RE: "Tesla profit slumps amid lower EV sales, AI spending surge" - Srinivas Mazumdaru, it read like one of the many other "gloom-and-doom" articles aimed at Elon Musk's Tesla. In fact, when one looks at the industry as a whole there are only two companies who are dependably profitable in the EV Vehicle industry: Tesla and China's State-controlled EV Industry.
Also, when one considers that the Big Three have already written off or lost tens of billions invested in EV (Ford = $32B, GM = at least $6B, Stellantis = $3.4B) Tesla still looks pretty good. (And, of course, China will always look good until they decide to dominate another industry ;-)
