While this may work for a time with the low-information types, the quote from Abraham Lincoln is most appropriate here:

“You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time.”

The regime’s attempts at lying their way in power will soon mean they will have to shut down those opposing voices that challenge those lies.

While some may yawn at the threat to the right to bear arms, they had better wake up to the threat to the right of free-speech and a free-press. Because, those will soon go by the wayside given the current trends.

Something to think about.
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6034478.post-63971828804013075612013-01-22T21:58:25.202-05:002013-01-22T21:58:25.202-05:00We need to look abroad. China is matching up with ...We need to look abroad. China is matching up with pre-WWII Germany. They have a huge generation of young men who have no prospects of a future thanks to the aggressive one-child policy and cultural prefernce for sons. They've been expanding militarily rapidly, stock-piling rice, and Chinese tourists to Australia have been buying so much milk powder that there has been a shortage of it. And recent military comuniques have switched to a more active use of "ready for war" and are using it more often. Where will they go? Russia, the rest of Asia, India? Wherever it is, it's almost sure that nukes will get used this time around as the world falls into war, and we're busy pulling down our pants.

And then there's the matter of how much more people here will tolerate from our own government. I'm not sure we will take much.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6034478.post-62400938130689210642013-01-22T11:26:25.819-05:002013-01-22T11:26:25.819-05:00Well the people that are more aware of the Constit...Well the people that are more aware of the Constitution and the Declaration are not being taught that in schools-the NEA would never allow that.
MMAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6034478.post-88434340379655458862013-01-22T02:15:35.049-05:002013-01-22T02:15:35.049-05:00Excerpts from Mark Levin's thoughts above, and...Excerpts from Mark Levin's thoughts above, and commentary:
=== ===
Even when Bush 43 was president and the Republicans controlled Congress, they went on a spending binge. After the Reagan presidency, Bush 41 and Bush 43, who'd opposed the Reagan Revolution, immediately dragged the nation back into the Republican mush. There is an intransigence in the Republican Party that sabotages and obstructs those who have answers for this nation based on our founding principles.

-- A great reason not to deal internally with the people of the Republican party.

If we go third party, I can see the Democrats winning elections for a generation.

-- Disaster will happen much sooner than that.

We must find a way to depose the old, decrepit, tired so-called leaders who've used the system to climb to the top. It is a fool's errand to believe that the same people who've brought us to the brink are the people who can solve the dire problems they've contributed to. This is a puzzle that must be solved.

-- There is not much hope of solving that puzzle, because Levin has been thinking about it for a long time without an answer.

But there is a bright spot: the American public still cares about the Constitution. In fact, they care more than they did even a decade or two ago.

-- This is a strong reason to form a third party.
=== ===

The Dems are lying persuasively to implement disastrous policies. It may be better to declare "We can't stop the disaster" and say why.

This would be a great slogan for a third party. That party could spread the truth and organize for restoring order after the deluge. Restoring order will require more than individuals trying to organize suddenly at that time.

Of course, a third party would assure the ascendence of the Dems, as it would split the Pubs. But, that is not a problem when one predicts the Dem ascendence anyway. It only speeds up the evolution of the unavoidable disaster.

There is even a small chance that the general public would really think about things, if a reasoned party with an explained philosophy said "it's over". So far, the public hears "On to Utopia" from the Dems, and "We'll save you" from the Pubs. Hearing "You are toast" from 10% of the population might just stir the rest from their dreams.

And if probably not, then that party would offer some hope of eventual repair. That party would not be associated with the destruction.Andrew_M_Garlandhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02855052302054611917noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6034478.post-63171527662974916672013-01-21T23:26:04.985-05:002013-01-21T23:26:04.985-05:00As long as the television media backs democrats, ...As long as the television media backs democrats, republicans will be able to do nothing more than tread water.

Republicans need to get a couple of their wealthier members to consider taking a dive into tv news.

I have a friend, who works from home, and has the news on 24/7. Two months after F&F hit the blogs, I brought up the subject to him asking him what he thought. He said, What's fast and furious?" He had never heard of it or gunrunner.

This is a major problem and until it changes , democrats will be in charge. chunkdog1noreply@blogger.com
