As part of an event on diversity and inclusion in the labor movement, professors at Cornell University displayed cartoons depicting Republicans as knife-wielding terrorists, raving lunatics, and even molesters.
The drawings were displayed at a social justice roundtable on November 13 sponsored by the School of Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR) as a way of putting students in touch with labor and social justice representatives, according to Hypeline.
What do you get when a Cuomo, a Clinton and the Brady Campaign get together to toast each other?
A lot of hollow rhetoric blaming America’s law abiding gun owners for the acts of criminals and madmen, and oh yes, an award for Hillary Clinton.
The Brady Campaign came up with a new award they named for a former anti-gun New York Governor, Mario Cuomo. The current anti-gun New York Governor, his son Andrew Cuomo, was on hand at an event in Manhattan to praise Clinton as the recipient of the inaugural “Mario Cuomo Visionary Award.”
QOTD: "I have talked to people who have worked in the Obama administration who firmly believe he has made up his mind... closed his mind, they say, to their intelligence that they've tried to bring him about various groups that he does not consider terrorists, even if they're on the U.S. list of designated terrorists. He has his own ideas and there are those who have known him a long time who say this dates back to law school. He does not necessarily -- you may think this is a good trait, you may think it's a bad trait -- he does not necessarily listen to the people with whom he disagrees. He seems to dig in and you know, that would be, I suppose, he would say because he thinks he's right. So, yes, he is facing formidable opposition on this particular point." --Sharyl Attkisson
Department of Justice lawyers claimed Wednesday the IRS cannot be sued for damages by the estimated 330,000 taxpayers victimized by hackers who earlier this year breached the federal tax agency’s computer files.
Plaintiffs Becky Welborn and Wendy Windrich’s claim of damage under the Privacy Act and the Administrative Procedures Act cannot be pursued because the doctrine of Sovereign Immunity, which holds the federal government immune to damage claims unless it agrees to such litigation.
I don't think I have to tell anybody out there that it's not just a question of policies anymore, it's not just a question of political reversals, not just a question of we don't like this candidate, or we lost another election, or so on.
I think everybody in this room is fully aware of the fact that the wheels are coming off of Western civilization. The wheels are coming off. And I think everybody knows it. I don't think you have to be a genius to see it.
QOTD: "Knowing the history of Europe, it is easy to believe that when push comes to shove and Europe is about to lose its collective head to the Moslem guillotine, that they will stir from their somnabulance. On the other hand, Europe went through the meat grinder in two World Wars, losing a generation of men in each, and probably the majority of the sacrificed were among Europe’s best and brightest, leaving a devastated Europe with the not so courageous, or physically unfit, or not as intelligent to pass on their genes. Maybe a reason why Socialism became so popular? Past is prologue, and it would not be surprising to see Europe shying from a conflict in which they stand to lose a good portion of another generation of men. But obviously if they do not answer the challenge from Islam and defend their culture and civilization, then Europe is no more." --Kathleen
I'm getting a bit tired of the mass-murders, suicide bombings, crucifixions, beheadings, civil wars, sex slaves, and mass migrations that are completely random and wholly unrelated to a certain military doctrine that purports to be a religion.
In an interview with Sean Hannity on Fox News, Ryan declared that considering an applicant’s religion would not be “appropriate” and would be fundamentally un-American— insisting “that’s not who we are.”
In his questioning of Ryan, Hannity cited populist thought leader Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL), who chairs the Senate Immigration Subcommittee and whose office has put out a series of analyses in recent months detailing the enormous scope of immigration into the United States in general, as well as the vast scope Muslim immigration in particular.
Boko Haram was the most lethal terrorist group in the world last year, but Hillary Clinton’s State Department refused to add them to its list of foreign terrorist organizations despite pleas from the CIA, FBI, and the Justice Department.QOTD: "...both FBI Director Comey and Homeland Security Secretary Johnson admitted they do not currently have the ability to properly screen and conduct sufficient background checks on these refugees... Comey admitted that determining which refugees could pose a threat would be “challenging.”
... [Lamar Smith, the] Texas congressional representative said, “Yet the president continues to insist we bring Syrian refugees to the United States.” He added, “We know that at least one of the ISIS attackers immigrated to France in recent weeks as part of their refugee program.” The terrorist group has also said it will try to infiltrate the U.S. using the refugee program.
Smith concluded, “At a time when we are on high alert, all plans for relocating Syrian refugees should come to a screeching halt. We should not allow Syrian refugees into our country until this administration can guarantee that they pose no danger to the American people.”" --Lana Shadwick
Included in their "press release" were photographs of the crash site, passports reportedly recovered from the scene, and a depiction of the IED smuggled aboard.Conservative Review’s Daniel Horowitz has explained the details of Ryan’s anticipated “bait and switch”:
It would appear that this particular magazine cover is a clever plea for a French version of the Second Amendment.QOTD: "What I'm not interested in doing is posing or pursuing some notion of American leadership or America winning or whatever other slogans they come up with that has no relationship to what is actually going to work to protect the American people and to protect the people in the region who are getting killed and to protect our allies and people like France. I'm too busy for that." --Barack Obama, 11/16/2015
As the cleaning crews were mopping up the dried blood from the stage and the seats of the Bataclan concert hall in Paris, a depressing act appeared on stage in distant Iowa.
Saturday night the three contenders for the Democratic Party’s presidential nomination took to the stage in Iowa for a debate. The moderator asked them whether they would be willing to use the term “radical Islam” to describe the ideology motivating Islamic terrorists to massacre innocents. All refused.
Opposing the Obama administration decision to accept 100,000 Syrian refugees, states may be fighting a losing battle in the wake of the Paris terrorist attacks.
Citing security concerns, 30 governors — from Texas to Massachusetts and including at least one Democrat — informed President Obama their states will not accept refugees from the Muslim country.
“Neither you nor any federal official can guarantee that Syrian refugees will not be part of any terroristic activity,” Texas Gov. Greg Abbott wrote to Obama on Monday. “As such, opening our door to them irresponsibly exposes our fellow Americans to unacceptable peril.”
