I am so f***ing tired of hearing - from both sides of the spectrum - that something needs to be done about "jobs."
F*** "JOBS"
Jobs are a byproduct of healthy industry. They are not a goal in and of themselves and they most definitely are not something the government itself should be trying to encourage or create.Jobs are what happen when someone has too much work to do by himself, so he gets someone to help. If you want to work, GO F***ING WORK. Start a f***ing business. Find something that you can do and do it and sell the product of your labor to others.
What? You don't want work for yourself? You want to work for someone else? Fine, but it's not businessowners' responsibility to employ people and its not the federal governments responsibility to somehow force them to. If you want a f***ing job, then AGITATE THE F***ING FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO EXPAND BUSINESS AND "JOBS" WILL COME. Make it easier for the people who actually do business and jobs will come as a byproduct. Jesus Christ, and you're also asking for higher taxes on the very people you need to create your precious JOBS? ARE YOU F***ING KIDDING ME?
WHAT THE F*** HAS HAPPENED TO THIS COUNTRY? Why does everyone want to be treated like a child? And the g****m federal government ENCOURAGES this s***.
I am so f***ing tired of this straight out of Marx s*** that somehow the people are just entitled to share in someone else's fortune and capital in the name of "jobs." GO MAKE YOUR OWN F***ING JOB.
Businesses aren't in the business of making "jobs," they're in the business of CREATING VALUE FOR THEIR OWNERS. When you say that a business should be making more JOBS, you are saying that the capital of those business owners should not actually belong to them and belongs to the "workers". Thanks a f***ing lot, Stalin.
"Fund Jobs Not Wars"
Has it every occurred to these people that only one of those is actually the responsibility of the federal government to fund, and its not "JOBS".
F*** f*** f*** f*** f***.
I am surly this morning and this isn't helping.
On the Oct. 3 broadcast of “This Week,” the brainiacs at ABC determined it would be appropriate to pitch Christian leaders again moderate and extremist Muslims. This choice of programming comes at a time when many conservatives have chastised for being outspoken over the placement of Islamic worship center near the Sept. 11 Ground Zero site.
However, perhaps the most alarming statement on Amanpour’s program came from Anjem Choudary, a former British solicitors and Muslim cleric that spokesman for the group Islam4UK. Choudary contends eventually you'll see global Islamic rule, including here in the United States.
“We do believe as Muslims the East and the West will be governed by the Sharia,” Choudray. “Indeed we believe that one day the flag of Islam will fly over the White House. Indeed, there's even an oration of the Prophet where he said, ‘The day of judgment will not come until a group of my...’”
Rev. Franklin Graham, the son of Rev. Billy Graham, called Islam “wicked” and “evil” on Sunday during a televised town hall-style discussion about American’s feelings about the religion.
“They want to build as many mosques and cultural centers as they possibly can so they can convert as many Americans as they can to Islam,” Graham said on ABC’s “This Week.”
Graham went on to profess his love for “the Muslim people,” but said he has “great difficulty with the religion... Especially with Sharia law and what it does for women – toward women, toward non-believers, the violence that is given in – under Sharia law,” Graham said.
Given the headlines that we read on a daily basis, Graham's anxiety is altogether warranted.
Dem Race-Baiter Promises Lame-Duck Amnesty Bill: Polipundit
Two French female students have made a film of the pair of them strolling through the streets of Paris in a niqab, bare legs and mini-shorts as a critique of France's recently passed law.Calling themselves the "Niqabitches," the veiled ladies can be seen strutting past prime ministerial offices and various government ministries with a black veil leaving only their eyes visible, but with their long legs naked bar black high heels.
...At one stage in the film, the two women approach the entrance to the ministry of immigration and national identity, only to be told by a policeman to go elsewhere. However, a policewoman also present is delighted by their clothes. “I love your outfit, is it to do with the new law?” she asks. “Yes, we want to de-dramatise the situation,” one girl replies. “It’s brilliant. Can I take a photo?” asks the policewoman, who will soon be required to fine public niqab wearers.
[The pair said] the film was a tongue-in-cheek way of criticising France's niqab ban, which the Senate passed last month and is due to go into force early next year... France's law banning the burka makes no mention of Islam, but President Nicolas Sarkozy's government promoted the law as a means to protect women from being forced to wear Muslim full-face veils such as the burka or the niqab...
Once the law is in force, a woman who chooses to defy the ban will receive a fine of 150 euros (£125) or a course of citizenship lessons. A man who forces a woman to go veiled will be fined 30,000 euros (£25,000) and serve a jail term... It could yet be overturned by France's constitutional court.
The SEIU arrives, courtesy of your tax dollars, one would presume.

