— Xine (@xinemd) August 25, 2015Hillary Clinton's classified emails contain discussions of conversations with foreign diplomats, issues with embassy security and relations with countries from Russia to China. The broad range of information that was deemed classified by the State Department — just within the emails published by the agency to date —underscores concerns that sensitive material was routinely mishandled on Clinton's private email server.
For example, Huma Abedin, Clinton's former deputy chief of staff, forwarded a summary of a high-level Sept. 2009 meeting to Clinton in which she detailed the "embassy security issues" that were discussed... issues had been raised by Eric Boswell, a diplomatic security official who was later forced to resign in the wake of the 2012 terror attack in Benghazi.
QOTD: "I think birthright citizenship as a policy matter doesn't make sense.
We have right now upwards of 12 million people living here illegally. It doesn't make any sense that our law automatically grants citizenship to their children because what it does is it incentivizes additional illegal immigration.
My view, there's a good faith argument on both sides. We should pursue whichever one is effective but as a policy matter, we should change the law." --Sen. Ted Cruz
EDITOR'S NOTE: Facebook has lifted the ban on the Center's job reports pages. The Center has not heard from Facebook directly, they did make a statement to Breitbart News:
When asked what happened—and for a response to CIS—a Facebook spokesperson told Breitbart News that it was just a simple error in their system, not a malicious attempt by the social media giant to use censorship to push its founder’s political agenda.
“An error in our system that helps block bad links on Facebook incorrectly marked some URLs as malicious,” the Facebook spokesperson said in an email. “We’ve resolved the issue and apologize for the inconvenience this caused.”
Although the Facebook spokesperson states that the pages were banned due to an error marking them as "malicious", the automated response from Facebook while the ban was in place specifically stated that they were blocked for "abuse".
An informed debate over immigration requires data and analysis about its effects. Only with information from a variety of sources can Americans try to understand our current policies, assess proposed changes, and judge candidates for political office.
That is why it is so disturbing that Facebook, owned by immigration-expansionist Mark Zuckerberg, has banned four reports published by the Center for Immigration Studies pertaining to jobs and immigration.
The Center became aware a week ago that these four reports were blocked:
John Hussman has the right to gloat on this Black Monday morning as global stock markets meltdown under the weight of central bank created debt, insane debt financed corporate buybacks, and stock valuations rivaling 1929 and 2000 levels.
He has been scorned, ridiculed and laughed at by the Ivy League educated sociopathic Wall Street titans of greed and avarice. Only in a warped, manipulated, corrupt, rigged financial world would those who speak the truth, use facts, and honestly assess the markets based on historical relationships would a man like John Hussman be abused by the elitist Wall Street lemmings.
He has too much integrity and class to lower himself to the level of Wall Street hucksters. His letter this week is heavy on substance, facts, and sound reasoning. Therefore, it is of no use to CNBC cheerleaders or Wall Street shysters. His lessons are timeless.

Trump (@realDonaldTrump) August 24, 2015QOTD: "We’re hearing the first hints, some of them not so subtle, that the FBI is investigating more than a security situation, defined as a simple matter of learning whether classified information leaked from the State Department when she was the secretary of State, and if so, who it was leaked to. National Public Radio, which usually feeds only the bluebirds of Democratic happiness, reports that it learned from “two lawyers familiar with the inquiry” that a formal criminal investigation is under consideration, presumably at the Justice Department, and it could happen “soon.”
Hillary might not be the first target. She can always find somebody else to throw under the bus or feed to the alligators.
The lady has been saying for weeks that nothing on her email server was classified, and recently she revised and extended that to “nothing was classified at the time it was put it on the server.” Now she revises and extends still further, arguing that the security classifications are confusing and subject to interpretation. “She was at worst a passive recipient of unwitting information that subsequently became classified,” a spokesman “splains.” This may be the first time in her life that Hillary, who has been called many things, has been called “passive.”" --Wesley Pruden

There’s no excuse for law enforcement officials failing to investigate the serious allegations made by a former Clinton Deputy Assistant Secretary: Raymond Maxwell. A year ago, Maxwell alleged he witnessed a Benghazi document sorting operation in the basement of the State Department with Clinton aides Cheryl Mills and Jake Sullivan present. Potential evidence that could have been collected, had law enforcement or the State Department elected to conduct a thorough and impartial investigation, includes witness testimony, swipe card records, sign-in sheets and security tapes. Even if authorities were to investigate now, the amount of time that has passed since the alleged event raises the question of how much untainted evidence could be collected.
Driving home from work on Friday night I found it terribly amusing listening to the “business journalists” on the local news station trying to explain the 531 point plunge in the Dow and the 1,105 point plummet from the Tuesday high. The job of these faux journalist mouthpieces for the status quo is not to report the facts, analyze the true factors underlying the market, or seek the truth. Their job is to calm the masses, keep them sedated, and paint the rosiest picture possible.

