That said, English language periodical Russia Today ain't happy:
The US National Reconnaissance Office launched a top-secret surveillance satellite into space Thursday evening, and the official emblem for the spy agency’s latest mission is, well, certainly accurate, to say the least.
The Office of the Director of National Intelligence live-tweeted Thursday’s launch from Vandenberg Air Force Base in California, and throughout the course of the ordeal made no effort to ignore the logo for the NROL-39 mission... The latest spy satellite to be sent into orbit by the NRO can be recognized by its seal: a malevolent octopus with furrowed brows that also happens to be wrapping its tentacles around all corners of the Earth...
Ready for launch? An Atlas 5 will blast off at just past 11PM, PST carrying an classified NRO payload (also cubesats) pic.twitter.com/ll7s0nCOPg

...For half a year now, leaked NSA documents have let the world learn that the US monitors the phone habits of not just Americans, but also foreigners sitting atop the governments of allied nations.
...That being said, you’d think ODNI would reconsider launching a new spy satellite. Or maybe even not put an octopus strangling the Earth on the outside.
Advice to @ODNIgov: You may want to downplay the massive dragnet spying thing right now. This logo isn't helping. pic.twitter.com/ws2sW01UtJ

If the ACLU protected Second Amendment rights as diligently as they pretend to protect First Amendment rights, they might have a modicum of credibility left.

The worst aspect of this? It looks suspiciously similar to antisemitic propaganda of the early 20th century suggesting that the Joooos are taking over and strangling the world. Who, I wonder, came up with this? Too bad nobody in this administration will get fired or even a reprimand. I thought it was a spoof, but a very tasteless one.
As with everything liberal, it is not the thing that is said or the cause that is supported, but the agenda that is advanced in doing so that is the motivation for the action.
Where they are silent tells us far more about what they want when they speak up than what little they say. For example, why object to this logo but not to what Martin Brashir said about Sarah Palin?
Liberal (er, "progressive") organizations like the ACLU support the Constitution only as it is useful to advance the entrenchment of the liberal agenda.
As unfortunate as it may be, I do not feel the same about RT as Doug apparently. Before she left for Yahoo! (cha-ching), Lauren Lyster was providing some of the best economic policy analysis anywhere, courtesy of RT. If Austrian economics is subversive, is that Russia's fault?
This is another in-your-face move by the Obama maladministration. They're so confident they will prevail that they no longer bother trying to hide their outrageous agenda. They're daring citizens to do something about it. Will we?

J. Mudd - I'm not gonna tolerate anti-semitic or racist bulls*** here.
Last i checked, the fed was created by congress, which had virtually zero of the evil jooooooz.
