What has happened to California? Are they actively trying to depopulate as part of some grand scheme? Their governor, Gruesome Nuisance, should be looking after the well-being of their citizens, not looking for phony photo ops and ways to be smarmy. His inaction is driving away taxpayers and attracting more useless eaters, while terrorizing those who can't evacuate the state that quickly.
