Weakening America: it's not just Mr. Obama's slogan, it's also his motto.

Obama's Greatest Achievement

By Caroline Glick

The time for complaining about President Barack Obama’s nuclear deal with Iran has passed. The time has come to overcome the enormous damage his signature foreign policy accomplishment has caused.

To understand why this is the case, it is important to understand the breadth and depth of Obama’s failure.

The Anti-Cinderella Man (Part I)

By Jim Quinn

There are several movies I will watch every time they are aired on one of my generally useless 600 cable channels. They all have the same thing in common – a compelling character portrayal which keeps you riveted and mesmerized by how the protagonist deals with adversity and circumstances beyond their control. The movies I can’t resist include: The Godfather I & II, The Green Mile, Shawshank Redemption, Apocalypse Now, and Patton. Another captivating movie, which didn’t do well at the box office, is Cinderella Man. The portrayal of Depression era heavyweight boxing champion James J. Braddock by Russell Crowe is inspirational, with a rousing and improbable victory by the champion of the common man. While watching this great movie a few weeks ago I found myself equating the themes to the current presidential campaign.

FBI holiday weekend document drop is devastating to Hillary

By Thomas Lifson

The decision to wait for late Friday on Labor Day weekend to release the FBI’s investigation notes of Hillary Clinton’s email practices offers further evidence of the politicization of the agency.  As the United States slides into a banana republic, we now know that a political thumb is on the scale at the two most feared federal agencies: the IRS and the FBI.

Still, one can understand why the Hillary faction wanted to obscure the documents, for they contain toxic revelations that disqualify Hillary Clinton from the presidency.

QOTD: "It’s been 273 days and counting (and there are people counting, including the RNC and WaPo) since [Hillary]’s held a proper [press conference] on camera with a full array of press. The reason, while unstated, is obvious.

More than once last year, she called press conferences in order to do damage control on her private server and email habits. And more than once, those press conferences blew up in her face. The first trainwreck was her presser at the UN in March 2015, which raised more questions than it answered about what she had deleted and why and was panned even by some left-wingers. Five months later Hillary held the infamous presser in Las Vegas in which, dressed in prison-jumpsuit orange, she disingenuously responded to a question about her server being wiped by asking, “Like with a cloth or something?” WaPo published a list the same day of no fewer than five major mistakes she had made at that one.

She’d probably do fine at a press conference devoted exclusively to foreign policy. But foreign policy won’t be what the press will want to ask her about if/when they get another shot at her. We all know what the topic will be. And by now Team Hillary knows just how badly it’s likely to go." --Hot Air

Top 10 Findings from the FBI's Hillary Document Dump

Over at the Washington Examiner, Ashe Schow boils down the FBI's Labor Day weekend document dump to the bare essentials.

The top 10 revelations related to Hillary's interview with the FBI?

10. Hillary Clinton is incompetent (part I): she claimed she didn't know that a (C) marking on official government documents meant that it was classified as "Confidential".

9. Hillary Clinton is incompetent (part II): she also claimed she didn't know how document classification worked; say, that Top Secret, Secret and Confidential are the three basic levels of classified documents.

8. Hillary Clinton couldn't recognize what documents should be protected: like emails regarding specific drone strikes, for instance. Hillary was fine with sending those over her unprotected, illegal, and bathroom-dwelling email server.

QOTD: "On March 25, 2015, the Undisclosed [Platte River Networks] Staff Member had a "conference call with President Clinton's staff." Apparently, in the days following that call, the Undisclosed PRN Staff Member had an "'oh s***' moment" when he realized he had forgotten to wipe the PRN server clean as he had been instructed to do back in December by Cheryl Mills.

Therefore, sometime within the 6 days after a call with "President Clinton's Staff," that PRN server was wiped clean using BleachBit despite the subpoena from the House Select Committee on Benghazi received weeks earlier on March 4, 2016.

And, of course, the Undisclosed PRN Staff Member is the only person responsible for the deletion as Mills, Hillary, President Clinton's Office were all blissfully unaware of the actions of their rogue IT guy of Platte River Networks in Denver, Colorado.

