WAR: Steal a Page From Murkowski's Playbook and Write in Chris McDaniel in #MSSEN and Matt Bevin in #KYSEN

On Tuesday, Mitch McConnell and the Republican establishment crossed the Rubicon and then burned the bridge to cinders. It is now clear, thanks to leaks to Politico and a gloating editorial in The Wall Street Journal by Karl Rove, that the entrenched GOP establishment resorted to the most despicable tactics imaginable to prop up the pathetic, barely coherent incumbent Thad Cochran.

I refer, of course, to the actions of Rove, the Chamber of Commerce, Haley Barbour, et. al. in tarring U.S. Senate candidate Chris McDaniel as a virulent racist. In doing so, they not only attacked their own base, they not only stole a primary election using illegal tactics, but they also abandoned any semblance of principle.

WAR: THE MURKOWSKI PLAYBOOK

Truly disgusted, I thought to myself: why not use their own tactics against them? After incumbent Beltway RINO Lisa Murkowski lost her GOP primary in 2010 to Joe Miller, she ran in the general election as a write-in candidate. She won, becoming the first to win as a Senate write-in in 50 years.

I don't believe in sitting out elections. There are fairly conservative Senate candidates running in several states, and it would be a mistake to abandon them on the battlefield.

That said, Mitch McConnell (R-KY) and Thad Cochran (R-MS) must both be made to pay a heavy price for their unconscionable actions.

WRITE IN CHRIS McDANIEL, CRUSH THAD COCHRAN

Chris McDaniel has a viable legal challenge against Cochran's outrageous victory. Had only Republicans voted in the, er, Republican primary, McDaniel would have won in a crushing landslide, by approximately 25,000 votes. As it turns out, however, more than 30,000 Democrats voted in the GOP primary, many of them illegally. Those Democrats who voted in the primary several weeks ago and voted again in the Republican primary broke state law.

Chris McDaniel is said to be considering a write-in candidacy.

Please contact Chris by calling his campaign office at 601-283-2156 or by email at info@mcdaniel2014.com and urge him to run.

He deserves to win -- and he can win.

WRITE-IN MATT BEVIN, CRUSH MITCH McCONNELL

Mitch McConnell needs to go. It is his hidden hand that is behind a range of attacks on conservatives, both overt and covert.

I urge you to contact Matt Bevin and ask him to file as a write-in candidate in Kentucky (he has until 24 October to do so, but obviously the sooner the better). I've already done so, asking him on Twitter.

IF THE GOP WANTS WAR, IT IS WAR THEY WILL GET

McConnell and Cochran must be defeated. I urge you, rather than sitting it out, to support their write-in opponents.

#RememberMississippi.

BOOM: IRS Needed Lois Lerner Emails To "Disappear"

By Investor's Business Daily

Scandal: The IRS canceled a contract with an email storage contractor weeks after Lois Lerner reported lost personal files and before other IRS officials had their hard drives crash as Tea Party-targeting investigations began.

Timing is everything, the saying goes, and sometimes the timing of events is also very curious, as in the case of the lost emails of Lerner and at least six other officials at the very same time the IRS canceled its contract to back up and preserve those emails as required by federal law.

Lerner's computer supposedly crashed in June 2011, an alleged event the IRS concealed from the American public and congressional investigators for two years.

This event, which cannot be verified because her hard drive has since been destroyed and recycled, occurred just 10 days after House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Rep. Dave Camp first wrote a letter asking if the IRS was engaging in targeting of nonprofit groups.

This shouldn't have been a problem because, as the Daily Caller reports, the IRS had a contract beginning in 2005 with Sonasoft, an email-archiving company based in San Jose, Calif.

The company advertises that it provides "Email Archiving Done Right" and "Point-Click Recovery" and in a 2009 tweet boasted: "The IRS uses Sonasoft to back up their servers, why wouldn't you choose them to protect your servers?"

Perhaps this is what IRS Commissioner John Koskinen was referring to when in March testimony before the House Oversight Committee he assured Rep. Jason Chaffetz that the reason requested emails were difficult to provide was that IRS emails "get taken off and stored in servers."

Later we would be told that the emails were lost forever and, as we noted, Koskinen was lying in March, when he said they were somewhere, or in June, when he said they were nowhere to be found. Let us ponder another possibility: that the emails were taken off and stored in Sonasoft servers, emails that would be deleted when the IRS contract for their storage ended. They were not lost, but, in effect, deliberately destroyed.

