When a police state starts building giant hospitals every few days, one can be sure that the true impact of the Coronavirus outbreak is still unclear. Let me throw this out there: the reported numbers are false. How can I be sure? Read on, friends.

Keep a little perspective. Regular flu season, just in the US has already killed up to 25,000 people.
ReplyDeletehttps://www.cdc.gov/flu/about/burden/preliminary-in-season-estimates.htm
While this could turn into a pandemic, it will likely remain in China for the most part.
Ned, check this out. Not like any flu I've ever seen. WTH is going on there?
ReplyDeleteNed, 46 years in Healthcare here. I have been in the birthplace of both AIDS and Ebola.
ReplyDeleteTHIS IS NOT A COMMON FLU BUG!
That "rocket engine" truck spraying Lysol is similar to a Cold War-era Soviet truck that used a small jet engine to spray decontamination chemicals over Soviet aircraft that had flown through a chem- or bio-contaminated area. The combination of jet engine heat plus the chemical mix supposedly cleaned off the airplanes, or at least minimized the contamination enough so the planes could be re-armed and re-launched.
ReplyDeleteSo it's interesting they're using this approach in public spaces. They must be desperate.