Ironically, the rogue IT guy from PRN even admits to deleting the emails even though he "was aware of the existence of the preservation request and the fact that it meant he should not disturb Clinton's e-mail data on the PRN server."" --Tyler Durden

THE FIX WAS IN: Yes, the FBI Found Ample Evidence That Hillary Clinton Violated Federal Records Act

By Chuck Ross

FBI investigators compiled enough evidence during their investigation of Hillary Clinton’s rogue email server to show that the former secretary of state violated federal records-keeping laws.

She was also informed in 2009, her first year in office, that she had an obligation under the Federal Records Act to forward her State Department work emails to the agency’s record preservation system. But, according to the news website Circa, Clinton opted against that option because she wanted control over “sensitive” messages.

Circa’s report comes from former Washington Times veteran reporter John Solomon and is based on unnamed sources familiar with the FBI’s investigation of Clinton. That probe ended in July when the FBI and Justice Department declined to press charges against the Democratic presidential candidate or her aides for their handling of classified information.

SHOCKED FACE: Under Obama, National Deficit Skyrockets to Ludicrous Levels, Again

By Timothy H. Lee

The nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office (CBO) just revealed that this year's federal budget deficit will rise to $590 billion, a depressing 35% increase over last year's already-high $438 billion:

CBO now estimates that the 2016 deficit will total $590 billion, or 3.2 percent of GDP, exceeding last year's deficit by $152 billion...  The deficit is growing in 2016 because revenues are up only slightly, by less than 1 percent ($26 billion), whereas outlays are projected to rise by 5 percent ($178 billion).

As Barack Obama staggers toward the end of his failed presidency, that marks just the latest milestone in what is perhaps his worst legacy, one that remains grotesquely underreported by the "watchdog" mainstream media.

The Day The Lights Go Out And The Trucks Stop Running

By Michael Snyder

What would happen if some sort of major national emergency caused a massive transportation disruption that stopped trucks from running? The next time you talk to a trucker, please thank them for their service, because without their hard work none of our lives would be possible. In America today, very few of us live a truly independent lifestyle, and that means that we rely on the system to provide what we need. Most of us take for granted that there will always be plenty of goods at Wal-Mart and at the grocery store whenever we need more “stuff”, and most of us never give a second thought to how all of that “stuff” gets there. Well, the truth is that most of it is brought in by trucks, and if the trucks stopped running for some reason the entire country would devolve into chaos very rapidly.

QOTD: "Speech is 95 percent plus of what lifts man above animal! Physically, man is a sad case. His teeth, including his incisors, which he calls eyeteeth, are baby-size and can barely penetrate the skin of a too-green apple. His claws can’t do anything but scratch him where he itches. His stringy-ligament body makes him a weakling compared to all the animals his size. Animals his size? In hand-to-paw, hand-to-claw, or hand-to-incisor combat, any animal his size would have him for lunch. Yet man owns or controls them all, every animal that exists, thanks to his superpower: speech.

What is the story? What is it that has left endless generations of academics, certified geniuses, utterly baffled when it comes to speech? For half that time, as we will see, they formally and officially pronounced the question unsolvable and stopped trying. What is it they still don’t get after a veritable eternity?" --Tom Wolfe

MARK LEVIN: Dammit, Obama Lied and Iran Is On Its Way to Nukes!

By Chris Pandolfo

Thursday on the Mark Levin program, Conservative Review’s Editor-in-Chief read a report indicating the Obama administration cut a secret deal with Iran to permit the terrorist-sponsoring regime to violate restrictions put in place by last year’s nuclear deal.

“This is the biggest issue of the day, the biggest issue of the month, the biggest issue of the year!”

Corrupt media wouldn't care if Hillary handed out suitcase nukes as party favors at Clinton Foundation events

By Daniel Greenfield

Where does media bias come from?

Anyone who really wanted to know had that question answered when much of the media took a break from attacking Trump to attack the Associated Press. What does the AP have in common with Trump? Both were hurting Hillary Clinton’s chances to score payoffs from dictators, arms dealers and tycoons with terrorist ties for the next four to eight years.

