MARCO RUBIO: Young, Stupid Americans Simply Incapable of Competing With Foreigners for Tech Jobs

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) told a nationwide audience in Wednesday’s CNBC Republican presidential debate that companies are importing foreign graduates because American college grads just can’t do the work.

The claim came when CNBC’s John Hardwood asked Rubio if he was undercutting American professionals by supporting a bill to let companies import more foreign temporary H-1B “guest workers” for white-collar jobs. Rubio evaded the question by blaming Americans’ supposed lack of skills.

"We need to get back to training people in this country to do the jobs of the 21st century… The best way to close this gap is to modernize higher education so Americans have the skills for those jobs,” Rubio claimed. The “ideal scenario is to train Americans to do the work, so we don’t have to rely on people from abroad,” Rubio declared.

According to labor experts and U.S. census data, foreign workers are often used to replace employed American workers, and the U.S. labor market is now flooded with under-employed Americans hoping to pay off their college debts and earn a decent wage.

“It’s ironic that Rubio would basically blame American workers for not being skilled and trained [even though] American workers in his own state, who have the skills and were doing their job, were replaced by H-1B workers, who had less skills,” Howard University professor Ron Hira told Breitbart News.

COMFORTING: Obama Assures Americans He’s Really Not "Out to Take Everyone’s Guns Away"

“Please do not believe this notion that I’m out to take everyone’s guns away,” Barack Obama pleaded in his Tuesday speech before the International Association of Chiefs of Police Annual Conference in Chicago (watch here).

“Nobody is doing that. We’re talking about common sense measures to make sure criminals don’t get them.”

Actually, plenty of people are doing that, from increasing calls to repeal the Second Amendment to Hillary Clinton asserting the Supreme Court got it wrong when it ruled 2A an individual right, to Hillary and Obama himself entertaining Australian-style “gun control,” which entailed gun bans and government collection of firearms. That’s what “progressives” mean by “common sense measures.”

Next we need to look at who Obama was talking to. The globalist IACP is on record opposing citizen ownership of militia-suitable ammunition, firearms and body armor. They oppose efforts to roll back restrictions on the right to bear arms. They’re for enforcing existing Intolerable Acts, a “no guns” list, waiting periods, and ending private sales. And those are just the cards they’ve shown. For now.

It’s fitting the group met in Chicago, home of Police Superintendent Garry McCarthy, a monopoly of violence fanatic who has condemned gun owners for being politically active, and told them he’s training his guys to shoot first and ask questions later when encountering armed citizens. Bearing in mind that with “progressives,” every day is Opposite Day, we can see how that would be championed as a “common sense gun safety measure.”

The Death of Central Banking in One Chart

Perhaps "The Japanification of Monetary Policy" would have been a more appropriate title... "well it didn't work for them, so we should all try more of it" appears to be the repost of policy-makers worldwide which, inevitably, will lead to the total collapse of their credibility (and the every 'faith' of the world's investors shattered).

The most dangerous misconception about our criminal justice system

Earlier this week, Heather Mac Donald testified on criminal justice and the deincarceration movement before the Senate Judiciary Committee.

"The most dangerous misconception about our criminal justice system is that it is pervaded by racial bias"

Today I want to examine the broader political context of the Sentencing Reform and Corrections Act. We are in the midst of a national movement for deincarceration and decriminalization. That movement rests on the following narrative: America’s criminal justice system, it is said, has become irrationally draconian, ushering in an era of so-called “mass incarceration.” The driving force behind “mass incarceration,” the story goes, is a misconceived war on drugs. As President Barack Obama said in July in Philadelphia: “The real reason our prison population is so high” is that we have “locked up more and more nonviolent drug offenders than ever before, for longer than ever before.” In popular understanding, prisons and jails are filled with harmless pot smokers.

The most poisonous claim in the dominant narrative is that our criminal justice system is a product and a source of racial inequity. The drug war in particular is said to be infected by racial bias. “Mass incarceration” is allegedly destroying black communities by taking fathers away from their families and imposing crippling criminal records on released convicts. Finally, prison is condemned as a huge waste of resources.

