Man Charged With Dealing Heroin in a School Zone Very Nearly Bails Himself Out With an EBT Welfare Card

When it comes to illustrating the multi-faceted failures of Barack Obama and his Democrat-media slags, this story is the funniest thing I've read all day:

A convicted drug dealer — who cops said wanted to use cash from his taxpayer-funded EBT card to post bail — is the new face of welfare abuse, according to tough-minded lawmakers who are pushing the reform-resistant Patrick administration for a crackdown.

Kimball Clark, 45, was locked up Friday on drug-dealing charges — again — when he was overheard using his one phone call to ask the person on the other end of the line to “get my EBT card and go to the ATM and get the money to bail me out, get me outa here tonight,” according to a Boston police report.

“It’s another outrage,” said state Rep. Shaunna O’Connell (R-Taunton), a member of the EBT Task Force who criticized the group for failing to push tough restrictions on the use of the controversial cards. “When we were on the EBT Card Commission, I fought to get bail bondsmen on that list of places where people could not use their EBT cards. They fought me on it and told me people can’t use their EBT cards in that way.”

In less than three and a half years, Barack Obama's administration has redistributed a record amount of money to unbelievably fraud-laced programs. From welfare to food stamps, Medicare and Medicaid, and everything in between.

• "Not even the USDA knows what people are buying with food stamps"

• "Medicare fraud is estimated at between $60 and 80 billion annually"

• "Widespread fraud associated with the Stimulus"

In short, everything the government touches turns to crap. Which, each and every day, highlights the wisdom of the Constitution's Framers, who explicitly forbade government from entering these realms. It's time we returned to the Constitution's letter and meaning. And to throw all of these leftist bums out of office.

Most Awesomest Public Service Evah: Outing Gangs on Social Media

Great idea from the guys and gals at Charleston Thug Life, who launched their public service website on March 31st and have seen traffic take off ever since.

What is CTL? It would appear that a few law-abiding Charlestonians are scanning social media sites for the local criminal class, meaning Facebook users who display weapons, drugs, drug money, and/or gang affiliations.

People across the country, and even in the socialist welfare state known as the United Kingdom, have repeatedly referred to these blog writers as "cracka asshole", "dude's a cracka...", and endless other variations. Racist and sexist all. The female members of the team are demanding equality and might bring the ACLU in to remedy the discrimination problem. We have been trying to talk them down, but you know the old saying about a woman scorned. Other members of the team really don't give a damn as long as the work is appreciated and the reader continues to see a value in it.

When screaming "racist" didn't work, those who seek to protect the criminals profiled here resorted to calling in the street lawyers. "You are violating Facebook policy....." Ha! We are constantly on the alert for those Facebook police skulking around. Right. Folks, let us lay it out very simply.

Charleston Thug Life is basically a non-government subsidized welfare agency that specializes in assisting drug dealers, jackboys, and gang-bangers publicize their businesses. They obviously want to advertise their activities and increase their customer base, much like a normal small business. Unfortunately, they are limited to the several hundred, maybe a thousand friends on their lists. CTL steps in and provides our own special advertising assistance and our clients are now getting worldwide exposure for their ventures.

Oh. And here's a good one.

Casualty Report and a Response to Rhonda Green

"Bigg Freedro Juicee" has deleted his incriminating profile.

Mrs. Green,

We are not sure which of the featured subjects you are referring to in your comments at the Post and Courier. In spite of this lack of information we will try to address your concerns.

We can sympathize with the plight of trying to raise a teenager in these troubling times. Some of us are struggling with the same dilemma. Keep plugging away at it.

That being said, if we found one of those children holding forth on the web about 'trappin' (drug dealing), flashing thousands of dollars, using drugs, displaying weapons, and threatening bodily harm to other 'trappas' (drug dealers), the last thing he or she would have to worry about would be embarrassment or the trauma of deleting his or her profile. An extensive non-DSS approved ass whipping would be followed by a thorough search of the home to ensure none of those illicit items were stashed anywhere in or around the residence.

