I'll bet the guy on the motorcycle didn't randomly kick at that car. Something must have happened earlier. And the car driver's response to that kick was waay over the top. I lay this 100% on the car driver.
Having ridden a bike for years, I can tell you that there are times when someone driving a car doesn't even see you. I was rammed from behind at a stop sign once and shoved into traffic. Riding in traffic was always risky. I had a bee fly up my shorts one time doing 65 on I 25. Stung the shit out of me. All I could do was hang on.
Too bad that car didn't just crash into the dividing wall and stop.