Nothing in this dominant narrative is true.

Good Riddance To Johnny Lawnchair: The Fastest Fold On The Potomac

There are few political hacks in Washington more deserving of everlasting ignominy than retiring speaker John Boehner. So here’s a vehement good riddance to the man who has single-handedly destroyed whatever pathetic semblance of fiscal responsibility that remained in Washington.

The so-called bipartisan budget deal he confected as a parting gesture doesn’t even deserve to be called a farce. It’s actually just an extension of Washington’s pathological lying to the American public about the monumental fiscal calamity now brewing.

The chart below shows the patented formula—– employed for the second time since the sequester mechanism was put in place during the debt ceiling crisis of 2011.

It will increase spending by $85 billion in the here and now by busting the FY 2016 and 2017 caps. This new red ink will then, purportedly, be off-set way down the road with gimmicks, imaginary IRS audit revenues and hazy disability benefit reforms which will never materialize. Never.

Indeed, these people are beyond shame.

HILLARY LETS IT SLIP: If Elected President, She Will Indeed Try to Confiscate Your Guns

As Hillary Clinton floundered on the witness stand last week, despite withering help from her Democrat apologists who dutifully fell in line and insisted that she can do no wrong, her speech last Friday on the subject of private ownership of guns by American citizens has gone largely unreported.

Last Friday, Clinton, in a rare moment of honesty, advocated for the forced confiscation of privately, legally-owned guns from otherwise innocent American citizens.

She extolled the virtue of the “Australian Model,” which in 1996 was a universal gun “buy-back” program. She went on to say that such a system “would be worth considering (in America) on a national level.”

Clinton Foundation Must Restate All Tax Filings by 11/16; Were AIDS Drugs Used to Launder Money?

It's not only the FBI -- which is investigating her mishandling of classified files -- that has Hillary Clinton worried. The Clinton Foundation's financial skulduggery is also set to return to the spotlight. Ken Silverstein has the very interesting tale.

The Clinton Foundation has until November 16 to amend more than ten years’ worth of state, federal and foreign filings, but it’s going to be virtually impossible to do so without acknowledging that it has engaged in massive accounting fraud since its inception

...the [Clinton] foundation portrays itself as do-gooder nonprofit organization but a cursory look reveals questionable and incomplete disclosures of its activities and accounts, as well as incredible misspending of donor money, virtually since its inception...

...the problems appear set to catch up with the foundation (now formally known as the Bill, Hillary, & Chelsea Clinton Foundation), which has until November 16 to amend more than ten years’ worth of state, federal and foreign filings. According to Charles Ortel, a financial whistleblower, it will be difficult if not impossible for the foundation to amend its financial returns without acknowledging accounting fraud and admitting that it generated substantial private gain for directors, insiders and Clinton cronies, all of which is against the law under an IRS rule called inurement.

While inurement may sound obscure to the layman, it’s an ancient legal principle and the IRS is very clear that it is verboten. If you are familiar with it, it becomes immediately clear that Bill Clinton – and arguably Hillary and daughter Chelsea as family members and fellow Clinton Foundation trustees – could have big problems come November 16. So, too, could Clinton cronies like Ira Magaziner (see below) and Doug Band, a Clinton administration and former Foundation insider who subsequently became a founding partner of a bipartisan business swamp called Teneo Holdings...

...“It’s illegal to set up a foundation whose primary purpose is to create financial gain,” said Ortel – who helped expose massive financial fraud by GE, GM and AIG, thereby helping trigger the 2009 financial collapse...

God, Obama and Post-Constitutional America

"Nam homo proponit, sed Deus disponit," wrote the medieval cleric Thomas a Kempis. "For man proposes, but God disposes."

The observation that human intent, however well conceived and deftly pursued, is commonly frustrated, does not require the invoking of God. One can, for example, comprehend the frustrating agent as fate, fortune or simply the exigencies of worldly existence.

But the founders of our republic considered the particular circumstance of people’s aspirations and intent being frustrated by the heavy hand of government, and in addressing this phenomenon they clearly attached importance to invoking God.

