  1. The travel ban was described as a delay of a few months to allow development and application of new vetting requirements for some high-risk countries. It was supposed to be a prudent, immediate, temporary action.

    I is now a few months later. Has the government developed and installed these new vetting requirments? This would make the ban irrelevent. It is the vetting which is important and more permanent, not the ban.