Possession of certain firearms by minors is forbidden by law. Minors can't buy weapons, so the logical conclusion is those weapons in the photos are stolen. A consult with a criminal lawyer might be a prudent course of action. Or you could just call your local law enforcement agency and have them come out to explain the law to your son. I'm sure our public servants would be happy to play a part in his return to the straight and narrow.

If being featured here has "served as a wakeup call" for your son, then our goal has been achieved. Pointing out which blog star you are talking about would help us better address your issues.

Your comment leads the reader to assume you are speaking of the person whose photo was featured in the article. If you are referring to "Bigg Freedro Juicee" we would suggest you read the comments attached to the photos we captured. The evidence in that profile indicates something much more sinister than a kid trying to fit in.

We are pleased we could assist you in your child rearing endeavors.

The Charleston Thug Life Team

Keep up the great work, ladies and gents.

Good news for millionaires: President Obama wants their tax rates dropped to match those of "average working Americans"

Of course, what the president said and what he meant are, as usual, diametrically opposed.

NPR says that President Obama will propose that millionaires pay income taxes “at the same rates as average working Americans.”

That would be good news for most millionaires!

The Congressional Budget Office reported in 2010,

The overall federal tax system is progressive—that is, average tax rates generally rise with income. Households in the bottom quintile (fifth) of the income distribution paid 4 percent of their income in federal taxes, while the middle quintile paid 14 percent, and the highest quintile paid 25 percent. Average rates continued to rise within the top quintile, with the top 1 percent facing an average rate of close to 30 percent.

I'd like to remind readers that the "progressive" income tax -- which is actually regressive -- is antithetical to America's history, traditions and founding.

As Karl Marx wrote in his seminal Communist Manifesto:

The proletariat will use its political supremacy to wrest, by degree, all capital from the bourgeoisie... ...in most advanced countries, the following will be pretty generally applicable: A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.

In fact, a careful comparison of Karl Marx' 10-point program of Communism and the Obama-Pelosi-Reid agenda would truly find few disagreements.

GM: "Why, of course that explosion at the Volt battery lab is completely unrelated to the Volt battery!"

Why would anyone think that today's explosion at GM's Volt battery lab is at all related to the Volt? Or its battery, you buncha nasty wingers!

I mean, haven't GM's engineers already solved all of the problems with exploding batteries, melting power cords, and suspicious fires?

Two employees were injured Wednesday in a lithium battery explosion that forced the evacuation of about 80 other employees at a General Motors facility north of Detroit, the Associated Press reports.

The explosion at the Alternative Energy Center laboratory at the GM Tech Center in Warren, Mich., also caused a small fire that was quickly extinguished. One worker was taken to a hospital, and the other was treated at the scene.

The Tech Center, a sprawling 1950s-era campus, is home to the battery laboratory for the Chevrolet Volt electric car, but GM said in a statement that the explosion was "unrelated to the Chevrolet Volt or any other production vehicle," according to the AP. "The incident was related to extreme testing on a prototype battery," the automaker said in its statement...

RYAN: No.

CURRY: ...under [t]his budget?

RYAN: No.

CURRY: That you have shown a lack of empathy to poor people in this budget?

RYAN: Quite the contrary. Our poverty rates are the highest they've been in a generation. One out of six people are in poverty today. The President's policies are not working and we're advancing pro-growth policies to get people off of welfare on to work. What we want to do is replicate those successful strategies that worked in the late '90s, that were not applied to these other welfare programs, to get people on to lives of self-sufficiency, from welfare to work. And we're proposing reforms and transitions that do that. We just don't agree that throwing more money at failed programs works. We want to reform these programs so that they actually achieve the result of getting people on their lives of self-sufficiency.

Spackle spy photo: Obama mulls VP replacement for Slow Joe Biden

Operating deep, deep, deep undercover, Biff Spackle files this exclusive report via the Tor Onion Router to conceal sources and methods.

[RNN] Given a brutal battle shaping up for his reelection campaign, Barack Obama is reportedly considering a replacement for Vice President Joe Biden in the run-up to 2012. Often lampooned as "the dumbest man ever to serve as Senator and, of course, also the dumbest man ever to serve as Vice President", Biden is increasingly seen as a political liability among Democrat power-brokers.

