• Washington Post: "Trump’s shadow and stalled GOP agenda loom over close Georgia race!"
• Forward: "Republicans Panic As Polls Show Ossoff Pulling Upset!"
• Reuters: "In House race in Georgia, Democrats look for new path to power!"
For every reporter who covered this race as a referendum against President Trump and his agenda, it’s time to refocus your stories.
The Democrats spent over $30M for Jon Ossoff to get the same 47% that Hillary Clinton did in GA-6 in 2016 – and to underperform his 48.1% in the April primary.
Ossoff ran the Democrats’ playbook for 2018, with his “Make Trump Furious” campaign and all of the Democrat and “Resistance” resources at his disposal.
As Democrats go 0-4 in House special elections, there’s no other way to view the party but as limping into 2018.
Of course, there's also the sheer entertainment value of post-special election Twitter:

Attention Antifa, Pajama Boy, Obama, Soros, Hillary surrogates. It's over. You're out numbered. You've shown the world what you are. Ugly.
