Jaydon Hayden was competent enough to beat an elderly man in a nursing home who was competent enough to defend himself, but not competent enough to stand trial because he was defended by a competent attorney?
I suppose next people will label this a "Racial hate crime" because the elderly Caucasian man was in the room.
Seems like it's not "Justice" anymore, it's "Just Us".