Speaking off the record, David Axelrod noted that Biden's record of gaffes, blunders, misstatements, and outright inanity had become "more than a liability". Axelrod alluded to secret discussions with other potential running-mates including an unnamed rodent-like mammal with "considerably more intellectual firepower and charisma" than Biden.

Although the rodent has yet to be publicly identified, a spy photograph has emerged of President Obama meeting with the would-be VP candidate.

Calls to David Flouffe to confirm these reports had not been returned at press time.

I've finally found a federal statute under which Obama, Pelosi and Reid can be charged... right now

So I'm reading this Wall Street Journal article titled "For Feds, 'Lying' Is a Handy Charge" and run across this snippet.

When federal prosecutors can't muster enough evidence to bring charges against a person suspected of a crime, they can still use a controversial law to get a conviction anyway: They charge the person with lying.

The law against lying—known in legal circles simply as "1001"—makes it a crime to knowingly make a material false statement in matters of federal jurisdiction. Critics across the political spectrum argue that 1001, a widely used statute in the federal criminal code, is open to abuse. It is charged hundreds of times a year, according to court records and interviews with lawyers and legal scholars.

Wouldn't it be great to charge our most egregious politicians under this statute? I'm thinking of several very public, very obvious lies by our would-be tyrants beloved leaders. Like:

Barack Obama pressing for Congress to pass Obamacare: "We will start by reducing premiums by as much as $2,500 per family." (And to avoid the charge of cherry-picking this promise, he is on record repeating this diabolical claim on 20 separate occasions).

Nancy Pelosi, claiming that Obamacare would not allow federal funds to pay for abortions: "I want the record to show... the law of the land is there is no public funding for abortion. There is no public funding for abortions in these bills."

Let me repeat the operative sentence: The law against lying makes it a crime to knowingly make a material false statement in matters of federal jurisdiction.

What's more material than your own health care, already ravaged by price controls and other governmental interventions?

Quick - where's a federal prosecutor? I'm sure Eric Holder is preparing charges as we speak.

Technogeekery: How to easily add Twitter and Facebook buttons to each post in Blogger

In the painful conversion effort from my aged Blogger template to a more modern version, I ran into several rather oppressive restrictions. For example, I wanted to retain the "Facebook Like" and "Tweet This" buttons with counts at the top, right-hand side of each and every post.

It does not appear Blogger allows you to do this without converting your entire template into HTML.

With my fondness for jQuery, I figured there had to be a way to add these buttons using only the Layout feature and a single HTML/Javascript gadget. After some experimentation, I discovered there does appear to be a way.

<script type="text/javascript" src="https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.7.1/jquery.min.js"></script>
<div id="fb-root"></div>
<script type="text/javascript">
(function(d, s, id) {
  var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0];
  if (d.getElementById(id)) return;
  js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id;
  js.src = "//connect.facebook.net/en_US/all.js#xfbml=1&appId=Facebook App ID";
  fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);
}(document, 'script', 'facebook-jssdk'));

$(function() {
 $('.post-title').each(function(i, obj) {
  var o = $(this).find('a');
  var sURL = o.attr('href');
  var sTitle = o.text();
  if (sURL == null) {
   sURL = document.URL;
  }
  var sTemp = "";
  sTemp += "<table border='0' style='float: right; margin: -39px -18px 3px 9px;'><tr><td>";
  sTemp += "<div style='text-align:left;padding:0 0 0 0;'><a class='twitter-share-button' data-count='vertical' data-text='"+sTitle+"' data-url='"+sURL+"' data-via='directorblue' data-related='' href='http://twitter.com/share'>Tweet</a><script src='http://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js' type='text/javascript'></"+"sc"+"ript></div>";
  sTemp += "</td><td>";
  sTemp += "<div class='fb-like' data-href='"+sURL+"' data-send='false' data-layout='box_count' data-width='0' data-show-faces='false'></div>";
  sTemp += "</td></tr></table>";
  var p = $(this).parent().find('.post-body');
  p.html(sTemp + p.html());
 });
});
</script>

You may need to update the margins (in red), because each template may have some different offsets. Obviously, you'll need to use your own Facebook App ID (in blue).