CHRIS McDANIEL: We're Not Conceding, We're Going to Fight the Corrupt #MSSEN Election!

The Right Scoop just captured tape of GOP Senatorial Candidate Chris McDaniel on the Mark Levin Show describing the nature of his controversial, razor-thin loss to incumbent Thad Cochran.

It would appear that the GOP establishment -- Mitch McConnell, Haley Barbour, and the Chamber of Crony Capitalism in particular -- stooped to the lowest of low campaign tactics to convince Democrats (and blacks in particular) to vote in the Republican primary.

Consider the following flyer sent out on behalf of Cochran to African-American communities after it was determined that the incumbent had virtually no chance of winning the primary.

Rush Limbaugh today pilloried the GOP establishment for its complicity with these tactics.

“The Republican establishment sought victory via Democrat voters in the runoff, and they got them. Without the African-American vote from Democrat-leaning counties, Thad Cochrane would have lost by eight or nine percent last night,” Limbaugh said, calling the tactic “reprehensible.” ... Limbaugh cited a flyer, posted by journalist Charles Johnson that suggested McDaniel and the tea party wanted to prevent blacks from voting in the Mississippi runoff election on Tuesday. Cochran’s critics allege the longtime senator’s campaign was behind the flyers.

McDaniel is fighting back, as well he should.

We haven’t conceded and we’re not going to concede right now. We’re going to investigate.

Naturally sometimes it’s difficult to contest an election, obviously, but we do know that 35,000 Democrats crossed over. And we know many of those Democrats did vote in the Democratic primary just three weeks ago which makes it illegal.

We likewise know that we have a statute, a law in our state that says you cannot participate in a primary unless you intend to support that candidate. And we know good and well that these 35,000 democrats have no intention to do that. They’ll be voting for Travis Childers in November. We know that. They know that. And so that makes their actions illegal.

So we’re going to be fighting this.

Good man.

We need fighters. We need warriors who will fight the entrenched, doddering, senile, Jabba-the-Hut-like GOP establishment just as hard as they fight Obama and the rest of the Marxist left.

Chris McDaniel is our kind of fighter. You can support him here.

GOOD NEWS: Justice Department MRAPs Spotted in Florida

Passed over the transom from a reliable source in USAF Spec Ops. What's the contingency this is for, you suppose?

Since when was the DOJ engaged in active enforcement? Don't they control the federal law enforcement agencies?

I need someone to tell me why the JUSTICE DEPARTMENT needs MRAPs.

My wife took these photos on I-10 in North Florida on our way home from Jacksonville last weekend. I was impressed with the size of these vehicles and thought they were kind of neat until we both saw they were owned by the Justice Department.

Well, young man, I simply refer you to Obama's very own references to building a "civilian national security force that's ... just as powerful as our military."

His words, not mine.

WHAT'S THE RUSH? Boehner Announces House Will File Lawsuit Against Obama Over Illegal Actions

By Monica Sanchez

House speaker John Boehner said today the House will file a lawsuit against President Barack Obama regarding his use of executive actions, according to a report from Roll Call.

“This is about defending the institution in which we serve,” Boehner said. “What we’ve seen clearly over the last five years is an effort to erode the power of the legislative branch.”

“I believe the president is not faithfully executing the laws of our country,” he added, “and [on] behalf of the institution and our constitution, standing up and fighting for this is in the best long-term interest of the Congress.”

During his presidency, Obama has utilized his executive authority to push through several initiatives without obtaining the approval of Congress, including hiking the minimum wage for federal contractors.

24 Questions About the Massive Surge of Illegal Aliens on Our Purposely Unguarded Southern Border

By Ronald W. Mortensen

Much has been written about the large numbers of unaccompanied minors illegally entering the United States. However there are a myriad of questions that need to be asked and answered about the effect that this will have on the United States. Here are a couple of dozen:

Who Is Paying?

  1. Are American taxpayers covering the $1.4 billion to $2 billion costs to care for children illegally entering the United States while still continuing to provide hundreds of millions of dollars of foreign assistance to the home countries of these children?

  2. Is the United States using the funds set aside for foreign aid to these countries to cover the costs incurred by their children illegally entering the United States and to send them home? If not, why not?

Impact on Education

  1. What happens to the tens of thousands poorly educated young people who don't speak English once they arrive at their final destinations in the United States?

  2. How much will it cost taxpayers to teach these children English and bring them up to grade level so they can eventually graduate from high school?

