As a worker in IT for 35+ years, if you are running any kind of blocker based upon name and address (ip or mailing)you never block a serving member of the House, Senate, or Judiciary. When you do it makes it completely political by definition (no mulligans allowed). I remember in the early days of junk mail (my entry level programming) we were very careful to maintain accurate pandering lists and "celebrity lists".
