No one can determine what was in Roberts mind when he composed the majority decision in the Obamacare case.
However, a viewing and analysis of the decision gives a new meaning to "tortured logic". Actually, there is no logic as the decision comes from nowhere known to legal minds.
Either Roberts is the only prescient legal mind on the face of the earth or everyone else is wrong in their views of the decision.
