HOUSE CONGRESSIONAL LEADERS: Top 5 Reasons IRS Commissioner John Koskinen Must be Impeached

In the wake of the Obama administration scandal that saw the IRS illegally targeting conservatives and pro-Israel groups for daring to oppose Democrat policies, little has been done. The administration appears to be in full cover-up mode, with "crashed" hard-drives, missing emails, and lost backup tapes.

Hoping to jumpstart scrutiny of the IRS's plainly illegal activities, House representatives Jim Jordan and Ron Desantis offer a powerful argument that IRS chief John Koskinen should be immediately terminated by the President. And, if Mr. Obama refuses, that Congress should impeach the head of the troubled agency. Writing at the Wall Street Journal, Jordan and Desantis offer five clear reasons for their recommendation (emphases mine):

Destruction of evidence. Lois Lerner, at the time the director of the IRS’s exempt-organizations unit, invoked the Fifth Amendment on May 22, 2013, when appearing before Congress; her refusal to testify put a premium on obtaining and reviewing her email communications. On the same day the IRS’s chief technology officer issued a preservation order that instructed IRS employees “not to destroy/wipe/reuse any of the existing backup tapes for email, or archiving of other information from IRS personal computers.”

Several weeks later, on Aug. 2, the House Oversight Committee issued its first subpoena for IRS documents, including all of Ms. Lerner’s emails. On Feb. 2, 2014, Kate Duval, the IRS commissioner’s counsel, identified a gap in the Lerner emails that were being collected. Days later, Ms. Duval learned that the gap had been caused in 2011 when the hard drive of Ms. Lerner’s computer crashed.

Despite all this—an internal IRS preservation order, a congressional subpoena, and knowledge about Ms. Lerner’s hard-drive and email problems—the Treasury inspector general for tax administration discovered that the agency on March 4, 2014, erased 422 backup tapes containing as many as 24,000 emails. (Congress learned of the discovery only last month.)

Ms. Duval has since left the IRS and now works at the State Department, where she is responsible for vetting Hillary Clinton’s emails sought by congressional investigations of the Benghazi attacks.

BECAUSE WE’RE NOT BROKE ENOUGH: Obama Poised to Give College Education Grants to Prisoners

I have this queasy feeling in my stomach that upon leaving office, Barack Obama will mass-pardon tens of thousands of federal prisoners. The odious Slate Magazine hinted at this last year (don't click, the site is definitely not sanitized for your protection).

But I just have this strange vibe, which only grows stronger when I read something like this.

More prisoners may soon have access to federal subsidies to pay for college under a new Obama administration initiative, ending a 20-year ban on Pell grants for state and federal prisoners.

The move could come as soon as this week. Education Secretary Arne Duncan and Attorney General Loretta Lynch are scheduled to visit ... the Maryland Correctional Institution in Jessup on Friday, to make “an important announcement related to federal aid.”

On Monday, Duncan said that restoring Pell eligibility for those potential students is one way his agency hopes to "increase college affordability" [Ed: quotes added for comic effect]...

...The Obama administration has increased total federal aid available to students by more than $50 billion and increased tax benefits and credits by an additional $12 billion, part of a total of about $150 billion a year in grants and loans for higher education...

Sure, when your country is the brokest nation on Earth and the brokest nation in history, why not?

Fueled by rampant intervention into the student loan business by the government, the costs of college have exploded ("Instapundit" Glenn Reynolds wrote an outstanding book on the topic entitled The Higher Education Bubble, a startlingly ominous description of the problems surrounding a college degree that costs more than many homes).

So let's go further in debt paying for college for felons, when our kids are left high and dry, with outrageous tuition bills and a federal debt that is destined to crush them.

But that's entirely consistent if you use Obamalogic: felons and illegal aliens are more virtuous than your children; and Iran can be trusted with ballistic missiles and nukes while you shouldn't be able to own a handgun.