Good luck! No warranty is either express or implied, and any damage you do to your template is your own dang fault!

Celebrate: America's Debt Is Greater than the Entire Eurozone

Why isn't President Obama trumpeting this news? After all, he's been the architect of the plan to bankrupt America. And it's one of the few things he's actually been good at.

...the Senate Budget Committee will release this chart later today, clearly showing that America's debt is greater than the combined debt of the entire Eurozone and the U.K.

As the chart shows, America's debt is currently $15.1 trillion, while the Eurozone (which includes France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Spain, the U.K., and others) has a combined debt of $12.7 trillion. (All dollar amounts are in U.S. dollars, and the data refers to closing 2011 numbers.)

The Eurozone is larger than the United States, so America's debt per capita also exceeds the Eurozone's. According to the Census Bureau, the U.S. has a population of 313 million, whereas the Eurozone has a population in excess of 331 million.

Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney frequently warns that the United States should not become like Greece. "We need to rein in government and unleash the extraordinary vitality and creativity of the American people," Romney wrote in a December op-ed. "We must not wait to suffer a crisis like Greece's or Portugal's to right the ship of state."

But with charts like this, that formulation might already be out of date, considering the enormity of America's debt burden.
Why aren't Democrats proud of their record?

Hell, they've gone 1,080 days without passing a budget. That's a modern American record.

Take pride in your failures, progressives! Revel in your efforts to destroy America! Own the fiscal destruction, the unemployment, and the epic ruin you're bringing to our children!

QOTD: "The most significant events often escape media attention. How many would know from reading their daily newspaper or watching television that we live in an unprecedented economic period when the number of people living in extreme poverty is declining fast? According to a just-published World Bank report, the percentage of people living on less than $1.25 per day—or its local equivalent—has plummeted from 52 percent of the global population in 1981 to 22 percent in 2008. The World Bank doesn’t provide more recent data, but other indices show that the 2008 financial crisis did not interrupt this trend. For millions of households, crossing the symbolic $1.25 threshold means leaving destitution behind and moving toward a more dignified life—no trivial achievement. Moreover, this escape from poverty happens while the global population continues to grow. Doomsday prophets who warned about a ticking “population bomb” have not been vindicated, to say the least. Global warming messiahs, beware: human ingenuity proves able to cope with the predicaments of Mother Nature..." --Guy Sorman, "Growing Out of Poverty"

Hilarious Jamie Gorelick Quote o' the Day

What's funnier than Bill Clinton talking about the virtues of chastity? That would be Jamie Gorelick extolling the high ethical standards required by members of the bar.

An American Bar Association group plans to meet this week to mull a question stirring up debate around the legal community: can someone who is not a lawyer own part of a law firm?

For 21 years, the answer has been no — except in the District of Columbia, the only jurisdiction in the United States that allows law firms to share fees and profits with non-lawyers...

...“Traditionally, law firms have been owned and controlled solely by lawyers, and they’re bound by a certain regulatory structure,” said Jamie Gorelick, a partner at WilmerHale who co-chairs the Commission on Ethics 20/20. “The concern is that a non-lawyer would not be similarly bound and doesn’t have the same ethical rules as lawyers.”

The same ethical rules as lawyers?

The... same... ethic --- HAHAHHAHAH AH AH AHA HAH AHHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHHAHAHA HA HA HAHAHAHAHHA AHHWHWAHAHHA AHWH AHW AHW HA HAHA HA HA HA AH AH AHHAHAW HA H HA AHHA (*choke*) AHHAWHAHA (*gurgle*) AHWHAHA (*wheeze*) ---

Must. Catch. Breath.

In 2004, observers were "astonished" to discover that a key member of the 9/11 Commission had a fatal conflict-of-interest. Jamie Gorelick had served as a Deputy Attorney General under Bill Clinton from 1994 to 1997.

It was later revealed that Gorelick had established a pre-Patriot Act "wall" that prevented the foreign intelligence and criminal investigative communities from collaborating.

