VEGAS: Even Odds That Aides Huma Abedin or Chery Mills Removed TOP SECRET Classification Markings (a Felony) from Hillary’s Emails
And we all know where the Clinton "charities" spend their donations (hint: it starts with C, ends with N and has "LINTO" in the middle).
The negative PR has gotten to the point that even Granny Catlady was forced to address the scandal. In a public forum today, Hillary says that she never sent or received material that was marked classified.
Yet, my friends, Top Secret information was discovered among her various illegal email accounts, which makes clear that someone intentionally removed the TS/SI/TK/NOFORN classification markers. These denote "Top Secret, Signals Intelligence, Talent Keyhole, No Foreign Nationals" classified information -- in this case, spy satellite photos.
One State Department official has a theory as to how the classification markers were removed:
OBAMA’S POST-RACIAL AMERICA: Mentor of His Minister Shrieks "White People Deserve to Die" in Latest Sermon
It turns out that Farrakhan has been on one of his verbal jihads of late, this time calling for an ethnic cleansing of white people.
After two weeks of news reports that Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan had called for an army of 10,000 volunteers to kill white people if the government doesn’t give the black community “justice,” Farrakhan is reshaping his message – but only slightly.
In a new video of a three-hour address given Aug. 13, Farrakhan said white people (presumably the news media reporting on his previous comments) reported his controversial comments to provoke a race war when he gathered with his followers at the 20th anniversary of the Million Man March on Oct. 10 in Washington, D.C.
... “I wouldn’t bring our young women and young men into some place to be slaughtered. But that’s what the white man hopes for. That’s why he makes mischief with my words. ‘Farrakhan wanna get an army to kill people,’ because, you see, white people deserve to die. And they know so and they think it’s us coming to do it. No, no, no.”
Farrakhan later said in the video that a God will send a UFO, “a chariot” or “wheel in the sky,” to rescue his followers and carry out justice if a race war began
In other words, Louie has backed away from a call for direct racial cleansing by his army of Islamic warriors and instead wants some aliens to do it.
Say, if memory serves, that appears to be happening as we speak (e.g., "Illegal Aliens Account for Over 30% of All Murders in Some States").

REPRESENTATIVE GOVERNMENT LOST: Huge Majorities of Voters Want an End to Sanctuary Cities, Aggressive Deportations
What, exactly, do voters want the government to do with illegal alien criminals?
President Obama's plan to exempt up to five million illegal immigrants from deportation remains tied up in court, but most voters still don’t think the United States is aggressive enough in deporting those who are here illegally. As for sanctuary cities:
A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 60% of Likely U.S. Voters think the U.S. government is not aggressive enough in deporting those who are in this country illegally...
Following the murder of a young woman in San Francisco by an illegal immigrant from Mexico, voters want to get tough on so-called “sanctuary cities” that refuse to enforce immigration laws.Which could be why Donald Trump's immigration rants have struck such a chord. And why pro-illegal immigration candidates like Jeb Bush and John Kasich are dead candidates walking.
Sixty-two percent (62%) of Likely U.S. Voters think the U.S. Justice Department should take legal action against cities that provide sanctuary for illegal immigrants. The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just 26% oppose Justice Department action against sanctuary cities.

QOTD: "Imagine this: Amidst a close election, a partisan government lawyer with questionable authority investigates a conservative nonprofit supporting a political candidate. The government theorizes the candidate and organization are communicating too much—”coordinating” in legal parlance. A court eventually exonerates the group finding the government’s theory onerous. But it does so only after a years-long investigation that clouds the group’s operations, impedes its fundraising efforts, and ultimately negates its ability to influence voters during the election.
The above scenario indeed happened. But it was not, as the reader may suspect, the recently terminated ‘John Doe‘ investigation, which targeted Wisconsin Club for Growth–as well as other organizations–for supporting Scott Walker during his recall election. The nonprofit was the Christian Coalition, [the year was 1996,] the candidate was George H. W. Bush, and the government lawyer was then-Federal Election Commission enforcement chief Lois Lerner." --Paul Jossey