30 Blocks of Government Incompetence

By Jim Quinn

There were two accidents on the Schuylkill Expressway last Monday morning. You know what this meant. I had the pleasure of traveling to work on the scenic 30 Blocks of Squalor. The 30 blocks from 69th Street in Upper Darby to 39th Street in West Philly is a tribute to government incompetence, failed government policies, shoddy union labor practices and fiscal mismanagement.

This entire thirty block trek could be completed in 5 to 10 minutes if the hundreds of union government drones in the Philadelphia Streets Department would get off their fat asses and timed the lights. The blocks are identical in distance. They don’t need advanced degrees in physics or calculus to set the lights to go green every ten seconds in order. They were timed in the 1970s and 1980s. Would smoothly flowing traffic be such a bad thing? Do they not care or are they really this incompetent? The first light at 61st Street was red when I arrived. It turned green and before you could touch the gas, it immediately turned yellow and red again. I wondered how long they’d allow this to go on. My guess would be days.

I’ve noted in previous 30 Blocks screeds that Philadelphia put a thin veneer of blacktop on the entirety of Chestnut Street about two years ago. I’ve also detailed the dozens of water main breaks that occur on a regular basis under the streets of Philadelphia, causing tens of millions in property damage. This is how corrupt incompetent government drones run the show. They gloss over the long-term real structural problems with a thin veneer of cheap half assed faux solutions that provide the false appearance of fixing something.

BRING IT, FATCATS: Chamber of Crony Capitalism Declares War on Limited Government Conservatives

By Natalie Johnson

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is paving the way to unseat “obstructionist” Republicans in the House who have successfully blocked much of the organization’s agenda.

The move is spurred by Chamber frustration after the group poured nearly $70 million into the 2014 election to strengthen the Republican coalition in the Senate, only to have its efforts thwarted in the House, Politico reported Friday.

The Chamber intends to primary sitting House conservatives who have halted many of its legislative priorities, including immigration reform, the Export-Import Bank’s renewal and a long-term highway bill.

Ken Cuccinelli, president of the Senate Conservatives Fund, said the group’s strategy to target conservatives verifies that the lobbying organization is interested solely in “cronyism.”

“The Chamber exists to force taxpayers to line the pockets of large corporations and will do whatever it takes to defeat lawmakers who fight for the American people,” he said.

Chamber spokeswoman Blair Holmes downplayed the move as a “recommitment” to the organization’s success in last year’s primary and general elections. She told Politico the Chamber supports “pro-business” candidates regardless of party affiliation or incumbency status.

But Politico noted that the move marks a “major shift” for the business community, as the Chamber has traditionally avoided targeting sitting lawmakers.

David Bozell, president of ForAmerica, said “preserving” conservative members will be a priority in the upcoming election cycle for both his organization and the entire conservative community.

“If the Chamber of Commerce wants to pick a fight, then the conservative movement is going to have to be ready, and I’m sure we will be,” he said.

HISTORIC: Obama administration cripples ability of Inspectors General to investigate corruption and fraud in government

By Kathryn Watson

Department of Justice officials gave official approval Thursday to the FBI’s practice of blocking access to data and documents in a decision that DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz said “undermines” his ability to do his job and violates the will of Congress.

“Today’s opinion by the Office of Legal Counsel undermines the IG’s independence, which is a hallmark of the Inspector General system and is essential to carrying out the IG’s oversight responsibilities under the Inspector General Act,” Horowitz said.

“The OLC’s opinion restricts the IG’s ability to independently access all records in the Justice Department’s possession that are necessary for our audits, reviews, and investigations, and is contrary to the principles and express language set forth in the Inspector General Act,” Horowitz said.

The much-anticipated OLC memorandum said the FBI can use the Patriot Act to withhold wiretapping, surveillance and credit records from the DOJ IG.

After a years-long battle with the FBI over these types of records, Horowitz and other inspectors general had hoped for a very different outcome in a decision that could have negative ripple effects for other inspectors general appointed to expose waste, fraud and abuse.

The OLC opinion also claims Section 218 of the DOJ’s current budget, which prohibits any agency within the department from using its budget to block IG access, was insufficiently clear.

