25 Interesting Sites - Ranked and Described

I had a list of sites saved for adding to the sidebar or some such. I asked one of the AI engines to rank the list for "credibility", add descriptions, and then turn the result into HTML for this post. Oh, and the domain names needed to be bolded and clickable hyperlinks. And, when clicked, each link should open a new browser tab. Finally, it must put the 'Top 25' list in reverse order. Let's see what happened:

  1. rmx.news - Too new to evaluate influence or perception yet.
  2. tldavis.substack.com - Newer Substack aggregator site lacks following, influence or reputation yet to evaluate well.
  3. robertbryce.substack.com - Specialized energy analysis on Substack from expert but lacks broad name recognition or influence.
  4. thefreebeacon.com - Center-right DC/politico outlet but perception as agenda-driven limits broader influence or reputation.
  5. public.substack.com - Well written environmental analysis from Michael Shellenberger on Substack but limited profile.
  6. racket.news - Anti-establishment media critiques from Matt Taibbi on Substack have profile but limited influence.
  7. dailyclout.io - New niche Substack site offers distinct perspective but building profile.

Not bad. I would have expected the AI to give more biased (left-leaning) descriptions for some of the sites. It would be fun to try a list of what most people would consider to be far-left and far-right sites to see how skewed the descriptions are.

Responsible statecraft sounds like the training ground for the 7th floor kiddy center at State. It has all of the authority of Boeings account CEO discussing the failures of Boeing while praising its emphasis on diversity. The same blindness and cluessness is evident here.

Of course, anyone speaking the truth about something "lacks name recognition" because their sites are being repressed. Heres one more .. "Simplicius The Thinker" -- Substack and Twitter. This is probably a consortium of experts from Russia and Eastern Europe whose understanding and technical expertise and unbiased analysis of the Russo Ukraine war DWARFS every other source. And by that I mean it dwarfs all other sources in a dwarfing that out-dwarfs all previous dwarfings.

Im saying this in a jocular way, but Im actually very serious. You have to compare it to the pathologically infantile rubbish put out by 99% of the pro Ukraine sites to believe it

Tablemag.Com is NOT Left-leaning! More Center-right if I had to label it.
Essential articles, and excellent daily newsletter, The Scroll!