In the Declaration of Independence, they assert, of course, "that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness." They further assert that the proper role of government, indeed the raison d'etre of government, is to secure these God-given rights.

All the signers of the Declaration were Christian, but they did not all comprehend God in the same way. Nor were the distinctions simply a reflection of sectarian theological differences. Some, including Thomas Jefferson, the principal author of the Declaration, were sympathetic to Enlightenment-inspired deism, belief in a creator who does not directly intervene in the world but established it with rationally comprehensible natural and moral laws. He was critical, for example, of elements of the Gospels that he believed did not meet the test of reason.

SHOCKER: Boehner, McConnell and Obama package another two-year budget blowout and debt limit increase

What's another few trillion among friends, especially when the bills will be due in a decade or two?

John Boehner, Mitch McConnell, and Barack Obama have crafted yet another out-of-order budget deal in secret. Par for the course with this egregious crew, members of Congress and the American public were not consulted.

Their "deal" would increase the debt limit for another two years, adding another trillion dollars to our kids' bill, increase spending by $80 billion, and yields the hilarious promise of "entitlement reform" at some point in the future. That last bit is supposed to make you believe that all of these insane IOUs will be paid for, eh, later.

Last week, the House Republican Study Committee offered a serious plan that was -- you guessed it -- completely ignored by the Beltway Cartel.

THE NFL MUST BE VERY PROUD: The Houston Texans’ Uday Aboushi Publicly Supports Terror Attacks on Israel

NFL football player Oday Aboushi arrived in South Florida this weekend to play against the Miami Dolphins, this time in the uniform of the Houston Texans, as the team he previously played for, the New York Jets, waived him in the offseason. And while the team he plays for may have changed, his actions as an anti-Israel Muslim extremist remain fully intact.

Normally, Sunday is game time for National Football League (NFL) players, but since the Texans’ Week 5 game against the Indianapolis Colts was played on Thursday, October 8th, the upcoming Sunday was an open date. Oday Aboushi, Offensive Lineman for the Texans, used the opening to take to Twitter. What he tweeted would soon become a matter of huge controversy.

On Sunday, October 11th, Aboushi retweeted a tweet that was made the same day by a personal friend of his, Linda Sarsour, the Executive Director of the Arab-American Association of New York. It was a photo of a Palestinian toddler holding a good-sized rock in each hand, walking towards Israeli soldiers. The message Sarsour wrote above the picture, which Aboushi also tweeted, was “The definition of courage. Palestine.”

Sarsour’s post drew the ire of Democrat Councilman of Queens, New York, Rory Lancman. Lancman answered Sarsour’s tweet with one of his own, writing “No, the definition of barbarism.” He then sent a message addressed directly to Sarsour, stating “You must be especially proud of the 13-yr-old Palestinian who stabbed the 13-yr-old Israeli. Barbarism,” and Lancman added a link to the story.

One of the many rehearsed lies Hillary Clinton recited during her testimony last week was particularly galling.

"The State Department has historically and certainly before this terrible incident not had the amount of money that we thought would be necessary to do what was required to protect everyone. So, of course, there had to be priorities."

Of course, Clinton's very own State Department refuted that assertion three years ago.

But during a hearing October 10, 2013 Rep. Rohrabacher (R-CA) asked State Dept.’s Charlene Lamb “Was there any budget consideration and lack of budget which led you not to increase the number of people in the security force there?” Lamb responded “No, sir.”

In fact, the State Department only carries a skeleton staff of roughly 70,000 freaking employees, so it's certain Ambassador Chris Stevens' 600 or so requests for a few bodyguards simply couldn't be accommodated.

Oh, yes. And under Ms. Clinton's watch, the State Department "misplaced" a mere $6 billion, so I can understand their budget shortfalls.

These people are the lowest of the low.

In full meltdown mode, ¡Jeb! goes running back to Nana and Papa for help with donors

The ¡Yeb! campaign is in full meltdown mode, which means -- you guessed it -- the Jebster has gone running back to Nanny and Poppy.

