By Melissa Quinn and Kelsey Harris

Thousands of fast-food workers across 150 cities nationwide gathered today to call for a $15-an-hour minimum wage.

However, a report released today by James Sherk, senior policy analyst in labor economics at The Heritage Foundation, found that fast-food restaurants would have to boost their prices 38 percent to make up for the increased labor costs.

I've noticed more than a few big name fast food outlets closing in the Seattle area for no apparent reason. The food was fast, hot and of good quality but when I asked the surviving competitor why, I was told "they didn't have enough customers".
Obama has left the economy in shambles, and the money being printed is ending up on wall street. He's gutting the Country like it was a frog on DD.

  2. $15 an hour for a fast food worker is BULLSHIT! Ya know what I do? I work in a funeral home. I pick up dead bodies and drive them to the medical examiner, and the crematory. I don't make $15 an hour! You want to whine about low pay for burger flipping? Try picking up a guy who has been dead in his house for three weeks in the Arizona heat! Crybaby motherfuckers!

    1. Could be worse. You could work in a rendering plant. The Amish dont even call the dead haul truck for a couple days at least.
