The story might appear to be "getting worse", but the analysis isn't completely done:
The Maricopa election office displayed three heat maps, representing Democrat, GOP, and Total voter density superimposed on polling locations, and correctly stated the charts were for display only, not for analysis.
Someone needs to analyze the relative density of Democrat to GOP voters, compare that to the polling places where tabulators failed, calculate the resulting difference in votes, and check if the difference affected any election outcomes.
My suspicion is that the sum total of GOP voters denied proper representation is much greater than that of Democrat voters, and enough to sway the county towards Biden.
If Maricopa's database is in Excel this should be a fairly easy set of formulas (or macro) to write. Problem is, will anyone do the calculation, and what recourse exists if the answer I suspect is true.
