SMS Phishing Scam: Coming Soon to a Cell Phone Near You

M writes:

Some of my family members and I received text messages today on our cell phones that suggested that our Bank of America account / credit card had some “unsolicited activity”. The message further asked me to call an 800-number immediately.

Out of curiosity, I called the number which answered with an IVR system that instructed me to enter my credit card number, the expiration date and my PIN number. For the record, I don’t have a Bank of America sponsored credit card -- obviously a scam.

Just wanted to give you a heads-up on yet another scam that is circulating.

Can anyone recommend the best Remote Management program for a small IT service company like mine? Does anyone use Kaseya.com or GFI.com? How do they compare to these guys I found recently: N-able N-central service management
? What is your best take in cost vs performance among those three? I need a good advice please... Thanks in advance!
