TRUMP AND ISRAEL: What a Difference a Day Makes

By Dan From New York

Even before he’s been inaugurated, President-Elect Trump is already showing us what it's like to have a pro-Israel Commander-In-Chief.

Feels great after eight years of a crypto-Jihadist at the helm, doesn't it? Eat your hearts out George Soros, J Street, Alan Dershowitz, Arthur ("Putz") Sulzberger, and Reform “Rabbi” Rick Jacobs. Along with the rest of the “progressive” cretins who publicly supported Crooked Hillary.

You’ve been soundly thrashed by We The People. Now suck it up. Stop with the childish temper tantrums. In case you haven’t noticed, there’s a new sheriff in town. Oh, and did you notice that his badge looks like the Star of David?

1. Haaretz: The Palestinian ambassador to the US, Riyad Mansour, vowed the Palestinians “would ‘make life miserable’ for the United States” if Donald Trump moves the US embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.

2. Aides to President-elect Donald Trump reportedly warned outgoing President Barack Obama against 11th hour ‘new adventures’ on [the] Palestinian issue or other major foreign policy moves. The Times of Israel picked up on Politico‘s scoop.

Trump, for one, has made it very clear he will support Israel and its preferences. A post-election statement by Trump’s advisers on Israel said, “A two-state solution between Israel and the Palestinians appears impossible as long as the Palestinians are unwilling to renounce violence against Israel or recognize Israel’s right to exist as a Jewish state.”

[Editor's remark: I wonder how the far left J Street liberals like Alan Dershowitz will find ways to oppose President Trump's unabashedly pro-Israel stance? Not to worry: I'm sure they'll find a way.]

  1. Dershowitz is a lefty (though an honorable, free speech lefty in the old tradition), but he is not anti-Israel, and opposes the divestment movement.

  2. Lawrence, with that said, AD's unabashed support for Obama is tacit approval of BDS, JStreet, etc.
