Jeb Bush's recent decision to announce his candidacy for the presidency is curious, to say the least.
Though the Republican National Committee and its ostensible chairman Reince Priebus appear
bound at the hip to Bush; though the
Washington Post has
anointed him the GOP frontrunner; and though the former Florida governor has assembled a
formidable set of financial backers; there's just one problem.
Bush has zero, none, zip, zilch,
nada, no chance of winning a general election.

Many of his positions are those of a Democrat, including his troubling support of open borders and -- like his brother -- the federal takeover of education known as Common Core.
But Democrats despise the Bush brand, as do conservatives. So Democrats will never support him
en masse, no matter how much money he raises and spends.
As for conservatives, in last weak's Iowa straw poll (as but one example),
Jeb's finish was pathetic, trailing the winner Scott Walker, Rand Paul, and Mike Huckabee.
Without Democrats and conservatives,
who exactly makes up Bush's constituency?
I have no earthly idea.
Thus, my conspiracy theory.
We all know that the RNC is
actually run by
Tom Donahue, president of the Chamber of Commerce. And Donahue, more than anything else, seeks cheap immigrant labor--the American economy, the American citizenry, the U.S. Constitutional system, and the civil society be damned.
Which explains Bush's borderline-insane pleas for open borders, Amnesty, and the inevitable voting rights and citizenship for tens of millions of illegal aliens.
Knowing all of this, why would the Chamber fund a Bush candidacy?
I can come to only one conclusion:
the Chamber seeks to see Hillary Clinton elected President.
In the Chamber's formulation, Obama's illegal Executive Orders on Amnesty must not be reversed. Therefore, Hillary Clinton must win the presidency.
My belief, then, is that Jeb Bush's campaign is a false flag operation. Jeb, in fact, may be delusional enough to believe that he can win election (which says plenty about him). But the men behind the curtain are nothing but cold, ruthless pragmatists. Which is why they are, in effect, funding Hillary Clinton through the persona of Jeb Bush.
