Does this strike anyone else as odd?

 
So I get a text-message from my wife yesterday -- during a heavy rain -- that reads:

      i need new tires!!! i am hydroplaning!

Hmmm. Let me think about this for a moment. Something -- I can't quite put my finger on it -- strikes me as odd about that message.
