DOWN WITH THE SICKNESS: The 8 Most Twisted Policy Positions of Your Modern Democrat Party

By the Researcher

A reminder of just how far left your Dad's Democrat Party has drifted. For your review:
  1. On Guns: There’s a growing push to repeal the Second Amendment among many influential liberals and members of the coastal T.V. glitterati, including the Louisiana Democratic Chairwoman, John Paul Stevens, Michael Moore, and Larry King who has a show on RT, which broadcasts Kremlin messaging. According to a recent poll, 39 percent of Democrats support repealing the Second Amendment and 82 percent favor banning semi-automatic weapons.

SECRET MUELLER MEMO RELEASED: Supreme Court Reporter Calls Manafort Case “Stasi-esque”

By S. Noble

A secret memo from Rod Rosenstein to Robert Mueller has been made public and it suggests Rosenstein and Mueller colluded to commit a crime. Mueller does not have the authority to investigate Paul Manafort on non-Russia issues. The probe is unconstitutional.

The memo says the authority outlined is only for “public consumption”. They possibly planned to expand Mueller’s authority beyond the legal jurisdiction.

Supreme Court reporter Robert Barnes further described the Manafort case as Stasi-esque.

PARTY OF CRIMINALS: The Democrats’ Long History of Making Incriminating Documents Disappear

By Steven J. Allen

Then-FBI Director James Comey let Clinton off the hook because, he said later, she lacked “evil intent.” In making that judgment, Comey apparently failed to consider that spoliation of evidence—“the intentional, reckless, or negligent withholding, hiding, altering, fabricating, or destroying of evidence relevant to a legal proceeding”—is a modus operandi of the Clintons and their associates, and has been for four decades.

In 1978, Bill Clinton was about to become governor of Arkansas. To funnel payoffs to the Clintons, Tyson Foods, the state’s biggest polluter, created a fake commodities account. Hillary would “invest” $1,000 and make a profit of nearly $100,000 (almost $400,000 in today’s money). To set up the account, Tyson used Refco, a commodities brokerage firm whose founder had been convicted of selling spoiled chickens to the military, using fake time-and-date stamps.

How did Refco cover up the payoffs to the Clintons?

The Worst Hate Crime of 2018 Had Zero Media Coverage

By Daniel Greenfield

The worst anti-Semitic hate crime of 2018 took place outside a restaurant in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Izmir Koch, an Ahiska Turkish migrant who had already been in trouble with the law, allegedly demanded to know if there were any Jews around. A man who been at the restaurant replied that he was Jewish. Izmir punched him in the head, and then kicked him while he lay on the ground.

The victim, who wasn’t actually Jewish, suffered bruised ribs and a fractured eye socket.

SH'YEAH: Totally Non-Partisan New York Times Helpfully Offers to Rewrite Second Amendment

By William Teach

Hot take:

On one hand, this could actually expand the types of guns private citizens could own, because this doesn’t actually provide a delineation. I want to hunt with an automatic M16. The verbiage gives me that ability. And, he, I might think that recreation is defending my home. Oh, and I would need the gun at home to make sure I keep it clean. But, of course:

THE ANTI-CONSTITUTION PARTY: Justice Stevens a chilling reminder of the importance of judicial appointments

By Joseph Klein

Former Associate Justice John Paul Stevens was a foe of any broad reading of the Second Amendment while he served on the U.S. Supreme Court. He dissented from the 2008 majority decision in the District of Columbia v. Heller case, which held that there was an individual right to bear arms. Mr. Stevens is now going even further in his retirement, writing an op-ed column for the New York Times entitled “John Paul Stevens: Repeal the Second Amendment.”

Mr. Stevens is of the view that the Second Amendment is an artifact with no current beneficial purpose to serve.  “Concern that a national standing army might pose a threat to the security of the separate states,” he wrote in his op-ed column, “led to the adoption of that amendment, which provides that ‘a well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.’ Today that concern is a relic of the 18th century.”