SURPRISE: The Schmucks Running Hillary Clinton’s Email Server Had No Security Clearances
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton entrusted her email server to an IT firm that was not cleared to handle classified materials, according to the chief spokesman for the Defense Security Service.
The DSS is an arm of the Defense Department and is the only federal agency authorized to approve private sector company access to sensitive or confidential material. The agency reviews and approves private contractors to assure they have secure facilities and approves security clearances for employees to clear them for access to sensitive or classified materials.
Since 2013, Clinton used Platte River Networks, a small Denver-based company, to upgrade and maintain her private email server at her home in Chappaqua, New York.
About 13,000 companies have received FCL or facility-wide clearance. But Platte River is not one of them.
I’M WARNING DEMOCRATS HERE AND NOW: Putting Obama Over Country Is Treason
“I think it's a bad deal and I've said so for several weeks now. I think we need to put country ahead of party,” Senator Jim Webb said. "It troubles me when I see all this debate about whether this is disloyalty to the president or the Democratic Party.”
Webb is a Democrat and he joins a number of other Democrats in criticizing a bad deal that even Obama admitted will allow Iran to get nuclear weapons after a number of years.
Obama and his cronies have pursued an extraordinary campaign of vilification against Republicans and Democrats who dared to question the deal that will allow Iran to upgrade its nuclear program and obtain ICBM missiles, that will fund its terrorist activities around the world and even lift sanctions on terrorists like Anis Naccache, who engaged in nuclear proliferation, over European protests.
The apocalyptic rhetoric out of the White House is meant to shut down the debate. Threats of war and accusations of treason are not the language of an administration that is confident in its own arguments.

IF I WERE TREY GOWDY...
Ladies and gentlemen of the press:
I'm about to lose my job as the chairman of the House Select Investivative Committee on Benghazi. I'm about to lose my office in the Capitol Building and get relegated to Melvin's office in the basement. I'm about to be ridiculed on ABC, CBS, NBC and the pages of Politico.
I can predict this with absolute certainty because I'm about to reveal the dirty, ugly secret of Washington: if you disturb the status quo, whether you are a Democrat or a Republican, you will be crushed.
The elites in DC -- I call them the Beltway One Percenters -- don't give a flying monkey poop what the people think. Representative government has become corporatist government. And that goes for Democrats and Republicans alike.
Ever wonder why Hillary Clinton's long history of felonious malfeasance (an easy prosecution, I can assure you) hasn't led to criminal charges?
Easy answer: Democrats and Republicans alike are protecting her, because public sector unions, corporate cronies, and other rentseekers carry far more influence than do the people.
Term limits be damned: my suggestion is even simpler. A full term in the House should be three months; and nine months in the Senate. It would cut down on the election cycles, on the fundraising, and -- most importantly -- recidivism. The Internet has empowered voters with more information than the Framers could ever imagine. Faster election cycles for our representatives, I'm now convinced, would tilt the balance of power back to the people.
Plus, it would distract members of Congress from legislating on all but the most urgent of matters. It would get them out of our undershorts, like legislating on our toilet paper and lightbulbs.
Every member of Congress needs to be looking over their shoulder for the voter, every day. And the special interests would be hard-pressed to get priority over the interests of the electorate.
That's why a Senator like Ted Cruz is so popular. He dares to speak truth to the Beltway Elite.
So think about it. Let me know your thoughts in the comments.
Sincerely, Trey Gowdy, soon to be writing to you from the House Basement.
WELL, AT LEAST THE DHS FINALLY STARTED PROFILING: Problem is, they’re only targeting conservatives
It all started in August 2014 when O’Keefe donned green fatigues and an Osama bin Laden costume and sneaked across the U.S. border to Mexico and then back into Texas, a stunt cited by Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) during congressional hearings. His point, O’Keefe said in an interview Wednesday, was to “show that our elected officials were lying to the American people” by saying the border is secure.
But he may have messed with the wrong bureaucrats, since the powerful DHS — the third-largest Cabinet department — controls border security. Ever since, O’Keefe says, he has been stopped and questioned at length by U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers each of the five times he has tried to reenter the United States. The questions, he says have been overly intrusive, covering everything from his business operations and what his next investigative project will be to his political views.
“It is our contention that this is retaliation for our journalism along the Mexican border,” O’Keefe said. “It’s troubling that they are doing this to a citizen reporter. … These questions have nothing to do with national security or border issues or smuggling narcotics into the country. They are questions that they would never ask a Washington Post reporter, that they would never ask NBC News"...
In other words, DHS is profiling investigative journalists, but not those who actually penetrate America's porous southern borders with intent to smuggle drugs, or humans, or weapons, or actual weapons of mass destruction.
Here's a thought experiment for even the most dimwitted of drones.
Imagine James O'Keefe had brandished a 33-round magazine like NBC's dimwitted hairpiece known as David Gregory did on national televsion.
Do you think he'd avoid prosecution as Gregory did? </Rhetorical>