But Horowitz strongly disagreed, saying “Congress meant what it said when it authorized Inspectors General to independently access ‘all’ documents necessary to conduct effective oversight. Without such access, our office’s ability to conduct its work will be significantly impaired, and it will be more difficult for us to detect and deter waste, fraud, and abuse, and to protect taxpayer dollars. We look forward to working with the Congress and the Justice Department to promptly remedy this serious situation.”

OBAMA ADMINISTRATION OFFICIALS: Hillary Clinton Lied; Used Personal Email Server to Transmit Classified Documents

“I did not email any classified material to anyone on my email. There is no classified material. I’m certainly aware of the classified requirements and did not send classified material.”

Try and contain your shock, but it turns out that Hillary Clinton blatantly lied to the American people about the use and nature of her illegal, personal email server. Simply operating her own server to conduct official business was in all likelihood a direct violation of federal statutes; but sending and receiving classified information using personal servers is another set of crimes entirely.

Several Inspectors General in the Obama administration have reviewed a tiny fraction of the Clinton emails and determined that 10 percent were classified SECRET or higher at the time they were transmitted.

TIME IS RUNNING OUT: Will Schumer and the Democrats Finally Step Up and Defend America?

By James Soviero

Shortly after the November, 2014 Republican landslide we posted an article titled, “Wanted: Gutsy Dems to Rescue Our Constitution”. The piece went on to explain some of the rationale behind what appears an irreconcilable statement. Some excerpts:

“So given the undeniable Republican ascendancy, why would they need gutsy democrats to rescue our Constitution? One, because President Obama’s clinical narcissism will not allow him to admit to either errors in policy or judgement. Two, because this delusional thinking will have him press ahead with his extra-constitutional, “pen and phone”, assault on the “supreme law” of our land. Three, because most GOP leaders, paralyzed by the president’s pigment, will likely duck a serious, principled fight….even if the very health of the Republic is at stake.”

“Sadly, to this point, aside from some lone, outraged conservative voices, the overall reaction to Obama behaving in ways Richard Nixon never dreamt, has been marked by soft commentary from Republicans and complete silence from Democrats. But now, with the dramatic shift in D.C. power, the dynamics have changed and the stakes are much, much higher. The only way for “The One” to get what he wants is to brazenly bypass an overwhelming majority in Congress….that has been duly elected to stop him from advancing his increasingly unpopular and reckless agenda.”

Nine months later, Obama’s attack on our preeminent governing document has only accelerated. While fellow party members may have enjoyed Barack’s rewriting ObamaCare, and changing immigration laws to fit their partisan needs, his handing the Iranian Nuclear Arms Deal to the United Nations before Congress has even read it, is very, very different. It puts Democrats in an extremely tough spot on a two levels.

FreedomWorks: We Refuse to be Silenced by the IRS

By Iris Somberg

In light of recent revelations that the IRS used donor lists to target right-leaning groups for audits and the Government Accountability Office (GAO) stating that targeting of conservatives is still possible, FreedomWorks CEO Adam Brandon commented:

"It is completely unacceptable, and 100 percent illegal, for the IRS to target donors of right-leaning groups for audits. Even after the Lois Lerner scandal, this problem has not been fixed. This has to change now."

Brandon added, "Punishing people for their political views, no matter what they are, is a violation of our most basic freedoms. We will not be intimidated by the IRS or any government agency that wants to silence our beliefs. We stand with our 6.9 million activists in asking for basic protection of our First Amendment rights."

“You were given a choice between war and dishonor, Mr. Obama. You chose dishonor, and you will have war.”

By Sara Noble

The U.N. Security Council endorsed the nuclear deal Monday morning. The statists in the U.N. have been given the power to decide the fate of the nuclear deal with no intervention by the American people thanks to the unilateral president and the Corker bill. The Corker bill allows international law to supersede our Congress and our Constitution.

The negotiations began when the President engaged in secret correspondence with the Ayatollah and his minions. Valerie Jarrett made secret trip(s) to Iran. The Logan Act suggests that this is not within his rights to engage in secret correspondence with the enemy.

