Never seen a more ill informed or ridiculous article than the 20 worse SCOTUS decisions. Clearly the work of someone destroying the monuments to Columbus, Washington and Jefferson. Law is not subject to hindsight or the social conditions 100 years after the fact. The author cannot abide that and it shows. In a hundred years he will most certainly be considered on of the 20 most wretched legal thinkers based on the standards of the 22nd century. Pathetic.
