I received this email earlier today. The IRS wants to give me a refund? Really? Sah-weet!
You have to admit that this is a pretty lame phishing attempt. It's therefore almost shocking that it made it through Google's spam filter, which is usually pretty bulletproof.
The URL the phishing message attempts to reach is http://paraplan.lipetsk.ru/cpg134/albums/edit/images/index.php. I've got a hunch that isn't a US government site.The IRS' copyright notice is a nice touch, though.
