When it comes to the connection between Islam and violence against non-Muslims, one fact must be embraced: the majority of those in positions of leadership and authority in the West are either liars or fools, or both.
No other alternative exists.

Khizr Khan, the Muslim "Gold Star Father" who harangued Americans at the Democratic National Convention, with a mute, hijab-wearing wife at his side, is just another in a long string of human shields liberals send out to defend their heinous policies. The "Jersey Girls" were the classic example, first described in that magnificent book Godless: The Church of Liberalism.
In order to shut down a debate they're losing, Democrats find victims to make their arguments for them, pre-empting counter-argument by droning on about the suffering of their victim-spokesperson. Alternative opinions must be preceded by proof that the speaker has "sacrificed" more than someone who lost a child, a husband, or whatever.
Khan's argument, delivered angrily and in a thick Pakistani accent at the DNC, is that "our" Constitution requires us to continue the nonstop importation of Muslims.
Well, gee, color me shocked
Pew’s research shows that four out of 10 refugees in Europe are young men, aged 18 to 34. Approximately three-fourths (73 percent) of refugees entering Europe in total were male, while 53 percent of all refugees were young adults between the ages of 18 and 34. Individuals hailing from war-torn countries making up a large portion of all refugees were also overwhelmingly male. Syrian refugees were 71 percent male, Iraqi refugees were slightly higher at 75 percent, while Afghan refugees were a remarkable 80 percent male. Refugees from these three countries made up over half of Europe’s refugees in 2015.
QOTD: "This nation is the result of politicians being tolerated by the populace. It is the result of economics being delegated to the bankers. It is the result of bureaucrats (apparatchiks) running wild with regulations that amount to laws enforced at the point of a gun or the threat of prison. It is the result of thinking that a fifteen minute investment (to vote) once every couple of years is enough to keep a handle on all of the children in government. It is the equivalent of thinking one might raise a child with a weekend every couple of years. Logically, we all know that won't work, but when it comes to government, we accept it, believe in it, consider it the most important thing we do and it means exactly nothing.
In truth, we, the governed, are tolerated by the politicians. In any other system, they would have just rounded up the trouble-makers and lined them up along a pit. Don't think they wouldn't like to do just that, but they are biding their time. A republic is too unwieldy, with serfs believing they are princes and princes believing they are kings. To really have control, the politicians need a different system.
The new system is in the works. That's what public education has been about since the 60's, it is what Black Lives Matter is all about and why the politicians support it. It is what judicial activism is all about. It is what political correctness is all about. Political correctness is the language of genocide, it is the way to separate "good" people from "bad" people and to reduce humans to categories. From there, the pits can be dug and the defectives identified. " --Christian Mercenary
ISIS is taking umbrage at critics who challenge its claim to represent true Islam. In the latest issue of its magazine Dabiq, published on July 31, the author of an editorial entitled “Why We Hate You and Why We Fight You” repudiated “the Islam-is-a-peaceful-religion crowd.” That crowd would include President Obama, Hillary Clinton, Pope Francis and other world leaders, politicians and opinion makers who have pushed the narrative that ISIS is a deviant cult made up of violent extremists whose acts of terrorism have nothing to do with Islam. To the contrary, claimed the author of the Dabiq piece, “jihad and the laws of the Shari’ah – as well as everything else deemed taboo by the Islam-is-a-peaceful-religion crowd – are in fact completely Islamic.”
The University of Chicago has awarded an illegal immigrant nearly $300,000 in scholarships to attend the prestigious private institution in the fall.
David Rodriguez (a pseudonym used for security purposes) fled to America from Mexico with his family when he was five years old, eventually settling in Tennessee—a state notoriously opposed to open-border immigration policies.
Accordingly, Rodriguez was rendered ineligible for in-state tuition costs, but was able to apply for certain scholarships in other states under the Obama administration’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), which grants students from illegal immigrant families temporary visas to remain in America for college.
Now, Rodriguez plans to attend the University of Chicago after the school awarded him $290,872 in scholarship funds, The Chattanooga Times Free Press reports, noting that the financial assistance makes it cheaper for Rodriguez to attend UC than a Tennessee community college.
According to the chatter in Washington and on Twitter today, the election is over. The Donald Trump campaign literally imploded, sending red hot shards of burning metal across the countryside. The campaign staff is in disarray, RNC leaders are apoplectic and looking for an “out clause” on the nomination. Meanwhile, calls from the GOP elites for elected officials to “Dump Trump” continue to grow. But, pardon me for not going along with the narrative. Do I think Trump is a damaged candidate running a terrible campaign? Absolutely. Do I think that he has zero chance to win and has effectively lost the race in August? No.