Note the guy in the American Flag t-shirt, which I assume is supposed to be sarcasm. Either that or he needs to be smacked with the clue-bat. Socialism represents the antithesis of the Constitution; or, put in terms most leftists can understand --- and I'll say it slowly for them --- "Socialism......... is......... anti-American."
Ohioans -- here's evidence that Governor Ted Strickland is doing a really, really good job (hint: help out John Kasich here).
Based on the last four years of Democrat Congressional rule, the phrase "Jobs, Peace and Freedom" should read "Unemployment, Drones, and Economic Slavery." Is that what they meant?
Yes, socialism is the alternative: if you've never read a history book and you're exceedingly dimwitted. Do they make straitjackets any more? Because a few thousand were probably warranted today.
I would start with the education for this crew and not jobs. It's hard to get a job when you're immune to facts, logic, reason and history.
A delightful combination of law-breaking advocacy: terrorism, Marxism, illegal immigration and Balkanization of the U.S.
Note the book on the right: "The Jewish Question". Author not visible in the photo, but I'm guessing Heinrich Himmler. Folks, this is the modern left in action.
In case you didn't get the message, the Left wants Communism and amnesty for illegals. That sounds like a winning combination to me, if you like poverty, misery and -- ultimately -- economic collapse.
You know what's kind of crazy? Even Castro's given up on Communism, but this bunch of leftist dimwits never got the memo!
As opposed to the 912 Rally, which left the Mall squeaky clean, this disgusting bunch of Socialists left the area a freaking mess, perhaps to create or save more cleanup jobs for the "workers".

The Progreso International Bridge was closed down for a short time following an incident with the Mexican military. The Mexican military were allegedly chasing a speeding driver of Dodge Nitro truck. The driver crossed from the U.S. into Mexico. At the Mexican checkpoint, the driver turned around and fled back to the U.S. The Mexican military followed and crossed the international boundary on the bridge... As a result, the Progreso International Bridge was temporarily shut down on both sides.

Gunmen from Mexico open fire on border patrol agents in the Valley... It happened this afternoon in in the town of Fronton, near Roma. Officials say men armed with guns across the border in Mexico fired several shots at officers who were in patrolling in the Valley. Authorities say no one was injured...
A coalition of mayors from Mexico is blaming the U.S. for the exploding violence on the border, arguing (with a straight face) that if we would just stop deporting dangerous felons back to border cities in Mexico, much of the violence would go away...
Brownsville residents have "nothing to fear" from the spillover of drug war violence from Mexico, authorities said... "The people that go about their business and lead a regular life really have nothing to fear from this," Brownsville Police Chief Carlos Garcia said. "If you are not involved in illegal trade or organized crime, this won’t affect you..."
A White House official on Tuesday continued the administration's push for comprehensive immigration reform, indicating that a debate over the emotional issue may be underway sooner rather than later... Speaking at a think tank event in Washington, White House Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy Melody Barnes noted that Bob Menendez, a Democratic senator from New Jersey, said he planned to introduce a comprehensive immigration reform bill in the near future...
Imagine that FDR's New Deal had ended the Great Depression prior to World War II.
Imagine that the trillions of dollars contributed by Americans to FDR's Social Security system hadn't been stolen by Congress, leaving the system underfunded by tens of trillions of dollars.
Imagine that LBJ's "Great Society" program -- consisting of endless housing projects and massive wealth transfers -- had propelled poor inner-city residents to prosperity.
Imagine that the Democrats' efforts to legalize 'Chain Migration' had not dramatically increased illegal immigration and resulted in the the Balkanization of large swaths of the United States.
Imagine that LBJ's Medicare program had been designed for efficiency and cost-effectiveness; had not resulted in fraud approaching $100 billion a year; and its trust fund had not been stolen by Congress and spent in the general fund with no regard for future needs.
Imagine that the Democrats' multi-decade push for welfare benefits hadn't resulted in a culture of dependency; hadn't encouraged more single-parent families; and hadn't resulted in more inner-city violence, crime and imprisonment.
Imagine that the United States Post Office is a paragon of efficiency, generating profits for taxpayers year after year.
Imagine that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac hadn't gone bankrupt, resulting in one of the most catastrophic financial crises in American history; that it hadn't been a "job shop for out of work Democrats"; that it hadn't been protected from audits by Barney Frank, Maxine Waters, and other Democrat politicians; and that it hadn't been mercilessly abused by Clinton administration cronies including Franklin Raines, Jamie Gorelick and Jim Johnson.
Imagine that the SEC and other financial regulators had discovered Bernard Madoff's fraud before it imploded; that it hadn't somehow ignored the impending derivatives meltdown; and that it had adequately policed AIG, Goldman Sachs and other "too-big-to-fail" companies that were backstopped by the taxpayers.
So how could anyone support the trillion-dollar "Stimulus" program, Cap-and-Trade, socialized medicine, a 2000-page "financial overhaul", and "comprehensive immigration reform" when Democrats rely upon big government to make things right?1. Syrian President Bashar Assad said Saturday that peace talks between Israel and the Palestinians are aimed at bolstering Obama's political image.
"There is no goal but to gain support for Obama within America," he told Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