QOTD: "The presidential election could be delayed or scrapped altogether if conspiracy theories become predictive and a candidate dies or drops out before Nov. 8. The perhaps equally startling alternative, if there’s enough time: Small groups of people hand-picking a replacement pursuant to obscure party rules.

The scenarios have been seriously considered by few outside of the legal community and likely are too morbid for polite discussion in politically mixed company. But prominent law professors have pondered the effects and possible ways to address a late-date vacancy.

“There’s nothing in the Constitution which requires a popular election for the electors serving in the Electoral College,” says John Nagle, a law professor at the University of Notre Dame, meaning the body that officially elects presidents could convene without the general public voting.

“It’s up to each state legislature to decide how they want to choose the state’s electors,” Nagle says. “It may be a situation in which the fact that we have an Electoral College, rather than direct voting for presidential candidates, may prove to be helpful.”" --Steve Nelson

AS THE TERROR THREAT RISES: Europe Changes Course

By Abigail R. Esman

Sixteen years ago, when Dutch commentator Paul Scheffer published his "Multicultural Drama" declaring that multiculturalism in the Netherlands had failed, the response was swift and angry. Critics across Europe called him racist, bigoted, nationalistic. Others dismissed his views as mere rants and ramblings of a Leftist in search of a cause.

Not anymore.

With over 275 people killed in 10 Islamic terrorist attacks since January 2015, Europeans harbor no more illusions about the multiculturalist vision: where immigrants from Muslim countries are concerned, that idealist vision has more than just failed. It has produced a culture of hatred, fear, and unrelenting danger. Now, with European Muslim youth radicalizing at an unprecedented rate and the threat of new terrorist attacks, Europe is reassessing its handling of Muslim communities and its counterterrorism strategies and laws.

LEVIN TO COLIN KAEPERNICK: Stay Seated, Jerk. You're an Insignificant Fly.

By Mark R. Levin

This guy Colin Kaepernick wouldn’t do this in Iran; he wouldn’t do it in Syria; he wouldn’t do it in 90 percent of the countries on the face of the earth; he wouldn’t do it in Cuba.

In other words, he wouldn’t do it in any place where it matters, where you’re really putting your neck on the line, where there truly is injustice and inequality – not because the country isn’t perfect, because the country is horrific.

All over the world we have these horrific countries. This man has benefited from the liberty, not that he’s created, but other men have created: men and women in the military, men and women in law enforcement, men and women in all walks of life. He’s benefited from these things. He hasn’t contributed a damn thing.

Tuesday, August 30, 2016

BOOM: Here are the 25 Questions Hillary Clinton Must Answer -- Under Oath -- by Sept. 29th

There are only a few groups dedicated to the tireless pursuit of corruption in Washington.

I'm not talking about the various Ethics or Oversight committees in Congress. Those feckless clowns seem more interested in protecting the status quo than in any real investigation. No, I refer, of course, to the patriots at Judicial Watch who have been pursuing Hillary Clinton's criminal activities like a starving greyhound after five pounds of filet.

We're at the point in various judicial activities that Hillary Clinton is now compelled to answer a series of 25 questions -- under oath -- related to her pernicious, illegal and outrageous use of a home-brew email server to intermingle official State Department business with that of the Clinton Global Graft Initiative. Annnd the questions are:

EX-CLINTON STAFFER: Hillary Very Ill; Sleeping Up to 18 Hours a Day; Health Records Will NEVER Be Released

The Clinton 2016 campaign machine consists of around 1,000 people.

The pace and expectations are unforgiving. A single mistake can get you booted in a nanosecond. According to a report at TruePundit, one well-placed staff who worked with Clinton on a daily basis made just such an error and came forward to reveal what's really going on in the campaign:

Only a small group of people running her campaign know the specifics of Hillary’s health issues. But she is suffering from something. She sleeps approximately 18 hours a day. And some days, she sleeps more.

I’m serious. This is why no one sees her.