  3. How do public schools take thousands of poorly educated teens who don't speak English and prepare them to graduate from high school?

  4. What percentage of these teens and other unaccompanied minors who illegally enter the United States will drop out of school?

Impact on Criminal and Gang Activities

  1. How many young men being allowed to enter the United States illegally already have gang ties in their home countries?

KOSKINEN'S LIES: Evidence Abounds That the White House Orchestrated IRS Targeting of Opponents

By Investor's Business Daily

Scandal: The endless stream of IRS visitors to the White House and the involvement of campaign donors in the Tea Party-targeting scandal belie the claim by the head of the agency that there is no White House involvement.

The first thing investigators often ask in pursuit of criminal activity is who would benefit. That the Obama administration, burned in 2010 by the rise of the Tea Party and by the Citizens United decision, would benefit from the IRS' targeting and harassment of Tea Party groups spawned by grass-roots opposition to big government in general and ObamaCare in particular is beyond dispute.

Yet IRS Commissioner John Koskinen repeated the argument by Democratic members of the House Oversight Committee at Monday night's hearing that enough evidence was in to dismiss the idea that the IRS scandal was a cover-up directed from the White House.

That did not sit well with Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., who noted that those who blame the GOP for raising a possible White House connection ignore some inconvenient facts. "It was Jay Carney that perpetuated the myth that it was two rogue agents in Ohio. It wasn't any of us. Was that accurate?" Gowdy asked the IRS chief.

Gowdy also noted President Obama's insistence to Fox News host Bill O'Reilly that there was not a "smidgeon of corruption" at the IRS — an odd statement coming from a supposedly above-the-battle chief executive as investigations by both the Congress and the IRS Inspector General were still going on. That is, unless he was getting updates and assurances from IRS personnel all along.

Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, asked Koskinen how it was that he waited two months to tell Congress that critical Lois Lerner emails from the Tea Party-targeting period had been lost when Treasury and White House officials learned of it in April, the same month Koskinen says he was told by someone he can't remember on a date he can't remember. Koskinen said he has no idea who at the IRS told them about it. Well, somebody did, and there's no shortage of IRS candidates.

GEORGE WILL ON MIRACULOUS IRS COINCIDENCE OF CRASHED HARD DRIVES: "Religions Have Been Founded on Less"

Earlier today, on Fox News Sunday, George Will listed six reasons we need a special prosecutor for the burgeoning IRS scandal:

CHRIS WALLACE: Well, usually, mild mannered Congressman Paul Ryan ripping into the IRS chief this week over claims the agency lost thousands of e-mails connected with the IRS targeting scandal. And we're back now with the panel to continue the conversation. The IRS commissioner says back in 2011, when Lois Lerner's hard drive crashed, that she immediately called the I.T. people, asked them to retrieve any of the files that they could. George, how credible?

GEORGE WILL, SYNDICATED COLUMNIST: Incredible. And here's -- let me tell you why we need a special prosecutor in this. One of my pet peeves with current English usage is the treatment of disinterested and uninterested as synonyms. We wish the Justice Department were interested in this. It were a disinterested investigator of this. Instead, it's uninterested in the investigation.

We can no more expect Mr. Holder to investigate this White House than we could have expected John Mitchell to investigate the Nixon White House.

Here's -- we know six things, Chris. We know first the targeting occurred.

Therefore, second, we know that this is worse than article two of the Nixon impeachment count, which said Nixon endeavored to use the IRS. The IRS back then resisted.

Third, we know that this became public in an act of deceit when Lois Lerner planted a question with a friend in an audience to try and get this out on her own terms.

Fourth, we know that she has taken the Fifth Amendment because she has a right to do this when she has a reasonable suspicion that there might be criminal activity involved.

Fifth, we know that from the timeline you put up today, that there has been 13 months of stonewalling on this.

And sixth, now we know that not only her hard drive, but six other people intimately involved in this suddenly crashed in an amazing miraculous coincidence. Religions have been founded on less, ten days after the investigation started.

That's why we need a special prosecutor.

It's gotten so bad even Woodward and Bernstein are ripping old media and the corrupt, hard left Democrat Party.

There's a Pulitzer and a lifetime of riches for a journalist willing to go to the mat on this, but it's not altogether clear whether such a breed still exists in America.

TRY THIS ONE WEIRD TRICK TO SLASH YOUR TAXES!

By The People's Cube

Comrades!

This weird trick can help reduce any penalties or survive any audit by the glorious IRS.

