HUMILIATION: The Real Goal of Our Democrat Media Overlords

I have a question for you after you peruse the following quote by Theodore Dalrymple.

In my study of communist societies, I came to the conclusion that the purpose of communist propaganda was not to persuade or convince, not to inform, but to humiliate; and therefore, the less it corresponded to reality the better. When people are forced to remain silent when they are being told the most obvious lies, or even worse when they are forced to repeat the lies themselves, they lose once and for all their sense of probity. To assent to obvious lies some small way to become evil oneself. One's standing to resist anything is thus eroded, and even destroyed. A society of emasculated liars is easy to control. I think if you examine political correctness, it has the same effect and is intended to.

So my question is:

Does Dalrymple's description sound more suitable for the current state of our press versus that of a Communist society? Mark Levin was right, yo.       Hat tip: BadBlue Uncensored News.

Dalrymple was spot-on. The Left has adopted that Communist tactic for its own purposes, and the major media, which are its handmaidens, have cooperated faithfully. What has worked in the past to extinguish individual freedom and personal responsibility could work again. Look at what it's done in Europe!

Meanwhile the Trump supporters will turn to the SAME media to watch the superduper bowl and other sports, they feed the pig and then complain.

Nothing will ever change as long as they feed the beast
