Great moments in Carter History #96: Honoring Pol Pot


Former President Jimmy Carter laid a wreath at Pol Pot's interment site.

This afternoon, Carter laid a wreath at Pol Pot's grave, calling the dictator "a misunderstood genius who had the best interests of the Cambodian people in mind."