When confronted by the Auditors of Redistribution, one must simply state: "I have lost my tax records from the past seven years due to a computer glitch." That statement will be unarguable from their standpoint.

Forward Comrades! The fundamental transformation of the IRS continues!

THE FEDS ARE RIGHT: There really is no inflation (unless you count food, gas, electricity and everything else)

By Michael Snyder

Have you noticed that prices are going up rapidly? If so, you are certainly not alone. But Federal Reserve chair Janet Yellen, the Obama administration and the mainstream media would have us believe that inflation is completely under control and exactly where it should be. Perhaps if the highly manipulated numbers that they quote us were real, everything would be fine. But of course the way that the inflation rate is calculated has been changed more than 20 times since the 1970s, and at this point it bears so little relation to reality that it is essentially meaningless. Anyone that has to regularly pay for food, water, gas, electricity or anything else knows that inflation is too high. In fact, if inflation was calculated the same way that it was back in 1980, the inflation rate would be close to 10 percent right now.

But you would never know that listening to Federal Reserve chair Janet Yellen. In the video posted below, you can listen to her telling the media that there is absolutely nothing to be concerned about...

And it is really hard to get too upset with Janet Yellen.

After all, she reminds many people of a sweet little grandmother.

But the reality of the matter is that she is simply not telling us the truth. Everywhere we look, prices are aggressively moving higher.

Just the other day, the Bureau of Labor Statistics announced that the price index for meat, poultry, fish, and eggs has just soared to a new all-time high.

This is something that I have repeatedly warned would happen. Just check out this article and this article.

And it isn't just meat prices that are going up. One of the largest coffee producers in the entire world just announced that it is going to be raising coffee prices by 9 percent...

SCANDAL: Young, "Easily Identifiable" Cartel Gangbangers Being Released Into U.S. Neighborhoods by Obama

The consequences of open borders will be felt for decades. Over the coming years, Americans will experience Balkanization, an exploding welfare state, and higher taxes to pay for an uninvited influx of largely impoverished, low-skilled and illiterate migrants.

The short-term ramifications, however, will be equally serious. Writing at Western Journalism, B. Christopher Agree explains:

The recent rise in unaccompanied minors illegally crossing America’s southern border in recent weeks has led to serious criticism of existing immigration laws and lax border security. While the influx is seen by many as a symbol of a broken system, however, a large number of Americans still believe officials should allow these children to stay in this country and reunite with family members already here.

A recent revelation by authorities might just change some minds.

According to an investigation by Action 4 News in Harlingen, Texas, underage gang members are being released without supervision into American neighborhoods near the border and beyond. San Juan Police Chief Juan Gonzalez explained that such a policy could have tragic consequences in our society ... “They are not your average person that wants to better their lives,” he said.

The majority of these thugs are easily identifiable, according to the National Border Patrol Council ... “they are usually pretty predominant with their tattoos,” noting they typically display “a lot of face tattoos.”

Nevertheless, when gangsters under the age of 17 – and without a U.S. criminal history – are detained by border guards, they are subsequently sent on their way, free to terrorize American neighborhoods.

...“We know that the MS-13 [gang] has a lot of factions here in the U.S.,” he confirmed. “We know they are all over the U.S.”

Their numbers are only increasing, the report found, as gang leaders in Mexico recognize they can send their youngest members across the border with a virtual guarantee that they will be integrated into our society ... Concerns about increased violence associated with America’s current open borders policy are only compounded by reports that illegals are bringing with them diseases that were all but eradicated in America.

In short, this administration is releasing violent, hardened criminals into the United States, an act that would normally see members of both parties calling for impeachment.

That was in the old days, when we had a real Democrat Party and Republicans with some spine in them.

Those days appear to be long gone.

WHY THE COVER-UP, MR. SMIDGEN? Trail of "Lost" IRS Emails Leads Directly to White House

By Investor's Business Daily

Scandal: One of the seven people, including Lois Lerner who lost emails from the period of Tea Party targeting by the IRS, served as chief of staff to former IRS head Steven Miller. She also made 35 visits to the White House.

The funny thing about emails is that they are never orphans. When you send one, there's always a recipient who has his or her own copy. The "lost" Lois Lerner emails had recipients. How about subpoenas to all of them during the Tea Party targeting period? That should help find what we need to know — or maybe not.

