We know this will happen.

We know it from recent history. Mitt Romney publicly spoke about the dangers of Chinese hackers and the Chinese stance toward our national security. He was mocked my supposed foreign policy experts. He was maligned by a press corps that thinks itself an expert on these matters. And he has been proven right.

The same happened with Russia. The media attacked Mitt Romney for the audacity of suggesting Hillary Clinton’s reset with Russia was not really a reset so much as a signal that we could be taken.

The very same media that ridiculed and maligned Mitt Romney as out of his league is already heralding the President’s deal with Iran as some great and grand scheme to give us peace in our times ... ... And it will remain that way until Iran signals that it has a bomb. War will begin. The right and Israel will be proven correct. But by then it will be too late.

Who needs to worry about a nuclear armed Islamic superpower with an enabler of fundamental transformation holding the reigns of power of international affairs.
Is the world run by psychopaths and megalomaniacs bent on destruction of civilization as we know it?
I guess it is safe to say the light bringer won, as he was so happy to point out.
Somehow I have the funny sense it wasn’t the light of peaceful enlightenment he was eluding to, but the light of a thermonuclear detonation used in anger.

Time will tell, but none of this insanity is going to end well. There is too much of it for it to go any way but the most dire straights before it gets better. If anyone is left alive to pick up the pieces and establish a civilized society not run by maniacs bent on self destruction as an endgame of obtaining absolute power at any cost over humanity.