Her 1995 memo, entitled "Instructions on Separation of Certain Foreign Counterintelligence and Criminal Investigations", stated explicitly that they would "go beyond what is legally required, [to] prevent any risk of creating an unwarranted appearance that FISA is being used to avoid procedural safeguards which would apply in a criminal investigation."

The result: shortly before 9/11, Gorelick's wall "specifically impeded the investigation into Zacarias Moussaoui", the so-called "20th hijacker."

At the time, an enraged FBI investigator wrote a memo to headquarters which included the sentence, 'Whatever has happened to this -- someday someone will die -- and wall or not -- the public will not understand why we were not more effective..."

The 2004 disclosure that Gorelick's service as a 9/11 Commissioner was the archetypical conflict-of-interest should have triggered a cacophony of complaints and demands for a new investigation. Instead, the mainstream media turned deaf and dumb and the controversy faded into the background.

Gorelick's "wall" wrapped a blindfold around America just when it needed its vision to stop the attacks that killed thousands and which sucked a half a trillion dollars out of the economy.

Where did Gorelick turn up next?

Though she had no training or experience in finance, Gorelick was appointed the Vice Chairman of Fannie Mae and served in the role from 1997 to 2003. During that six-year period, she earned over $26 million.

During Gorelick's tenure, FNMA suffered a $10 billion accounting scandal, an ominous harbinger of the firm's looming troubles. One of the falsified transactions helped FNMA hit earnings targets for 1998, which triggered bonuses for top executives including nearly $800,000 to Gorelick.

Put simply "Jamie Gorelick was one of the Fannie executives who benefited from inflated bonuses based on Enron-style accounting."

In 2002 Business Week interviewed Gorelick concerning the health of FNMA. She responded, "We believe we are managed safely. We are very pleased that Moody's gave us an A-minus in the area of bank financial strength -- without a reference to the government in any way. Fannie Mae is among the handful of top-quality institutions."

Less than a year later regulators "accused Fannie Mae of improper accounting to the tune of $9 billion in unrecorded losses."

Gorelick's highly unethical involvement with the 9/11 Commission, her malevolent entanglement with Fannie Mae, her ill-fated defense of Duke College [Ed: intentional Dukie antagonism] against its Lacrosse Team, etc. etc. long ago earned her the nickname "The Mistress of Disaster."

Anyone quoting Gorelick in an article about "ethics" deserves a heaping helping of ridicule. But this is The Washington Post we're talking about, after all.

And, if there were any justice to be found in the District whatsoever, Jamie Gorelick would be serving a 25-to-Life with a 5'9", 350 lb. cellmate -- and soon to be soulmate -- named Tina.

L.A. residents stunned to find out that solvency and 11% wage hikes for public unions may be mutually exclusive

I just want a Democrat to point me to one state, one municipality, one anything where their infernal policies of high regulation, high taxation, oppressive government and mirage-like Utopianism actually work.

But I won't hold my breath.

Offering a dire warning about potential bankruptcy, Los Angeles City Administrative Officer Miguel Santana said Friday the city will need to raise taxes, clamp down on employee pay and consider layoffs in order to keep solvent...

...The report comes two weeks before Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa - who recently also warned of possible salary freezes and layoffs - releases his budget for the coming year...

..."The rise in the city's labor costs has not been as a result of increased employment levels, but rather increases in what the city spends on health care for employees, workers' compensation, employee compensation and retirement benefits," Santana said.

There is an agreement to provide cost-of-living adjustments of 11 percent for the next two years and 11.75 percent for deputy city attorneys.

"It is not sustainable without further reductions to the workforce and essential public services," Santana said. "In addition, these increases create substantial compensation inequity within the workforce. This will result in significant pressure from other unions."

But, whatever you do, don't outlaw public sector unions, or raise the retirement age, or require reasonable contributions to pension and health benefits, or actually pay workers market wages.

Heavens, no.

These are Democrats we're talking about. And Democrats are big government. They are public sector unions. And, together, they're dedicated to extracting every last cent from you, the taxpayer.

