Is Amazon practicing the Microsoft rule -- "Extend --> Embrace --> Extinguish."?Or, are they practicing the Microsoft strategy: "cut off their oxygen supply" from 1998?I suspect Jeff Bezos is a keen student of John D. Rockefeller.Just saying.