The negotiations of the P5+1 were always a sham because they were always between the U.S. and Iran. China and Russia? Russia wants the U.S. to be harassed by Iran and they want to sell arms to the Iranians. China is already preparing for war against the United States with cyber as the first front. The U.K., France, Germany depend on Russia for their oil.

Lawyers involved in the negotiations and an Iranian reporter who sought asylum in the U.K. claimed that the U.S. acted as Iran’s agents throughout the negotiations.

PASS THE POPCORN, NAHANNI: Federal judge warns State Dept. it will “have to answer for” any missing Hillary emails

Our friends at Judicial Watch have been indefatigable advocates for liberty and the pursuit of the Obama administration's many high crimes and misdemeanors (a list that exhausts one simply to read it).

In any event, using tools like Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, JW has been doggedly seeking answers with respect to Hillary Clinton's secret email server. And, as Inspectors General throughout the massive government bureaucracy have publicly stated, the least transparent administration in history is covering up everything germane to the investigation.

Namely, what exactly did Hillary Clinton promise foreign entities, international corporations, and others who were contributing to her family's foundation under the aegis of her official role as Secretary of State?

...a federal judge warned the State Department that it will “have to answer for” any destruction of Hillary Clinton email records. U. S. District Court Judge Rudolph Contreras made the statement at a July 9, 2015 status conference concerning a Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act lawsuit for records about the State Department vetting of then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s potential conflicts of interest (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:15-cv-00688)). The transcript of the July 9 court hearing is available here.

At the hearing, attorney Chris Fedeli pressed Judicial Watch’s concerns about the preservation of records, especially email records that were not part of the 55,000 pages of records turned over by Mrs. Clinton to the State Department late last year.

In response, Judge Contreras said he was also “concerned” about the preservation of these records:

Why I find it hard to give a f***

By Karl Denninger

It's very hard for me to give a **** these days.

In fact, it's becoming nearly impossible.  The reasons are many, with the most-serious being your refusal to give a ****.

You don't give a **** that the entire medical industry rips everyone off to the tune of 200, 300, 400, 500% or more of what virtually everything should cost.  This is why you "need" health insurance.  It is why we "need" Medicare.  The practices of this "industry" in virtually every other line of business would result in the people involved going to prison for decades, yet you tolerate this daily despite the fact that it is the largest cause of bankruptcy in the United States.  You cannot take your car in for an oil change or have the furnace guy come and fix your heating system in your home without being quoted a price before work begins, and were two gas stations to collude on prices the owners of both would be charged with felonies.

You don't give a **** that pharmaceutical companies literally price drugs at a half-million dollars a year -- and if you need it, you'll need it effectively forever.  There are so few people who have that sort of money that this kind of pricing is by definition theft, as the only way to "afford' such a drug is to steal the money from someone else (through legal means or otherwise.)  What's worse is that you let them get away with having most of the development cost of these "wonder drugs" be born through publicly-funded research; it's not even their money at risk (for the most part) when such a new drug is tested, it's yours and mine.  We then wonder why so-called "health insurance" is as expensive as it is and why the stock of firms in that business such as Aetna (NYSE: AET) are up more than 500% since 2009, roughly doubling in the two years since the Obamacare "mandates, er, taxes" kicked in and stock in company that makes the drug in this example (ALXN) is up 1,000% since 2009.  You, on the other hand, will be flirting with bankruptcy (if not rendered penniless, insurance or no) if you get sick.

I’ve Read the Nuclear Deal, Mr. President, and It’s Atrocious

By David Gerstman

Deal rewrites history: Iran committed no violations in the past

In his combative press conference last week to defend the P5+1 nuclear deal with Iran, President Barack Obama issued the following challenge:

So to go back to Congress, I challenge those who are objecting to this agreement, number one, to read the agreement before they comment on it; number two, to explain specifically where it is that they think this agreement does not prevent Iran from getting a nuclear weapon, and why they’re right and people like Ernie Moniz, who is an MIT nuclear physicist and an expert in these issues, is wrong, why the rest of the world is wrong, and then present an alternative.

