

My observations in Texas were that caucuses were broadly illegitimate. In a few well-run counties, Hillary's caucus vote was the same or better than the popular vote, but in chaotic counties, she fell behind by double digits. While Texas is the only state to have both a binding popular vote and a caucus vote, we saw similar results in Washington State, where Obama's numbers plunged in the unofficial primary compared to the caucuses .

This stands out: only four major Texas counties were orderly enough to report most of their caucus results election night, and in three of these, caucus preference mirrored the popular vote (HRC popular/caucus): El Paso (69/75), Austin/Travis (37/34), San Antonio/Bexar (56/57). In the case of Austin, I have read reports that that both sides ran their caucuses well.

These counties had exceptional organizations, but it should not take heroics to run a fair election.

On election night in El Paso, it became obvious that the Obama field campaign was designed to steal caucuses. Prior to that, it was impossible for me to imagine the level of attempted fraud and disruption we would see...

We saw stolen precincts where Obama organizers fabricated counts, made false entries on sign-in sheets, suppressed delegate counts, and suppressed caucus voters. We saw patterns such as missing electronic access code sheets and precinct packets taken before the legal time, like elsewhere in the state. Obama volunteers illegally took convention materials state-wide, with attempts as early as 6:30 am. Some of this was presented in a press release from Clinton Campaign Counsel Lyn Utrecht, but I witnessed worse than what she disclosed.

In one example of fraud that I witnessed, one of my precinct captains, an elderly Hispanic woman, called me to report that BHO supporters had illegally seized control of the convention. During our series of phone calls, Mrs. "A." reported that the Obama people took the convention materials and did not have a legal election of officers. Like nearly all of El Paso, BHO people would have lost such an election in this majority-Hillary, Hispanic, mostly elderly precinct convention.

The Obama people ordered Mrs. A. to sit across the room during the delegate calculation, and excluded Hillary supporters from the process. Mrs. A. overheard an Obama supporter call in a false delegate count to Austin. In a 13 delegate precinct where Obama should have won approximately 4 delegates, the Obama supporters attempted to award 19 delegates to Obama. This was not innocent. During my attempts at cell phone diplomacy, the Obama "chair" hung up on me, and refused to talk to the ethical Obama organizer I was paired with at another precinct convention. As with all major attempts at fraud that we identified, this delegate count was rectified in private at the county TDP headquarters, according to TDP rules, but there were no public charges or sanctions. It is my opinion that people should be in jail, but there is not a mechanism for this sort of prosecution, certainly not within TDP rules.

Although I have only volunteered in one state, virtually every Clinton staffer I have talked to has similar stories from other caucus states. While the Hillary field campaign operates and feels very much like typical Democratic campaigns, the Obama campaign is something new to Democratic politics...

Ironically, only in very well-organized areas like El Paso were we able to even identify the scale of the attempted irregularities. In these areas, we were also able to rebuff most attempts at fraud, correct fraudulent delegate counts, and protect our voters. In less well-organized areas, we did not have enough eyes and ears to identify or stop fraud, and our numbers plunged.

Although affidavits have not been made public, I have copies and records of the voter complaints for which I did interviews. Although the Hillary campaign has not gone public with evidence of fraud, the national legal team has approximately 200 such affidavits and 2000 voter complaints. The campaign intends to win the popular vote without airing these charges in public, but I suspect the campaign will provide authorities with this evidence upon request.

My own sense is that this information should not be withheld from delegates, since it both casts the Obama campaign as stunningly unethical, and it severely undermines the general credibility of caucuses. It also points out that perception and reality are upside down. The campaign that will "do anything to win," including the illegal acts documented in affidavits, is not Hillary's.

...I am positive that any Democrat who witnessed what I did would stand against Sen. Obama now, and I have faith that some endorsements like Rep. Capps's are temporary. This is wrenching for a Democratic activist like me who has served on county and Assembly District committees, but I cannot support a candidate with a criminal campaign.

Expect Eric Holder to investigate these "irregularities" in 3 - 2 - never.

IT'S NOVEMBER OR NEVER.

Our Beloved A.G. Eric Holder: Convicted 9/11 Mastermind Probably Can't Be Executed Because of Separation of Mosque and State or Something

This Eric Holder fella makes John Mitchell look like a Boy Scout.

Unsatisfied with: suing Arizona over its enforcement of immigration law; allowing blatant civil rights violations by New Black Panthers; and working tirelessly to have Gitmo detainees released into the U.S. proper; Holder now appears to be shielding 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed from the death penalty.

Attorney General Eric Holder says there’s a real question about whether a terrorist suspect such as alleged Sept. 11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed can face the death penalty if he were to plead guilty before a military commission.

Holder proposed last year trying Mohammed and four alleged accomplices in civilian courts in New York City. But that idea generated so much controversy that it’s all but been abandoned...

He told CBS’ "Face the Nation" that it’s possible to impose the death penalty in a civilian setting for someone who pleads guilty. But he says there’s far less legal certainty about that possibility in a military setting.

Holder's defense of KSM certainly comes as a surprise, seeing as how his Justice Department is infested with lawyers who've made their livings defending bloodthirsty terrorists.

Here's my idea for dealing with KSM, seeing as how he's already admitted his central role in the murder of 3,000 innocent Americans on 9/11:

Remember the movie Wanted, Dead or Alive? Where a bounty-hunter played by Rutger Hauer tracked down the Jihadist who had leveled a movie theater full of kids? Hauer had been told if he brought the terrorist back alive he could earn an extra six-figure bonus. To make sure he didn't escape, Hauer jammed a grenade in his mouth and led him back to the feds by the pin.

On second thought, f*** the bonus. And f*** KSM.

You see, Holder, it's not really all that hard. You appear to be willing to run roughshod over all sorts of laws when they protect American citizens -- from federal immigration law to the New Black Panthers' violation of civil rights -- but terrorists? Oh, they get their rights?

In November, my hope is that no matter how many New Black Panthers, no matter what kind of dirty tricks are used to intimidate voters, we're going to swamp you and your Leftist drones at the polls. And then we're going to subpoena you for every single one of these suspect activities.

So a word of advice: start shredding now. And retain a defense attorney. You're probably going to need one by the third or fourth week in January.