Merrill Lynch Chart Kerplodes the Administration's 'Official' Unemployment Number

The central bankers-slash-crony capitalists who run the financial system can't be happy with Bank of America's disclosure of the following:

One can write lengthy essays, op-eds, and client letters explaining both why the labor force participation rate is plunging due to innocuous reasons such as everyone over 40 retiring yesterday full of jouissance and excitement to begin the sunset phase of their lives using copious life savings earning 0.0001% in interest, or, inversely, why this is one great big propaganda ploy by the BLS to make Obama look good a few short months ahead of the pre-election debt ceiling breach, pardon, his re-election date. We prefer cutting to the chase. Here is today's chart of the day from BofA, which begs one simple question: when will the two time series recouple, because recouple they will, and how will America react to the realization it was lied to for 2% worth of unemployment "improvement"? The chart says it all.

I can just see Turbo Timmy now, screaming at anyone who will listen, "BUT WE BAILED THEM OUT! WE BAILED THEM OUT!! AND THEY JUST STAB US IN THE BACK!!!"

Asset Management Firm Describes the Real U.S. Employment Situation As 'Awesome'. Just Kidding. It's Horrific.

At its peak in 2008, the US economy was supported by over 138 million workers. Today, despite the American government spending billions to create jobs and printing trillions to save the banks, the American job machine has a total of 132 million people working. That’s a full 6 million less jobs than 3 years ago and is actually the same number of people who were working 11 years ago. ..
Just before the onslaught of the Great Recession in 2007, about 4 million Americans were working part-time for economic reasons. Today, we have over 8 million. ..
...in the USA there is over $1 trillion in student loans outstanding. To make matters worse, we should also consider that over 25% of these student loans have not received a loan payment during the last 30 days...

Under this administration, the Bureau of Labor Statistics has become a thinly disguised, Soviet-style industrial propaganda engine, churning out happy-face news as more and more workers 'disappear' from the labor force.

QOTD: "Unfortunately, the realization that absolute power corrupts absolutely, and absolute central planning leads to epic catastrophes without fail, seems a long way away: most seem content with their lot in life, with lies that their welfare money is safe, even as the future is plundered with greater fury and aggression every passing year, until one day the ability to transfer wealth ... from the future to the present is gone, manifesting in either a failed bond auction or hyperinflation. The timing or shape of the transition itself is irrelevant, what is certain is that America is now on collision course with certain collapse unless something changes. And one of the things that has to change for hope in the great American dream to be restored, is the role, composition and motivations of government, all of which have mutated to far beyond what anyone envisioned back in 1776. Because America is now saddled with a Government Out Of Control." --Tyler Durden

The Coming Reckoning

The civil society may be defined as follows:

...the totality of voluntary civic and social organizations and institutions that form the basis of a functioning society as opposed to the force-backed structures of a state (regardless of that state's political system) and commercial institutions of the market.

The civil society is something we Americans take for granted.

But what happens when promises to huge segments of society simple can't be fulfilled?

The next decade in Illinois will yield some answers; it represents the problems of the country in microcosm.

Illinois has combined $137 billion in pension and healthcare liabilities on top of $9 billion in current unpaid bills. Yet, Illinois legislators will not even ask 6-figure pensioners to pick up a portion of their health premiums...

...The Illinois Policy Institute ... is releasing 133 pages of frightening data. Beyond that $83 billion in unfunded pensions, state government alone faces an unfunded liability of more than $54 billion in retiree health liabilities over the next 30 years.

During the 2011 deliberations, two groups helped block retiree health reform: lawmakers of both parties who have state institutions (and thus state retirees) in their districts, and well-paid lobbyists whose prior careers in government entitle them to, yes, fat public pensions. If that happens this year, we want to read names.

Who is to blame for this mess?

• Public unions
• Politicians in bed with public unions
• Voters who vote for politicians who are in bed with public unions

Yet this problem wasn't supposed to happen.

Already levying one of the nation's highest tax burdens, Illinois' Democrat governor decided to raise taxes to help "close the gap". In January of 2011, Governor Quinn predictably broke a campaign promise and raised income taxes by a stunning 66 percent.