First off it’s worth noting that Energy Secretary and MIT nuclear physicist Ernest Moniz said back in April that to be effective the deal would have to include “anytime, anywhere,” inspections, so Obama’s explanation about why 24 days notice is now good enough fails to convince me.

I want Moniz to explain why he changed his position on this AND why 24 days is now acceptable. I would like Deputy National Security Adviser Ben Rhodes to explain why he walked back his comments on requiring “anytime, anywhere” inspections.

And I want a more convincing explanation than negotiator Wendy Sherman’s excuse that the term was just a “rhetorical flourish.” (If that was a rhetorical flourish, I’m curious how many other administration comments about the nuclear deal were rhetorical flourishes.)

But in that paragraph, Obama limits the grounds of questioning the deal to whether the language of the deal is insufficient to prevent Iran from achieving a nuclear breakout over the course of the deal.

Here’s where I have problem. Even if the agreement was airtight, and I doubt that it is, there’s a matter of the administration’s behavior during the Joint Plan of Action, which was agreed to in November 2013. The problem is that the Obama administration has acted as “Iran’s attorney” covering for Iran’s violations of the previous agreement.

In a notable episode last month, administration officials attacked The New York Times for reporting that Iran would likely fail to reduce its stockpile of enriched uranium by the June 30 deadline. In the end Iran did reduce its stockpile but not by the method prescribed and not to the form that it was required to.

The nonproliferation think tank, the Institute for Science and International Security, earlier this month, explained why the administration’s behavior in this case was troubling:

THE DEMOCRAT CRIME WAVE: 8,100 Criminal Illegal Aliens Released in 276 "Sanctuary Cities"

By Numbers USA

As more attention is placed on sanctuary cities and how the policy affects those communities, a new report out from the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) shows that thousands of criminal aliens sought by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) have been released by state and local jurisdictions with sanctuary policies.

According to the report, the 276 jurisdictions in 43 states and the District of Columbia (See map here) released 8,145 criminal aliens with detainers from ICE. Of these, 63% had prior criminal histories or were labeled a public safety concern at the time of their release. Nearly 1,900 of the released criminal aliens were arrested fro another crime within the eight month period the study looked at, from January 1, 2014, to August 31, 2014.

The report went on to document that a majority, 63%, of the criminal aliens released from state and local custody had serious prior criminal records with a quarter of them being convicted of a felony.

AND AGAIN: Illegal Alien Accused of Brutal CT Murder Was Spared Deportation by Democrats

How many more crimes -- on top of the thousands of killings, rapes, abductions and child abuse already suffered -- will Americans tolerate before demanding that Democrats and Republican Crony Crapitalists finally seal the border? Surprisingly, CBS News deigns to report:

A Haitian immigrant who was released from prison in January after serving a 17-year prison sentence for attempted murder is back in custody on a murder charge in the death of a Connecticut woman last month.

The Bulletin reports that Jean Jacques's prison file was marked "Detainer: Immigration" and that Connecticut officials say he was released in January to the custody of the U.S. Department of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), but was never deported.

...On Monday, the 40-year-old Jacques was in a Connecticut court to answer to murder and drug charges, stemming from the June 15 stabbing death of Casey Chadwick in Norwich, the city where Jacques lived before he went to prison. The 25-year-old woman's body was found stuffed in a closet.

According to the Bulletin, in January 2014, Connecticut made history by becoming the first state to enact legislation that prohibited law enforcement agencies from holding people simply because they had a civil immigration detainer put on them... The measure was touted as a way to strengthen immigrant families, the newspaper reports, but the law was clear on who was exempt from its protection: Convicted felons and people with a "final order" of deportation from the federal government were chief among them.

Haitian national Jacques fit both categories when he was paroled from prison in January of this year, the Bulletin reported. He had served 17 years in prison for attempted murder, a crime committed in Norwich. But he wasn't deported, or held for deportation.

