The FBI has never updated us on the investigation
No suspects, no charges, nothing

The FBI were able to trace phones and credit card transactions of hundreds of thousands of people that day. One peaceful couple was traced all the way back to the wilds of Alaska where 20 agents conducted an early morning raid of their rustic camp. But they can't trace the phone and steps of a bomber who is seen on 400 cameras during a two day period planning and planting the devices.
And then they can't find any clues on the bombs retrieved. I remember that the Boston Marathon bombers were tracked down in part by analysis of the debris left from the exploded device. The FBI has intact bombs here and are clueless.
It's evident to me that all the footsteps lead back to the FBI.
