How about Congress get out of the student loan bubble creating business entirely? If the government wasn't so hell bent on creating an endless supply of money for every hairy-knuckled moron to go to community college we wouldn't be in this mess. Furthermore, cutting off the spigot now is too little too late... might as well continue business as usual as we're going to do anyway. When this bubble pops it's going to be spectacular, and there is no doubt in my mind the government and the Fed will come to the rescue!