...And, the ICE spokesman added, a 2001 Supreme Court case required the agency to release him in January -- six months before the brutal stabbing death of Chadwick in her Norwich apartment.

Enough. Enough.

A Promise to Five Men in Chattanooga

By Springer's Blog

Thursday, July 16, five brave men charged with the responsibility of defending this country died because they weren't allowed to defend themselves.

They were murdered by yet another Muslim, Muhammad Yousseff Abdulazeez, in an act of terrorism inspired by the islamic notion of "jihad".

Every man or woman in the United States military, regardless of their location, find themselves today unarmed, in what amounts to a global active combat theater. The idea that they can't be trusted with firearms is simply idiotic. The people who attack them do so for the same reason they murder women and children. They don't have the courage to go near anybody who has the means to defend themselves, and the people whose policies created this situation seem to be okay with it.

People in this country, honorable people, refer to this attack as an act of war. Islamists would like to think of themselves as 'warriors', but they don't know what the word means. Warriors don't go around sneaking up on unarmed people. They give themselves far too much credit. Regardless, our president, who cares about none of that, won't do anything about it. He refuses to acknowledge reality, referring to the attack as a "heartbreaking circumstance". His statement is a masterpiece of cowardice and duplicity, even for him.

If America had a president worthy of the title, these men would not have been attacked in the first place. We would have responded in kind to this violence long ago, and these terrorists would be busy murdering each other back home instead of attacking unarmed people in our streets.

The blood of these men is on Mr. Obama's hands. They weren't the first to die here at home, and they won't be the last.

Mr. Obama doesn't seem to understand any of this. Here's something else he doesn't understand: The only reason we have a Commander-in-Chief in the first place is because he was delegated, by the People, to take care of just this kind of threat. If he chooses to dishonor that responsibility, he merely renders himself irrelevant. The only thing he will dishonor in the end is himself and his office. Millions of brain dead liberals notwithstanding, this is a nation of free men, and if he won't defend America, the rest of us will. That is a promise to these men, and everyone else who died defending this country.

John Boehner’s Reality Distortion Field

By J.D. Winteregg

I ran against Speaker Boehner in the Republican primary in 2014. He spent over $1.5 million attempting to convince the people in Ohio’s 8th district that he was “one of us, fighting for us.” His fighting rhetoric continued through the general election, as he promised us that he would “fight tooth and nail” against President Obama’s executive amnesty orders. Not even a month after he was officially re-elected, he voted for the bloated CRomnibus bill, ensuring the later “battle” to fund the amnesty would be lost.

This is Speaker Boehner’s reality; as a leader in DC, he’s a perpetual loser.

Ever since his he was poised to take over as Speaker, Boehner has immersed himself in a world where his rhetoric doesn’t match his reality. He promised that “not a dime” would go to funding Obamacare, and after the theater of 50+ votes to repeal it (to provide cover for those who wanted to be re-elected), he voted to fund it. After the IRS unfairly targeted conservative and tea party groups, Speaker Boehner boldly stated that someone needed to go to jail over the matter–no one has. Speaker Boehner has caved on raising the debt ceiling with no strings attached, he has attacked good conservative Republicans who don’t want to grant amnesty to illegal immigrants, and he has stated that he absolutely trusts the president. His trust for the President was further demonstrated when he pushed for–and voted–to give the President the ultimate authority to negotiate three secretive economic deals. We’ve all seen how well the President negotiates–5 terrorists for a traitor, and now a signing bonus to Iran that will enable them to develop a nuclear bomb.

Despite this reality, Speaker Boehner continues to claim that he is one of the most conservative people in Congress.

Not only is this unacceptable for a member of the Republican leadership, it’s unacceptable for a Republican representative. This is why I am challenging Speaker Boehner again. He has proven that he is unfit to lead and represent the people of Ohio’s 8th district.

DHS Chief spits on Congress, says he will refuse to obey immigration laws

By Sara Noble

Jeh Johnson warned Congress not to pass any laws to stop sanctuary cities. He also made it clear he won’t use the tools available to him to return criminals from countries who don’t want them back.

