BUMMER: Today Is the Last Day For DACA

By William Teach

What a shame. Can we deport them all now?

Six months ago, when he announced he was ending the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, President Donald Trump picked March 5 as the deadline for Congress to work out a solution to prevent DACA recipients from facing deportation.

But the president’s plans were thwarted by multiple court challenges, rendering Monday’s deadline all but meaningless. Now, as Congress and the Dreamers await a resolution in the courts, lawmakers have paused their legislative efforts and some 700,000 DACA recipients have been plunged into a constant state of uncertainty.

How wonderful! No longer are these illegal aliens "plunged into a constant state of uncertainty."

Now they'll just have to leave, like any other illegal aliens here, and so their terrible uncertainty is over! I wish them well, when they're back in their home countries where they belong.

Those home countries will be delighted to have them back, since now they're educated in US schools at US taxpayer's expense, so they can be productive members of the society they belong in, which isn't ours.

Now let's all join in the happy song: Good Byeee, Good Byeee, wipe the tear baby dear from your eyeee; tho' it's hard to part I know, but I'll be tickled to death you go! Cheerio, Chin-Chin, Goodbyee!

Toss them back over the wall, AND their law breaking parents. Get them off the welfare and food stamp rolls. Tired of my tax money going to support these people

And a federal judge just ruled that Trump can indeed end DACA. So, end it. Force the Dems to put up or shut up. If they want DACA so bad, let them do it through congress and in the process compromise on funding the wall. I expect that DREAMers will find that Dems will abandon them if they have to fund the wall. Because funding the wall means Trump gets to deliver on another campaign promise.