Federal Judge Orders State Department to Report on Status of Hillary Email Server by... Friday
...Judge Emmet Sullivan today ordered the State Department to file by noon, Friday information about what it is doing to search Hillary Clinton’s email server now in the custody of the Justice Department and FBI. The court also reiterated its directive that the State Department disclose additional information about where government records may reside. The order is the result of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit that seeks records about the controversial employment status of Huma Abedin, Clinton’s former deputy chief of staff (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:13-cv-01363)). The lawsuit was reopened because of revelations about Hillary Clinton’s email records...I hope you're sitting down to hear this bit of breaking news: Hillary Clinton hasn't been fully forthcoming in answering questions about her secret email server and the reasons for its mysterious degaussed hard drive....Late last night, the State Department filed correspondence in response to another order by Judge Sullivan requiring the State Department to report on his directive to take steps to ensure that Mrs. Clinton, Ms. Abedin, and Clinton aide Cheryl Mills did not destroy government records. The filing included a letter from Hillary Clinton’s lawyer David Kendall that read in part:
[W]e have voluntarily provided to the Department of Justice on August 6, 2015, the .pst file containing electronic copies of the 55,000 pages of emails on a thumb drive (along with two copies), which had been securely stored in my possession, after receiving from the Department of Justice an assurance that it would maintain this file in an appropriately secure manner and the Department’s opinion that such maintenance would satisfy any preservation obligations I am under. Similarly, Platte River Networks is today providing to the Department of Justice the server and related equipment on which emails to and from Secretary Clinton’s clintonemail.com were stored from 2009 to 2013 and which PRN took possession of in 2013. This is following the Department of Justice’s assurances to us and counsel for PRN that it would maintain the server equipment in an appropriately secure manner. The Department also gave counsel its opinion that such maintenance would satisfy any preservation obligations we have.
“This latest order shows the courts are expecting quick action on Mrs. Clinton’s email system and that the Justice Department won’t be able to bury her emails,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “And her lawyer’s letter in response to the court’s orders shows Mrs. Clinton continues to withhold material information from the court. It also looks as if Mrs. Clinton is still withholding emails from the FBI and Justice Department.”

YOU KNOW THE NEW YORK TIMES IS ECSTATIC: Mark Levin's PLUNDER AND DECEIT Debuts at #1 in Non-Fiction
Mark R. Levin’s PLUNDER AND DECEIT will debut at #1 on the August 23, 2015 New York Times Hardcover Non-Fiction Bestsellers list. Published on August 4, 2015, this is Levin’s fourth consecutive #1 New York Times bestseller.
With PLUNDER AND DECEIT, Levin has struck a chord with readers through his message that a ubiquitous federal government is threatening the liberty and prosperity of the citizenry, and in particular younger people, which Levin describes as the rising generation. As is his hallmark, through his exemplary scholarship – in which he draws from history, philosophy, and evidence -- Levin powerfully analyzes significant issues threatening the well-being of the rising generation and future generations. In each chapter, Levin uniquely and thoroughly exposes the calamitous consequences of governmental policies, as he deconstructs one disastrous federal policy after another -- from the massive federal debt, out-of-control entitlements, the failing educational system, to open-ended immigration, job-killing minimum wage laws, anti-capitalist environmental regulations, and usurpations of the constitutional system. In the end, Levin calls for a new civil rights movement in which the rising generation stirs itself to act in its own defense and against the exploitation of statists, big government, and their devastating public policies.
Mark R. Levin, nationally syndicated talk-radio host and president of Landmark Legal Foundation, is the author of Liberty and Tyranny, the 38-week New York Times bestseller that spent three months at #1 and sold more than one million copies; and the #1 New York Times bestsellers The Liberty Amendments and Ameritopia [Ed: Graphic Novel Version Here]. His books Men in Black and Rescuing Sprite were also New York Times and national bestsellers. He has worked as an attorney in the private sector and as a top adviser to several members of President Reagan’s cabinet. He holds a B.A. from Temple University, where he graduate magna cum laude and Phil Beta Kappa, and a J.D. from Temple University School of Law School.