Sheikholeslam’s comments are the latest in a series of threats issued against Israel by Iran since the Islamic Republic signed a nuclear agreement with the P5+1 powers last month.
A video posted on a website linked to Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), titled “Preparation of the complete destruction of Israel by the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Islamic Revolution in Iran,” called for Israel’s “erasure from the annals of history,” according to another report in The Times of Israel on Wednesday. The clip depicts an invasion of Jerusalem by an Islamic army that includes Hamas and Hezbollah among its ranks.
QOTD: "Undersecretary Patrick Kennedy, a man whose name swirled around Benghazi (and who was not subject to the whitewash investigation) and likely sent more than a few of those classified emails to Hildabeast, is the same man now in charge of handling Hillary's production to the State Dept. He is the man who has cut off all cooperation with the IG of the Intelligence Communities and is refusing to allow them to review any of the produced documents. Why the House Select Committee on Benghazi does not have Kennedy and Lurch before them yesterday to discuss the handling of these documents and the criteria for redaction is beyond me." --Commenter "GW"
[One] message [that should have been classified], dated April 10, 2011, was forwarded to “H,” for Hillary Clinton, then the secretary of state. It came from one of her closest aides, Huma Abedin, who is now vice chairwoman of her presidential campaign ... The matter could form the basis for a criminal probe of whether laws for handling classified material were broken.
...There are other examples that suggest Clinton aides drew upon a variety of classified information to produce updates of events in Libya and elsewhere and sent them via email, according to the officials familiar with the investigation who asked not to be identified.
...Anybody who knowingly emailed classified material to Clinton or her top aides when she was secretary of state could face criminal prosecution, according to current and former U.S. national security officials. Those who inadvertently send or receive classified data could be prosecuted for gross negligence.
The Obama administration’s nuclear agreement is nothing more than a stimulus package for jihad. Billions of dollars will flow into the world’s worst terror-exporting country — a sworn enemy of the United States — and it will soon enough even have (legal) access to international conventional-arms markets. It can continue to export terror and even kill American soldiers without breaching the nuclear agreement.
QOTD: "As historians begin to assess Barack Obama’s record as president, there’s at least one legacy he’ll leave that will indeed be historic—but not in the way he would have hoped. Even as Democrats look favorably ahead to the presidential landscape of 2016, the strength in the Electoral College belies huge losses across much of the country. In fact, no president in modern times has presided over so disastrous a stretch for his party, at almost every level of politics...
...The party’s record over the past six years has made clear that when Barack Obama leaves office in January 2017 the Democratic Party will have ceded vast sections of the country to Republicans, and will be left with a weak bench of high-level elected officials. It is, in fact, so bleak a record that even if the Democrats hold the White House and retake the Senate in 2016, the party’s wounds will remain deep and enduring, threatening the enactment of anything like a “progressive” agenda across much of the nation and eliminating nearly a decade’s worth of rising stars who might help strengthen the party in elections ahead." --Jeff Greenfield
A federal judge on Thursday said that Hillary Rodham Clinton did not comply with government policies in her exclusive use of a personal email account while she was secretary of state, challenging her longstanding position that she abided by the rules.
At a hearing for a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the State Department, the judge, Emmet G. Sullivan of Federal District Court for the District of Columbia, said that “we wouldn’t be here today if the employee had followed government policy.”
Judge Sullivan also opened the door for the F.B.I., which is investigating whether there was classified information on Mrs. Clinton’s account, to expand its inquiry to pursue emails that she may have deleted. The judge ordered the State Department to ask the F.B.I. to give it any emails recovered from Mrs. Clinton’s private server that were not already in the State Department’s possession or that may be related to the lawsuit.

SEAN HANNITY: You mentioned on your radio program yesterday -- and I think this is important. I think it's worth putting up. Republican senator Jacob Howard of Michigan, while they were debating the 14th Amendment -- he's the author of the clause -- every person born within the limits of the United States and subject to their jurisdiction is by virtue of natural law and national law a citizen of the U.S. This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons.
You know, and as you pointed out, it settles the great question of citizenship and removes all doubt as to what this clause meant. Why are so many people getting this wrong?
MARK LEVIN: Because they're result-oriented, because they want to insist the Constitution says what it doesn't say. Moreover, the Supreme Court has never ruled that the children of illegal aliens are American citizens. So the Supreme Court has never ruled, and even if they did, it would be wrong.
QOTD: "Hillary Clinton just keeps digging herself in deeper.
From the get-go, her response to the controversy over her mind-boggling use of a personal email server while she was secretary of State has been a textbook example of how not to handle a crisis...
...She is defensive, dismissive and legalistic. In time-dishonored Clinton fashion, she treats the affair as a meaningless distraction, yet another bludgeon wielded by the vast right-wing conspiracy that hates the Clintons rather than a bonafide matter of concern, a trifle of interest only to Beltway insiders and a group for whom she has little love: Reporters. She releases only as much information as she feels she needs to, grudgingly.
How's that working for her? Not all that well. More than five months after The New York Timesbroke the story about her penchant for using private email while in public service, the electronic messages continue to dog her campaign. Clinton either can't figure out or can't bring herself to deal with the nagging issue in a way that tamps it down rather than fans the flames." --Rem Rieder, USA Today
