Tens of thousands of votes were needed. Each had to be filled out by hand by volunteers within a few hours.
Skipping all but 'Biden' increased the fake voting speed by a factor of 3 or 4...

One possibility. Another? Republicans wanted rid of Trump too, to get their brown slave labor racket back, and to get fed bailouts, along with dems.