This closed-door summit for Jeb Bush’s richest donors was meant to be a pep rally, a reunion for loyalists eager to celebrate the family legacy with two former presidents... But as George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush draw supporters together under gray skies and unrelenting rains, the gathering has become a rescue operation for a candidate who looks unable to meet the expectations of the family brand...

...But behind closed doors, many donors also voiced concerns about the direction of the campaign. “Having 41 around helps take the edge off, but we all read the same newspapers and look at the same polls and it’s tough right now. There are a lot of people we thought would have written checks who aren’t on board yet..."

...Many of these dedicated Bush supporters are no longer denying that the guest of honor is unable to connect with a GOP electorate that has become increasingly fractured and stridently ideological since — and in reaction to — his brother’s presidency. And increasingly, donors say, they are no longer certain the Bush family can pull Jeb’s campaign out of its downward spiral.

Speaking of which, is there a better endorsement for Ted Cruz than George W. Bush's disparaging remarks regarding the brilliant Senator from Texas? Here's a guy who won't utter a peep regarding Barack Obama's ongoing scandals, his "pen and a phone" Constitutional Convention, his arson in the Middle East, and a simultaneous economic obliteration of the Middle Class -- but a guy who stands up and fights? Now, that can't be tolerated:

LEST WE FORGET: The Clintons’ Chinagate Crimes, the Worst Scandal in American History

The “Chinagate” fundraising scandal plagued the 1996 Bill Clinton-Al Gore campaign and Hillary was very much involved. Chinagate aka Commercegate is the most serious scandal in U.S. history. It involves the transfer of America’s most sensitive technology, including but not limited to nuclear missile and satellite technology, apparently in exchange for millions of dollars in contributions to the 1996 Clinton-Gore re-election effort and the Democratic National Committee.

The Chinagate scandal of 1996 ended up in an award of $900,000 in attorney’s fees and costs to Judicial Watch ten years later.

The scandal was an apparent scheme by the Clinton administration to sell seats on taxpayer-funded trade missions in exchange for campaign contributions to the 1996 Clinton-Gore campaign.

Judicial Watch began an investigation and Clinton administration officials deliberately concealed and destroyed records regarding the trade mission and testimony was falsified.

Nolanda Hill, a business partner and confidante of the Clinton then-Commerce Secretary Ron Brown testified in a court hearing during the litigation that the Clinton White House told Brown to “delay the [Judicial Watch] case by withholding the production of documents prior to the 1996 elections and to devise a way not to comply with the court’s orders.”

She also testified that Brown, who died in a plane crash during a trade mission to Bosnia, told her that Hillary conceived of the scheme to sell trade mission seats. Brown complained of being “Hillary’s blankety-blank tour guide.”

THE REAL BENGHAZI STORY: "They know we are sending guns to Syria... Everyone knows"

A recently-released and heavily redacted copy of a Sept. 12, 2012, Defense Intelligence Agency memo to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta, the White House National Security Council and the Joint Chiefs of Staff said "the attack was planned 10 or more days prior on approximately 01 September 2012. The intention was to attack the consulate and to kill as many Americans as possible to seek revenge for U.S. killing of Aboyahiye ((ALALIBY)) in Pakistan and in memorial of the 11 September 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center buildings."

According to the memo, the attack "was planned and executed by the Brigades of the Captive Omar Abdul Rahman (BCOAR). BCOAR is also responsible for past attacks on the Red Cross in Benghazi and the attack on the British Ambassador, they have approximately 120 members." Rahman is serving a life sentence in a federal prison for his role in the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center which killed six people in New York.

The leader of al-Qaeda in Libya and alleged mastermind of the attack on the US consulate and CIA Annex in Benghazi on September 11, 2012, Abd al-Baset Azzouz, was arrested in Turkey on November 13, 2014 by Turkish National Police in the city of Yalova, acting on intelligence supplied by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and Turkey's National Intelligence Directorate (MİT). On November 24, 2014, Azzouz was deported to Jordan before being transferred to the United States, where it is believed he is currently being held.