For a Syrian dictator, Bashar Assad shows a keen insight into what's really motivating Obama's frenzied "peace process" policies.
Obama is desperate for a win.
The frantic 911 call a wife made after her husband was shot by Mexican pirates has been released. It's a first hand account of those terrifying moments on the water as David and Tiffany Hartley came under attack. In the end only Tiffany would survive.
Dispatcher: Hello? Ma'am? Yes. Okay. Are you sure that your husband got shot?
Tiffany: Yes. In his head.
Dispatcher: Okay. Yeah. Was he thrown out of the jet ski that he's in the water or something?
Tiffany: He was thrown off the jet ski and I couldn't pick him up to get him on mine. (sobbing) Oh God.
Dispatcher: Ma'am? Were you shot at on the Mexican side or on the US side? So it was the Mexican Side. Okay, did you see anybody?
Tiffany: There were three boats.
Tiffany Hartley told deputies she and her husband David were jet skiing near the town of old Guerrrero. Hartley told investigators her husband was shot in the head and killed. She says she was forced to leave his body behind as the gunmen fired more bullets at her... Zapata County Sheriff Sigifredo Gonzalez Jr. thinks those boats were pirates working for the drug cartel. He's been warning residents for months to stay off the water. The pirates are patrolling the Mexican side of the lake and robbing boaters at gun point. Gonzalez wants authorities in Mexico to search for David Hartley's body, however he thinks it may already be too late.
...Hartley did tell authorities after the shooting she got help from a man on shore... The good Samaritan wants to remain anonymous because he fears for his life...
"Three boats approached them, waving guns talking in Spanish," he said. "They got scared, spooked then they heard the gunshots going on. She could see they were hitting the water and the water was coming up at them...all of a sudden she sees her husband flying off."
Tiffany told him she turned around to go take care of her husband but two pirates went after her jetski. One pirate held a gun to her head. Once he left she tried to pull her husband body onto her jetski but she didn't have the strength.
...CHANNEL 5 NEWS has been tracking at least five violent incidents on the lake over the past 5 months.
-April 30th: Four heavily armed men boarded two boats near the Old Guerrero area demanding money.
-May 6th: Two armed men approached a boat near marker 14 and demanded cash.
-May 16th: Five armed men boarded a boat on the United States side of the lake near marker 7.
-Aug 31st: Falcon lake pirates, using a small boat marked "Game Wardin" tried to stop a Texas fisherman.
Then of course the worst violence incident to date happened on Thursday September 30th when David Hartley was murdered. Authorities say the robbers are believed to be members of a drug trafficking organization. They're heavily armed using AK-47s or AR-15 rifles to threaten their victims.

Decades from now, few will remember the name Sharon Begley. Even fewer will recall the malevolent Democrat newsletter known as Newsweek Magazine, which recently sold for $1 (overpriced, at that). You'll have no choice in what health benefits you receive. The myth that a "health choices commissioner" will decide what benefits you get seems to have originated in a July 19 post at blog.flecksoflife.com... In fact, the House bill sets up a health-care exchange...
No chemo for older Medicare patients. The threat that Medicare will give cancer patients over 70 only end-of-life counseling and not chemotherapy—as a nurse at a hospital told a roomful of chemo patients, including the uncle of a NEWSWEEK reporter—has zero basis in fact...
Illegal immigrants will get free health insurance. The House bill doesn't give anyone free health care (though under a 1986 law illegals who can't pay do get free emergency care now, courtesy of all us premium paying customers or of hospitals that have to eat the cost). Will they be eligible for subsidies to buy health insurance? The House bill says that "individuals who are not lawfully present in the United States" will not be allowed to receive subsidies...
Nice try, dimwit.Death panels will decide who lives. On July 16 [2009] Betsy McCaughey, a former lieutenant governor of New York and darling of the right, said on Fred Thompson's radio show that "on page 425," "Congress would make it mandatory…that every five years, people in Medicare have a required counseling session that will tell them how to end their life sooner, how to decline nutrition." Sarah Palin coined "death panels" in an Aug. 7 Facebook post...
The government will set doctors' wages. This, too, seems to have originated on the Flecksoflife blog on July 19. But while page 127 of the House bill says that physicians who choose to accept patients in the public insurance plan would receive 5 percent more than Medicare pays for a given service, doctors can refuse to accept such patients, and, even if they participate in a public plan...
As the state of California has discovered, Obamacare does -- in fact -- set price controls. And, as everyone but the posse of economic illiterates known as the modern Democrat Party knows, price controls determine wages.