It’s not just hardworking men and women crossing the southwest border, but drugs, weapons, victims of human trafficking and people with terrorism ties, as well. The border is not secure and we don’t have a southern border, according to testimony in March of this year by border agent Chris Cabrera.

Jeh Johnson was asked about it on Tuesday and evaded the questions, answering with diversionary responses. Johnson did say he does not want to see nor does he want to enforce any law against sanctuary cities. Nor will he use the powers he has as DHS Chief against countries who refuse to repatriate illegal aliens from their country. He will talk with them instead.

ICE is releasing hardened illegal alien criminals to sanctuary cities, knowing the city won’t cooperate, knowing they don’t honor detainers. Jeh Johnson agreed the practice “doesn’t make sense” and “there should be some discretion built in.” However, he will not support federal law to force sanctuary cities into compliance with federal law.

When asked about municipalities that refuse to cooperate, Johnson said he will “evaluate” and “build in some discrimination.”

Johnson warned Congress against trying to pass laws forcing cooperation from sanctuary cities, saying it could conflict with the Constitution, and it won’t win over the hearts of reluctant communities.

10 Insanely Vicious Crimes Committed By Illegal Immigrants, Most of Which Media Refuse to Report

By Michael Snyder

Yes, illegal immigrants are responsible for lots of crime in this country. In recent years, nearly 1000 illegal immigrants have been convicted of committing sex crimes against children in the state of Texas alone.

And as you will read about below, illegal immigrants have a murder rate that is 3 to 10 times higher than the general population. So anyone that suggests that illegal immigrants don’t commit more crime than the rest of us is simply lying to you.

Unfortunately, even though we could prevent thousands upon thousands of violent crimes by securing our borders, the Obama administration refuses to do so and it has become very politically incorrect to even talk about this. Every single day, American citizens are being murdered and raped by people that should not be in this country and yet nobody is supposed to address this issue. No wonder our nation is in the process of self-destructing. The following are 10 horribly violent crimes that were committed by illegal immigrants…

Every 12 Days Someone is Murdered by an Illegal Alien Criminal Obama Released From Custody

Spotted an important piece at, of all places, the Washington Post, where Marc A. Thiessen simply obliterates the President and his henchmen, who have gutted U.S. immigration law and needlessly endangered thousands of Americans.
It got little notice, but on May 28, Sarah Saldana, director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, admitted in a letter to Sens. Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.) and Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) that between fiscal years 2010 and 2014, the Obama administration had released “121 unique criminal aliens who had an active [deportation] case at the time of release and were subsequently charged with homicide-related offenses.”

Think about that: 121 times over the past four years, the administration has released an illegal immigrant with prior criminal convictions who went on to be charged with murder. That is one every 12 days.
It gets worse.

OH, MAMA: Even far left Washington Post says Hillary’s email claims are naked and obvious lies

“Everything I did was permitted. There was no law. There was no regulation. There was nothing that did not give me the full authority to decide how I was going to communicate. Previous secretaries of state have said they did the same thing…. Everything I did was permitted by law and regulation. I had one device. When I mailed anybody in the government, it would go into the government system.”

      — Former secretary of state Hillary Rodham Clinton, interview with CNN, July 7, 2015

Admitting "it's been a while" since it had investigated the various claims surrounding Hillary Clinton's email server, the Washington Post's Glenn Kessler took a few moments to revisit the issue after Granny Catlady's interview with CNN.

In 2009, just eight months after Clinton became secretary of state, the U.S. Code of federal regulations on handling electronic records was updated: “Agencies that allow employees to send and receive official electronic mail messages using a system not operated by the agency must ensure that Federal records sent or received on such systems are preserved in the appropriate agency record-keeping system.” The responsibility for making and preserving the records is assigned to “the head of each federal agency.”

On top of that, when Clinton was secretary, a cable went out under her signature warning employees to “avoid conducting official Department business from your personal e-mail accounts.”
