With that as context, please consider "UN staff killed in Afghanistan by angry mob over US Quran burning":
A furious mob in one of Afghanistan's most peaceful cities killed at least 12 UN workers and wounded many more as the anger rose as the reports of an American man in Florida burning the Quran spreads across the country.
But let's all agree on one thing:
It's some kook in Florida, not an Imam preaching genocide in his sermon, who is to blame here.Right? Right???

My only point of disagreement is that Pastor Terry Jones is a kook. He is no more a kook than the Danish cartoonists, or Theo Van Gogh, or Salman Rushdie, or anyone else who has dared to criticize the babarism known as Islam.
As a Christian, I know that we have to consider our actions as they effect our fellow Christians. Pastor Terry Jones may not be a kook, but he did not think thru the ramifications of what he did.
And the question that runs thru my mind is what exactly is served by burning the Koran. If Pastor Jones had issued some kind of web sermon on the evils of Islam, I would have no problem with that, but burning a Koran was a pretty empty gesture.
I have no doubt in my mind that Islam is evil. But how you combat that evil is another story.
Well, you don't combat evil by kissing it's ass and walking on eggshells so as not to rile it up.
I say we send a fleet of planes over there and blanket them with burning
korans. And if they go all jihadist wipe them off the map. Did you know Egypt has removed Israel from their maps? Think that's a clue to what's coming down the pike? And good old obamination is working hard to make that happen.
What people blaming Terry
Jones burning one koran on the insane orgy of violence by muslims are saying is that muslims have no ability to control themselves whatsoever and are prone to violent homicidal behavior over pretty much everything. if it wasn't a burnt book it's a cartoon or something someone said on TV or someone telling the truth about how prone to violence they are. They riot and kill over everything because they are perpetually offended and do not have any ability whatsoever to control themselves or act like reasonable human beings.