Problem solved, right?

Of course not. Because Democrats and public sector unions -- the unholy alliance designed to extract ever-increasing amounts of money from taxpayers -- choose to ignore history, facts, logic and common sense.

In a study for the Brookings Institution, Richard Goode (1983, pp. 96—97) expressed some of the all-too-predictable problems with raising taxes on the productive members of society (PDF).

High taxes may make people less willing to work, to assume managerial responsibility, to make innovations, to save and to invest.

The more progressive a tax the more likely it is that. . . incentives will he damaged. . . . Government use of tax revenues to subsidize or provide free goods and services that people would otherwise buy for themselves, such as food, housing and medical services, will accentuate the adverse effects on incentives. . .

Resistance may take the form of increased evasion . . [or] diversion of activities from commercial or organized markets to other channels that are less exposed to taxation, . . . Migration and capital flight to [regions]
with lower taxes are strong forms of resistance.

In other words, the act of raising taxes invariably fails to successfully raise revenue.

There is a reckoning coming. Retirees will not get the pensions and health care benefits they were promised. Vendors will not get paid in full.

The extra-Constitutional promises of temporary politicians have set this society on a course for an inevitable conflict.

It is our job -- it is our duty -- to re-moor this society to the Constitution. The alternative is too painful to consider. The alternative is to abandon this, the most magnificent society ever seen on Earth, to the rubrics of corrupt and power-hungry politicians.

And this I refuse to do. November is coming.

Delightful News: New Black Panthers Organizing 'Race War' -- Someone alert Eric Holder. Oh, Wait.

Well, this news should pose an interesting conundrum for our divider-in-chief and his henchman Eric Holder.

Unbelievable Audio From the New Black Panthers: ‘Suited, Booted, and Armed’

The New Black Panthers had a group phone call Friday to discuss the April 9 rally for Trayvon Martin... Hosted primarily by Michelle Williams and Chawn Kweli, the New Black Panther’s chief of staff in Tampa and a national spokesman, respectively, the call was filled with violent, hate-filled speech outlining the party’s future plans.

Williams: I just want to say to all the listeners on this phone call, that if you are having any doubt about getting suited, booted, and armed up for this race war that we’re in that has never ended, let me tell you somethin…the thing that’s about to happen these honkeys, these crackers, these pigs, these people, these motherf*er…it has been long overdue.”

Kweli: “Ya, what she said was right– we got to suit up and boot up…and get prepared for the war that we’re in…this stuff got to boil over, and all your great’s talked about that happened to be bloodshed involved with revolution- true revolution means some bloodshed, so there‘s blood being spilled because there’s a new life that is beyond this bloodshed. There is a new reality that is built upon your original African principles and spiritualities and values and norms that is beyond this bloodshed. But we gotta go do it.

...We’re talking about some blood. You’re gonna have to cross some blood, and go through some blood and some battles.

“And there are those who wish they could stand in this hour, to see the destruction of the devil‘s world and the devil’s society- and I‘m ain’t talking about no dude underneath the ground with a pitchfork and pantyhose. I’m talking about that blonde haired, blue-eyed, sometimes brown-eyed, Caucasian walkin around with a mindset, a demonistic mindset, and a nature to do evil and brutality.”

...Williams: “I say to everyone that is on this call right now, I‘m comin’ out of the gate…my prize right now this evening is going to be the bounty, the arrest– dead or alive– for George Zimmerman.

...Kweli: "...we want the complete removal of capitalism. Why? Because capitalism sets up a class structure and a class society. As I said in the beginning of the “haves” and “have nots,” [the] pivotal point is racism, it is racism that keeps them perpetuating a capitalistic motion. So yes, we want capitalism completely eradicated, especially from the minds and hearts and dealings of black people."
Obama's divisive rhetoric -- his tacit naming of enemies, from Republicans, the Koch Brothers, "the rich", the health insurance companies, etc. -- has set the stage for the unraveling of the civil society.

I've got a news flash for the president. This may be your last chance to speak out against this incitement.