It seems six more IRS officials have lost critical emails from that period, a seeming statistical impossibility that shouts out a conspiracy to obstruct justice, and more violations of the Federal Records Act, which requires paper copies of these emails to be printed and stored just in case of computer problems.

One of those officials who received Lerner emails and also lost them was Nikole Flax, chief of staff to former IRS Commissioner Steven Miller. Miller, who was fired in the wake of the targeting scandal, visited the White House more than most Cabinet members.

Flax, as the Daily Caller reports, "made 31 visits to the White House between July 12, 2010, and May 8, 2013, according to White House visitor logs."

While not quite as numerous as another former IRS Commissioner, Douglas Shulman, who made some 118 visits — including one he testified was for the Easter egg roll on the White House lawn — Flax's visits dovetail nicely with key points in the IRS scandal.

WISCONSIN'S SECRET WAR: Humiliated in court, Democrats take their lawless "probe" to the media

By M.D. Kittle.

MADISON, Wis. — Smacked by two judges in their legal effort to take down Gov. Scott Walker, prosecutors in Wisconsin’s secret John Doe investigation have taken their case to the friendlier court of mainstream media.

Citing 268 pages of documents released Thursday, the Associated Press and the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel laid out the prosecution’s argument that conservative organizations and others illegally coordinated political activities with Gov. Scott Walker.

Looking at the same documents, two judges have already ruled that John Doe prosecutors have absolutely no evidence of wrongdoing.

U.S. District Court Judge Rudolph Randa, who last month shut down the investigation through a preliminary injunction, described the prosecutors’ claims against Walker as “simply wrong.”

“The prosecutors’ coordination conspiracy is the conspiracy to do things that are not only legal, but are absolutely protected by the U.S. Constitution,” said a legal expert with knowledge of the lawsuits. The source asked not to be identified due to his proximity to the case.

The documents, selected by prosecutors for the 7th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, provide the public’s first real look at the well-organized liberal effort to unseat Walker.

As Obama hollows out our military and the Middle East burns...

These are the priorities of the military under Obama:

I'm sure our warriors are horrified at the spectacle this "CINC" has made of our armed forces.

A person's sexual preference is immaterial to the armed forces.

News flash: the military is not a laboratory for experiments in social engineering.

Its function is protect the national security interests of the United States. Which fully explains Obama's priorities.

We know the whereabouts of the "lost" IRS emails

By Mac Slavo

A Congressional inquiry into the targeting of Tea Party and Conservative organizations by the IRS has revealed that thousands of emails from IRS head Lois Lerner and at least six of her subordinates have been lost to history after the hard drive which stored them was reportedly thrown away. The loss of the emails makes it nearly impossible to track down and verify what actually took place and whether or not the Obama administration was directly involved in the harassment of independent groups that didn’t agree with the President’s political platform.

Without the emails their is no accountability, despite the fact that the President Obama has repeatedly claimed that transparency and the rule of law would be touchstones of his Presidency. “Starting today every agency and department should know that this administration stands on the side not of those who seek to withhold information, but those who seek to make it known,” said President Obama at a press conference on the day he took office in January of 2009.

The President’s past statements run contrary to the events playing out on Capitol Hill today, where the IRS has claimed that the emails have been “lost forever.”

Congressman Darrell Issa pointed out the ridiculousness of the claims saying that such records could only disappear because of deliberate destruction.

“Official records, like the e-mails of a prominent official, don’t just disappear without a trace unless that was the intention.”

It turns out that Senator Darrell Issa is right. Records like these don’t just disappear without a trace.

We know the whereabouts of the lost IRS emails and they could likely be accessed and shown to the American public within 24 hours.

COMPUTER CRASH? Try Obstruction of Justice

By Investor's Business Daily

Scandal: The IRS descends into criminal enterprise, with word of a 26-month gap of lost emails from the very period it was illegally targeting Tea Party groups. Computer crash? Try obstruction of justice.

Just as the claim that President Nixon's secretary, Rose Mary Woods, inadvertently hit the "erase" button instead of "pause" gave impetus to the drive to impeach Nixon, so too should the IRS announcement that it can't find two years of Lois Lerner's emails lead to a criminal investigation of this administration and creation of a select committee.

In April we wrote, "Lois Lerner Should Go To Jail." We think so now more than ever and also that she shouldn't be the only one to be measured for an orange jumpsuit. As in Watergate, this fish rots from the head.

We are reminded how, during his Arizona State University commencement speech in 2009, President Obama noted that ASU had refused to grant him an honorary degree and "joked" that "President (Michael) Crowe and the Board of Regents will soon learn all about being audited by the IRS."