Here’s why.
QOTD: "The implementation of major legislation such as the Affordable Care Act (ACA) often results in fiscal outcomes that differ significantly from prior projections. …Recall that the ACA considerably expanded Medicaid eligibility… It turns out that the 2015 per-capita cost of this Medicaid expansion is a whopping 49% higher than projections made just one year before. This disclosure can be found on page 27 of the 2015 Actuarial Report for Medicaid, released this July." --Charles Blahous, former Trustee for Social Security and Medicare
Turnabout's fair play, folks.Once again, the impartiality of Facebook’s news feature is being called into question. This time, the social network claims it“accidentally”
obstructed all links to the leaked Democratic National Committee emails published by Wikileaks just ahead of the party’s convention. This past Friday morning, the infamous publisher of anonymous leaks released nearly 20,000 internal emails between members of the formal governing body of the Democratic Party. The news, where it was seen, provoked outrage, especially among supporters of Bernie Sanders, who was shown to have received unfair treatment by officially impartial party operators.
While social media outlets have helped facilitate the spread of uncovered information in the past, Facebook is no trusted ally of Wikileaks.
A government report discovered the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) illegally stockpiles gun owners’ personal information.
The U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO), the go-to federal oversight agency, conducted an audit of ATF and found it does not remove certain identifiable information, despite the law explicitly mandating it do so. GAO conducted reviews for four data systems, and concluded at least two of ATF’s systems violated official protocols.
QOTD: "So, those Hillary Clinton emails, they connect together with the cables that we have published of Hillary Clinton, creating a rich picture of how Hillary Clinton performs in office, but, more broadly, how the U.S. Department of State operates. So, for example, the disastrous, absolutely disastrous intervention in Libya, the destruction of the Gaddafi government, which led to the occupation of ISIS of large segments of that country, weapons flows going over to Syria, being pushed by Hillary Clinton, into jihadists within Syria, including ISIS, that’s there in those emails. There’s more than 1,700 emails in Hillary Clinton’s collection, that we have released, just about Libya alone." --Julian Assange
QOTD: "Even if the pollsters are playing it straight, they are facing an impossible task. What will this electorate be like compared to previous elections? We know lots of new voters are turning up. That was the story of the primary. We know lots of people are changing teams. Nationals Review, The Federalist and Red State are now wearing their woman cards, backing a candidate they excoriated just a year ago. At the same time, old Lefty warhorses like Susan Sarandon are flirting with Trump.
At least for now, no poll, even those that make you feel good, should be trusted. We are in uncharted territory in many ways. The pollsters, even those playing it straight, are just as lost as everyone else. More important, the people we tend to rely on for information are feverishly working against our interests to a level we have never seen. If they are willing to claim Trump is working for the KGB, they will say anything and do anything. All bets are off now, so trust no one." --The Z Man
We’ve just spend 7+ years living under a president (perhaps yours, not mine) who has increased the power of the Chief Executive and the agencies which report to him by leaps and bounds. Obama has used whatever power he could take, legally or not, constitutionally or not, whenever he wants. The rule making emanating from the White House and federal agencies has been breathtaking. But, now, this is suddenly a problem. From the hoity-toity halls of the Washington Post, can you guess why? The headline says it all
QOTD: "I do not recognize the term "Islamophobe" and do not know what it means except, in the immortal phrase of Andrew Cummins as a word "created by fascists and used by cowards to manipulate morons."" --Daniel Pipes
Islamists pose a particular security risk to our U.S. government. They want to slowly introduce Sharia law into our system of government and take away our most cherished freedoms. Islamists such as Muslim Brotherhood affiliated groups like the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) not only strive to take away our fundamental freedoms, but they oftentimes also lobby against our government’s ability to crackdown on Islamic terrorism.
For example, Farhana Khera of Muslim Advocates wrote a letter in 2011 to the U.S. Department of Justice telling it the FBI needs to purge “highly offensive counterterrorism training materials about Muslims and Islam used to train its agents and law enforcement.”
Some Islamists, even after empowering radical Islam in the policy arena, will go so far as to support terrorist groups like Hamas (more often done privately) or receive funding from such groups. Islamists operate so effectively in U.S. politics because of politicians that enable them. Bill and Hillary Clinton are those type of politicians – having a political past mired with Islamist ties.
