In October, C&D spotlighted high tech cars that get great gas mileage. From the Volt, to the Insight, to the Clarity, a lot of cutting-edge technology is described.
With Democrats in power, I'm guessing we'll need them. Pelosi and Reid will try to keep the 'No Zone' off limits to oil exploration, for example.
What the hell, it only represents 120+ billion barrels of oil, an economic resurgence and potential independence from Middle East energy.