The joke was not funny then and is less funny now. It was a predictor of administration behavior. Lerner's knowledge of and participation in planning to use the IRS as a political weapon, in coordination with the White House, is why she twice invoked the Fifth Amendment in her congressional visits, even as she was cooperating — or is it coordinating? — with Eric Holder's Justice Department.

As Joseph Curl notes in the Washington Times, the Articles of Impeachment against Nixon charged that he "endeavored to obtain from the Internal Revenue Service, in violation of the constitutional rights of citizens, confidential information contained in income tax returns for purposes not authorized by law, and to cause, in violation of the constitutional rights of citizens, income tax audits or other income tax investigation to be initiated or conducted in a discriminatory manner."

THE PLUNDERERS AND THE PEOPLE

by Christopher Manion

I still remember the day - June 2, 1964.

My new banjo arrived in the afternoon (on Railway Express - this was pre-Woodstock, remember), and late that evening, the news came in that Barry Goldwater had won the California primary, defeating New York Gov. Nelson Rockefeller by two percentage points.

I'm still playing that banjo, and that election is still changing history.

On June 10, another earthquake hit, this time shaking the Seventh Congressional District of Virginia to its core.

And it's going to make history too.

Last week, Republican Majority Leader Eric Cantor, who had been tipped as the natural successor to House Speaker John Boehner, was soundly defeated by Dave Brat, an economics professor, for the Republican nomination.

I remember when Democrat Majority Whip John Brademas - my Congressman - lost his longtime seat to a Republican businessman who, like Brat, was a political novice in 1980.

It was a pretty big deal, but Brademas' loss was drowned out by the the Reagan victory, a political earthquake that would never have happened without that California primary 16 years before.

Like Cantor, Brademas was accustomed to being reelected almost automatically - until he wasn't.

If past is prologue, the defeat of Cantor by a political unknown does not augur well for the Republican Establishment - or for the Democrats: it's hard to tell, on any given day, which of them hates conservative upstarts like Brat the most.

CAUGHT IN A WEB OF LIES: IRS Chief John Koskinen Faces Serious Consequences for Email Statements

By Investor's Business Daily

Scandal: In testimony last March, the IRS chief told Congress that the now-allegedly irretrievable emails were not immediately available because they were safely stored offline. Maybe the NSA can help find them?

Rep. Darrell Issa's House Oversight Committee has subpoenaed IRS Commissioner John Koskinen to testify June 23 about Lois Lerner's suddenly lost emails. One of the topics is expected to be his prior contradictory congressional testimony.

Koskinen testified about the emails at an Oversight hearing in March and, as investigative reporter Sharyl Attkisson notes, gave quite the opposite impression from the current storyline that has every computer nerd in America rolling on the floor laughing.

Koskinen said the reason that requested emails were difficult to provide was that IRS emails "get taken off and stored in servers." He failed to mention any Lerner hard-drive crash that allegedly occurred long before, only to be divulged in this administration's habitual Friday data dump of unpleasant news.

Was he lying then or is he lying now? Federal law requires that such records be archived and accessible — particularly records subject to congressional investigation — and that the destruction or loss of any such records be authorized according to the law and reported to the archivist of such records. Someone is either lying or has broken the law big time, or both.

GOOD NEWS: Mexican Embassy Says That Mexicans "Illegally" Invading U.S. "Are Not Committing a Crime"

I guess they have a point, considering the fact that the President ignores the very immigration laws he swore to uphold.

Furthermore, with the likes of Obama, the Democrat Party, the unions, Jeb Bush, the RINO establishment, the Chamber of Crony Capitalism, vintage media, and the rest of the DC Ruling Class all agitating for open borders, I got to thinking.

Who in Washington stands with the American citizen?

That's a rhetorical question. No one but a few Constitutional conservatives like Ted Cruz and Mike Lee appear to be on our side. America's side.

MRCTV talks to protesters calling for the release of U.S. Marine Andrew Tahmooressi outside the Mexican Embassy - where a spokesperson for the Mexican Embassy tells them illegal border crossing is "not committing a crime."

"When a Mexican, or any other citizen, crosses a border, let's say illegally, they are not committing a crime. They are doing it illegally, but they are not committing a crime. No, they are not. Check your law," Public Affairs Minister Ariel Moutsatos-Morales says.

Well, I guess we can close the file on that particular issue.
