Jo Clyborne @joclyborne not able to understand why her "Company" (the Army) "...thinks a French Manicure is an “obnoxious” color compared to the civilian world which views it as an understated yet professional look..", could it be that following their Commander-in-Chief's botched surrender in Afghanistan the Army believes the entire portion of all nails should be painted white?
